Drowwood is the city known for it's Advanced Technology. In this city one is able to purchase Androids as servants and use them as they see fit due to the hard work of their scientists that live there. Even though there is a portion of the population that supports the gang, there are still a portion of the population that does not see the Androids as people.
The Gang that rules over this territory is known as The Abandoned, it is a gang made up entirely of Androids, and they have left their mark on the town for a long time, the odd frightening symbol a sign that they are forever watching plastered on the sides of shops, and sometimes even on some of the androids that move about the streets.
