When I get super stressed out or extremely upset...
I smoke cigarettes.
I don't like people knowing because it's embarrassing.
Plus I feel extremely guilty that I do it.
I feel like by smoking I'm slapping God in the face, I'm ruining the good health he gave me.
I have not had a cigarette in a good two months.
I don't want to touch them again.
The guilt and shame is too much.
But I wont repent until I have went six months without smoking.

My aunt got me this "The Message" devotional that says: "It isn't designed to teach you to study the Bible but rather to develop a conversation between you and God. The devotions are based on the classical method of lectio divinia: reading, thinking, praying, and living Scripture with the intention of inviting an infinite, omniscient God into your life-as it is no gloss, no veneer. Lectio divinia is more Bible basking than Bible study, as it teaches you to absorb and meditate on Scripture, to converse with God openly, and to live out what has become a part of you--his Word."
I read the first lesson a few months ago and it was hard to concentrate so I haven't picked it up again. I know it takes practice to listen to God's voice but I just found it hard so I didn't continue. redface But I hope to pick it up and try again.

I cuss.
My most said words are the f-bomb and the s word.
I don't cuss nearly as much as I used too but I still do it if I hurt myself or do something insanely stupid.

There are to many to mention unfortunately lucky for me God has a sense of humor otherwise I would be in trouble.

I have been know to shoot birds at people who cut me off or steal my parking spot.
