This forum is specifically for class related things. Old topics will still be moved to the old rp subforum(Trashbin), but check back here for any class you may need!
Also, come here to find out which teacher teaches what! You may have a specific thing you need to learn. or maybe just a girl or boy problem your single parent can't handle.
If you don't know where to go for these things, simply PM D-corp with what you need and you'll be directed~
But, make sure you read the growing information first. It has a handy dandy list of many things o: So your questions may already be answered.
Things asked about so far:
-I'm having a problem with my child's special abilities or animal like qualities
----->Go to a skill teacher
-My young child is having a social problem that i can't seem to fix...
-----> Go to a kindergarten teacher
-My child is having problems learning with his peer group
-----> Go to a kindergarten teacher
-My child is being bullied
-----> Go to a kindergarten teacher, or a melee teacher.
-My child IS the bully! D:
-----> Same as above.
-We're having dragon troubles
-----> Go to a dragon teacher
-My child just doesn't seem to know how to stick up for himself
-----> Go to a melee teacher
-My child is interested in reading or literature, what should i give him/her?
----->Go to a history teacher
-My child has some magical abilities, and we're having trouble controlling them.
-----> Go to a magic teacher
-My child is having... er Biological issues.
-----> Go to a biology teacher
-My child is sick D:
-----> Go to a biology teacher. Or in some cases a kindergarten teacher may be of service.

For Teachers::
In your classroom post you need to have the following
1. The classroom's looks, get as detailed as you can here so people know what they're doing~
2.Homeworks, your typical overview on how they'll go about getting what they need from you. For Kats classroom it has the ABC worksheets, however for say.. Orpheus's room, it'll have information on making appointments for the class, and what goes on there, etc.
3. General rules of your form. How you run classes, what kind of classes you run, whatever you think people need to know. If they shouldn't call you curly, then put a rule in saying they should never call you curly. I don't know why they might, but hey~
Also! Note that any D-corp kids you have don't need YOUR classes! You CAN but... basically we're pretending that they had a class with your teacher. So since I have Kayin, a melee teacher, Talia doesn't need any melee classes... Because it would be pointless to RP with myself~ Instead, I'll just make a journal post for my own records. (Though still do the report in the file cabinet please) This is also a perk to being a teacher, you get some requirements filled!
Subs get the same sort, except for every X class you do a kid of yours gets one X class free. So you sub for Kayin, you get 1 melee class credit. If you sub for Thomas, you get 1 magic class credit.

Substitute Teachers
So you're going to be away for more than a week? Well. No worries. We now have a good grand total of 4 substitute teachers who can take over any class while you're gone.
Substitutes will pick up any teacher's jobs on hiatus in the registration center under the correct post :3

The registration center
So we're phasing out the receptionist and moving to a more advanced system. No more appointments~ yaaaay! Just like college, you get to wait in a long line and hope you make it into a class in time o: yaaaay!
You can find the registration center here, hopefully the step by step instructions will be easy enough to follow so I shouldn't have to explain too much here.
Heres a few mistakes to watch out for:
-Getting your child's age wrong. Their "age" is the same as their "stage" so... it goes 1Toddler, 2Child, 3Preteen, 4Teen, 5Young adult, and then finally 6adult. Make sure you know which stage you're in! Just count how many pieces of art you have. <3
-Not linking old classes. Don't just post the name, but also put the URL. :3 That way teachers can access them easily.
-Making your own class, and posting the link with it. Hopefully no one does this but... you can't post your own classes, the teacher has to. <3
-Trying to get a class outside of your age range. You can't do classes early... An obvious one is you can't have a dragon class at toddler, cause you don't have a dragon! The ages are set up IC wise to fit with classes. :3
A few more notes:
Right now its set up so that if you request
I request a Biology class please.
Child's Name: Talia
Child's Age: Child
You'll get a shots class, because thats the only available bio "class" for children.
But if you request
I request a Biology class please.
Child's Name: Simon
Child's Age:Teen
Previous classes in desired subject: XYZ
You'll get your next needed biology CLASS class. The way teachers know which class you need is by what classes you've had before. :3
