The Challenge
Imoogi was listening to his brothers blather as he lounged around their lair, helping them as they healed from the mara events. Then one day, the moon rose and something was different. The moon was red, which was wrong. the moon is supposed to be a pretty silver color. Ah-jooh and Ah-mooh were animatedly talking about some swamp that was only accessible during the blood moon. After them non-stop talking about it and complaining how they wouldn't know what was in it because of their injuries, and how they couldn't "test themselves", Imoogi gave in and told them that he would go and see what was there. He contacted the parents and told them what, when, where, how, and why he was going...so much effort....he sighed and headed off to this special spooky swamp or whatever. Those two always got excited about the strangest things.
So all I have to do is explore this swamp, follow various landmarks and find a tiny black flower that glows purple? great.... what were the landmarks again? cliff side on this random coast, a glowing white tree, a fallen statue and a ruin where the flower grows. Might as well get this over with....I hate swamps, the water is all icky.

Below the Ciff
He arrived at the cliff side that his two brothers had assured him was the entrance and found.... a solid cliff side with nothing strange about it, although the surroundings were odd. All silent and still with a peculiar mist hanging about. Joy, a solid cliff side. I guess I have to wait for the moon to rise.
As he waited for the moon to rise, he hunted in the nearby area until a sudden silence drew his attention. There was no sound and the red moon rose as a strange mist filled the area and a cracking sound came from the cliff. Imoogi went back to the cliff and found an opening.
Under the ground? I have to go INSIDE the ground? Why do I love my brothers so much...the horrors I have to go through to make them happy....this is going to absolutely suck....
Grumbling to himself, Imoogi entered the cliff side.

Passage
Making his way further into the narrow opening, Imoogi kept grumbling as he smashed rocks and scrapped his way through the crack. The wind made a terrible whistling sound and he sighed as it brought the smell of decayed meat to his nose.
Someone needs to finish eating their food. I mean, really? From the smell, that's a really big waste of meat.
He made it to the end of the crack and found an ugly swamp. It was disgusting in a way most swamps weren't and filled with little red eyes looking at him. the path, which was on solid land, lay underneath the surface of water. Water which had grass and random plants growing on top of it.
Great, I'm going to spend weeks in the ocean before I can get this crap off of me. Well, I'm here, so might as well continue on. I think that's the white tree in the distance. At least its fairly easy to spot in this smelly dead place. Why do people want to come here again? Why test yourself in this nasty place when you could just go hunting and do something useful while testing yourself?
Imoogi waded through the plant life that floated on top of the nasty water. As he made his way through the strange swamp, he kept looking for what was looking at him, but saw and sensed nothing.
I'd burn this place to the ground if I could. How disgusting. And stinky. And all this plant stuff is sticking to my scales...ugh.....and these annoying glowing blue fire balls? what purpose do they serve.....stupid things....stupid swamp... That's a strange hooting sound, wonder what creature makes it. I wonder if its edible...

Path- Encounter-Fallen Statue
As he waded through the swamp, the mists swirled around him blocking the view for very far. He made it to the white tree and looked around for the fallen statue.
Whats this statue supposed to look like anyway? Maybe I should just look for a giant rock that might be carved. This stupid swamp has probably covered it in moss and crap anyway.
After a couple of moments of searching for any type of rock outcrop, Imoogi caught sight of a huge stone face of some type. Before he could properly analysis it, the mists swirled and blocked his view again.
Great. So that's where it is but now I can't see it cause of this mist. I wish there was a proper breeze, that'd get rid of it.
He continued on his way, pushing aside the floating plant life as he made his way in the general direction where he had spotted the statue head thing. As he moved further from the tree, the mists began to glow up ahead. It was four of the flying blue fire balls. They lit up the mist and they were directly in his way. Past their vague glowing skull shapes of fire, he could now spot the fallen statue.
argh! these annoying blue flames! I hate them! How dare they stand in my way and make me spend more time in this ugly swamp! Die you annoying things!
Pulling in his magic Imoogi turned and threw his magic out to grab the water and snuff the annoying little flame balls! The water responded sluggishly. There was something that was interfering with his magic. But Imoogi was fed up with the swamp and hungry, hunting outside had not been good and he hadn't seen anything remotely edible in here. He poured even more of his magic and force of will and smashed a skull straight into the swamp. The three remaining wisps scattered and he turned and threw his magic out again to quench another. His way to the statue was clear so he stalked over to it grumbling and muttering darkly to himself. One of the wisps turned and charged him as he reached the statue but then it pulled up....apparently it wouldn't approach the statue. It hissed and sparked and Imoogi grinned at it.
"So you can't do anything you useless piece of light? die!"
And he reached out and physically pulled the wisp under the water with his muddy claws and smashed the soggy land hard. The wisp flickered and faded away, leaving no sign it was there. Snorting in satisfaction, Imoogi turned to examine the fallen landmark. It was a giant stone head. It was chipped and broken in places, but it was still attached to its body. Not that it was any help as the body was submerged and covered in plant growth. Raising his head, Imoogi looked for the next landmark, a glade....or was that a ruins? Maybe both. He stayed still and quiet waiting for the mists to thin in places and show him what was beyond. The swamp was still and quiet and the mists slowly thinned an d thickened, revealing the hiding. Finally, after who knows how long, Imoogi spotted a moss covered ruin in the distance. He left the fallen statue and walked towards the ruins, hopefully they were the correct ones. He was glad that this little adventure would soon be over and his mood improved. Until he stepped right into a patch of orange slime and a foul stench floated out. Trying to not yell, Imoogi raised his claw and swirled it around trying to get the nasty stuff off. His mood was now even worse.

Glade
Imoogi approached the ruins, doing his best to avoid the stinky slime. At a shattered arch, he paused and observed the situation. Inside the ruins was a glade. The land had finally emerged form the water and in the center it contained a pond that reflected the red light of the moon when it wasn't covered in that nasty orange slime. Examining the risen earth, Imoogi looked for the purple glowing flower. It was rather easy to spot as it was at the edge of the pond and its black petals stood out against the green and red of the swamp colors. The purple glow also proved that this was the flower his brothers wouldn't shut up about.
Good, now I can get out of here.....
Imoogi was about to start forward but a movement in the water made him pull back deeper into the shadows of the ruin. Something big was approaching, sending out waves in the swamp water. From the left, a large figure stepped into the glade. It had that nasty orange slime leaking from its armored body and Imoogi made a face when he realized what he had stepped in earlier. Sizing up the monster, Imoogi guessed it was the Babosa from his brothers talks about legends, they had been certain that all had been hunted down years ago because they were walking stomachs that were never hungry.
Well, I don't want to fight that thing....Its nasty and I don't want to touch anymore of the slime if I can help it. Also its probably starving as there isn't anything in the place to eat....and if its like me, it won't be thinking after not eating for a long time. Time to grab that flower and get out of here. Quietly.

Sneak
Sneaking through the glade to grab a flower and avoid detection by the Babosa is not the easiest task for an over large Khehora....Especially when his colors clearly stand out in this nasty ugly swamp with a red moon shining down. And the mist wasn't in this glade to make matters even harder.....

Finished
Halfway to the flower, Imoogi slipped on the moss and slammed into the ground. The babosa spun around and Imoogi was spotted!!!
Crap...Time for speed!
Imoogi launched himself towards the pond and snapped his jaws over the black flower before turning and fleeing. The Babosa almost grabbed him, but Imoogi throw his magic behind him and used the water in the pond to trip the monster up as he fled. Just because he can sympathize with an empty stomach doesn't mean he wants to fill it! He dashed out of the glade in the opposite direction he had entered and vanished into the mists. When he was far enough away he slowed down and quietly returned to the fallen statue. Imoogi had a very good mind, so keeping track of his location in relation to landmarks was quite easy. It wasn't like he was in the ocean and had to keep track across miles of emptiness, this was easy in comparison.
As he quietly and quickly moved back along the path towards the entrance, he stumbled upon a a submerged bag. Relieved that he now had something to put the flower in. he picked it up and spat out the flower, dirt and nasty swamp water into the bag, before tossing it over his back and heading out.
Time to go tell the silly brothers about this stupid swamp and all the stuff in it. I hope their happy with what I've gone through for them....ugh....the stench...I need a serious bath....
Imoogi emerged from the passage through the cliff and promptly dove into the ocean. He wanted to get clean as soon as possible and get rid of the nasty stench and get the taste of the swamp out of his mouth....literally given how he grabbed the flower. When he got back home his brothers were all excited and he told them to pay up with lots of tasty food that had no plants in it at all. After being fed he passed over the bag and told them what was there. He also told them that he didn't want to enter that nasty place ever again.
reward: 2x Ysali orbs, climbing set, and the random little flower
