So far on the island, Elio had found out that if he wanted to be useful, he could pretend he was being of use by escorting death hunters out of the life labs and help them find what they wanted so they would leave. Often they brushed him off, but, some of his fellows appreciated the efforts.
Enough they didn't make him eat or test anything anyway.
So like normal, in making his rounds around the labs, spotting a death insignia on a white coat he got ready to ask them to leave. Now. Only as he got closer he noticed it was a girl. A kid no less. Frowning he didn't even bother with formalities. "Bambina, this is no place for you. Go now."
He didn't even say please.

Normally the life lab technicians were kind to her, she had visited the place many times because of the smart and wise life huntress. She greeted everyone she saw, shared some snacks with them and mingled with the one taking rest. Some of them were surprised to find she was from Death Division. That day, in a cute animal hoodie, the petite girl visited the lab again for Mimsy. She wanted to share some tasty cakes she brought back, also Robert. Skipping on her search for the life huntress, she was halted by a tall guy. He was frowning and that puzzled Shu, "Bambina? What does that mean? I'm here to find Mimsy," she blinked her eyes. The petite girl seldom wear her sleeveless hunter coat everywhere, she cherished it a lot, but that day she wore it rarely and then got herself into a trouble. "Are you new here?" It was weird because almost all the life people knew her, if not here, on twitter they did. Shu smiled sweetly and asked politely.

Alas, for Shu, Elio was not friendly nor kind to kids. He was a man who'd preformed for tourists, and kids on vacation were the worst. And by extension, kids were the worst. It just so happened that he'd mistaken Shu for a child was all. "Child." He explained, remembering that many didn't know basic Italian. "Bambina means child. I do not know your Mimsy, but this is a place for life hunters. Grown ups." She hit the nail on the head about him being new, though he wasn't going to admit that. "You don't belong in the labs little girl. So let's go. Out the doors-" He reached out, ready to guide her to anywhere but the life labs.

The smile kept for a good minute, if not, would continue unchanged until she heard the word. "Child?!" Shu widened her eyes like a witch about to curse someone, staring and then hissed, "I don't think it means something sweet or cute. I am not a child!" Aquamarine used "cutie pie" or Taym using "sweetheart" for goodwill were accpetable, even "Cub" from Robert (She only allowed him to call that nickname, gosh.) but not CHILD. Shu didn't realize she had her cheeks puffed like a Jigglypuff, she was upset from being called a kid. Shut up right now Z, or I will bring you things of your 'favourite' color. The petite Death breathed in and out to calm herself before she said anything. "First, I am not a kid, I am an intermediate hunter. Secondly, there's not a rule saying we can't visit friends, isn't it? MY MIMSY (she stressed) is a life hunter and I have something to find her. Thirdly, you shouldn't judge a person by their appearances, that's stupid." She leaned forward, pouting. I said already, shut up! In which way do I look like a childdddddddd? I am a grown-up! The boots stomped the floor.
Shu was normally a sweet, kind petite girl, but not when someone steeped on her tail in a very rude and blunt way, especially when Z joined to stir the water. You don't want to see me angry, stop throwing confetti onto my head!

Elio was pretty sure this girl was just a little bit nuts. Maybe her dad or mom was some big wig and let her join or something? A run away? Whatever the case, this was no place for a kid, and he wasn't about to get in trouble for having her running around. "Uh, yeah. Bambina. You look so, and act so- bambina is what you are?" He gave her a confused look. She was puffing her face, just like a child would. Stamping her foot even. "Death is not life. This is for life and adults. You are neither. Or, you do not act like a true donna." He chuckled. "A real donna is shapes. You.. twigs. Una donna non sbattete i piedi per ottenere la sua strada." He muttered under his breath. Women, even young ones- such odd creatures. He shrugged. "I am doing my job. Keep labs free of distractions. Come on, get your Mimsy when she is done. This is a place for work, not games."

"Don't repeat that word again and again, even it's in other language! I'm an adult and I'm not joking-" The frown deepened as Elio just saying Bambina once after another, not listening to her advice at all. "IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!!" She huffed angrily when he pinpointed something she cared the most. "Don't say things in languages other than English! I am here to ask my Mimsy hunter-related questions, not for GAMES!" It was a rare scene that the petite girl was speaking in a not-so-soft voice, some stopped what they were working and watched. Shu, of course, observed the changes and blushed for her sudden impulse. After taking some deep breathes, she glared at the tall guy and said, "Meet me in training fields at your break and I will prove that I am a hunter. If you don't come, I will whack your room." Then, the girl stomped off. I never see a person as rude as that! Ridicious! He called me what? TWIGS! I know my chest is as flat as a washing board and as short as a bean, but I don't need someone to tell me at my face! RUDE! VERY RUDE! THE RUDEST! <.....He didn't say that much....> WHAT?! Are you defending him? Because you're both males?! <....Whatever....>

Elio just kept giving the girl confused looks- until she told him not to speak his mother tongue. "There is no rule against me speaking my native language, and there is no rule that I must speak English. If I could not speak Italian, then by extension, we could not use Latin, Spanish, Chinese, German, Russian- racism is unbecoming bambina." He said out of spite. "You keep saying you are an adult but you act like a child, so I will treat you like a child." As she stomped off he laughed outright. Prove she was a hunter? Whack his room? She was a child if she wanted to admit it or not. A spoiled child no doubt, bratty- so much like the tourists who would flout their ignorance and touch historical monuments. Top Elio, the girl had only proved his point. He'd told her no and she'd thrown a fit. Still, he showed up later at the field, leaning on his spear with mild annoyance. " Hai calmato ancora?"

This trainee is ridiculous!That was what Shu thought when she stomped off the lab, there was no rule forbid someone to speak a native language, but if you're talking to someone, let them understand should be the proper manner. She came from a strict family that stressed courtesy and though she was mostly easy-going (composed when hear curses and bad words) but unluckily Elio stepped on the grenade plus his attitude boiled the kettle. She already waiting at the fields, wrapped in her hunter coat but had her hair tied up into a neat ponytail. "Are you ready?" The petite girl casually made a grabbing gesture in front of her chest when her hands left her dark brown hair, the ponytail swung with her gently movement. On her hand a lovely decorated hammer with a long pink shaft appeared, a ball shining in a dim luster rested on top, peachy red runes shimmered quietly. Is that just a giant toy hammer?< If this jerk dare to say anything about me, I'm gonna mesh him into potato pastes!>

Elio took one look at the weapon- then he smirked. His smirk was one where he didn't take the weapon seriously. Oh he'd say nothing but his smirk spoke volumes. Holding out his spear, he charged at Shu, aiming the pointed edge at her arm. He wasn't up for really hurting, just making a point- that this kid was nuts and needed to respect her elders. "Kid, I was ready the second they told me it was fight or die." HP: 40 DMG: 6

She really disliked this trainee, but he was not bad as a starter. The beast was flared up once Elio made a smirk, he already taken it as a mock of his pinkish color and clenching teeth to taste his blood. Shu was a better controller of her emotions, despite of the contempt she wasn't happy from the junior. "I told you not to call me a kid." She halted her attack but warned the bad guy. < Don't just yell, hit him! Hit him in his ******** pretty face! I'm sure it will make a nice pizza board.> HP: 44/ 50

"The phrase- 'call it like I see it'?" He motioned to her, "That's what I'm doing. You look like a kid, act like a kid, so a kid you get named. Simple." He jumped back at her swing, frowning at the fact it had a more flexible reach then his spear did. At least when retracted. A flick of the weapon and slowly the chain attaching the spear head fell free, the whip like extension lending more fluid attacks, yet a wider range of openings. Swinging, the bladed tip surged forward before being retracted back like a coil. "Did I hit a nerve kid?" HP: 40 DMG: 5

I AM DOING IT!Her bared arm felt like wrapped by thrones, but spending months sparring different hunters and the experiences she gained from the missions, the pain didn't bother her for long. "No one would call a grown-up kid." The palm size face puffed up, the answer to his question was by no doubt a yes. <δΉθιγ> Shu nodded naturally, poised the head of her hammer adjacent to the sassy trainee after gaining a distance. Shortly Elio would realize why the petite Bambina kept a distance her hammer couldn't reach, when a sphere hit on his abdomen in his musing. The girl who was once called 'least threatening hunter on the island' was determined to teach the rude man a lesson. HP: 39/ 50
