We'll have to look at how feasible this is. Narumi Misuhara Spooky Astra Green Mobile feature?/MiscQuestion: Is it possible to place Guilds into the Android and IOS Gaia mobile app? That way people can access it from their phone or tablet without using the mobile site like they do the forums. This is a good idea. For now however we need to get the regular guilds updated first.

It would be useful and could be linked to a user's Gaia account. They'd win charms or gold shop recolours that would be in their inventory when next they logged in. I feel that allowing the game to go mobile would give you guys a foot into the rapidly rising mobile culture. This is a great idea! We are currently looking into updating the Gaia on the Go application, we will be sure to update everyone when we have more information for you all. =) Narumi Misuhara Dias Falc ShopsQuestion - My wife uses a tablet as her primary browsing tool for Gaia, and while the site is fairly user friendly on the tablet, their are a few things that are incredibly difficult/impossible to do on the tablet. I suppose the most pressing for us is the shops. Navigating into the shops is tedious with the multiple click and load procedure. (Click on the shop, wait for the background to change, hit enter.) But the biggest issue, and my main issue is the shop itself. There is a pay with gold, and pay with cash option. If she mis-clicks, then hits confirm that's it. The cash is gone, spent on an item that we could have spent gold on. Will there be a shop fix to make them more user friendly, and if so will it translate well to a portable device like a kindle? No plans at the moment, the site sadly is just not optimized for mobile but is something we want to address when we do optimizations.

Particularly with events. I won't get any of the items because the forum battle system uses Flash. This was unnecessary during the previous Halloween event. Why are you doing this now? There is no particular reason, events have always used a variety of mediums and mechanics. The site in general is not designed for mobile though this is something we do want to change moving forward. We will definitely keep these concerns in mind for future events.

December 8th, 2014: bluealaris Lord Tenacious GcashIs there any chance that you guys can give discount on other source of loading gcash like on mobile or giving a new freebies on it cause some are like dont have credit cards to do top ups and just do regular mobile loading and one more thing the inconsistent amount of gcash we recieve on mobile like yesterday its 1125 then its 1113 its like when having discount sale the mobile decrease its gcash amount.. please if ever any chance to have discount on mobile so we can load up big amounts too..thanks and good day We are exploring ways to make the mobile experience better, including giving out exclusive items. Unfortunately the amount of GCash you receive is based on Boku, which uses currency conversion rates- so that is beyond Gaia's control.

I posted this is in site feedback, but is it possible in the upcoming app update to include a report post button and a report thread button to make reporting violations in the forums easier? Likely not, the upcoming app update is only to address broken functionality. Some little morsel you can give me to hold out some hope of it ever being truly useful? I keep it on my phone and I use it (what of it is usable) because I love this site, the same reason I have an autocash subscription, but it's getting hard to justify the disk space with no updates since I bought this phone (and I'm about to upgrade phones, so it's been at least a year) It's progressing nicely actually, I'll see if we can create a special feedback thread just for the app update. Just thinking for my most lazy ways to communicate with my gaiaonline friends, then walking to the computer We are currently working on a new messenger and we are keeping mobile in mind with it's design. It may not go out at the same time as the web version but at least we won't have to reinvent the wheel on it's infrastructure for mobile. smile Narumi Misuhara cinamorolI Misc When I'm on gaia on my phone, gaia keeps redirecting me to different sites or the app store. Are you aware of the issue and would you be able to fix this? We are aware of this, we are currently investigating and hope to have this addressed soon.

January 26th, 2015: Zero Omega Legit Outlaw Will there ever be any updates done to the GoGaia App? I would love to be able to manage my MP listings, or not have to drag the screen up and race to click on notices to get to my notices. We have some bug fixes planned for it, but don't have any plans right now to do a content update for it.

Getting to any thread is a passion and a half on the app and you can't vend or trade on it. The site occasionally works fine, but mobile browsers hate the trade window (I had my browser shut down on me about 8 times last night while trading), and I wish that it could get mobile friendly like deviant art has Question is originally by a brilliant loser We are currently working on a mobile update, it will include fixes, but we are looking into making the forum experience much more streamlined and potentially get payment issues via mobile solved as well. As it stands right now, PMs still barely work, the overall use of it causes a lot of errors and glitches over multiple phones, and I find it a bit odd that I still can't access the guilds from my app. The IOS app was recently updated, are you referring to the Android version? Yes, I'm referring to the Android application We wanted to wait a bit and see how the IOS version performed before moving forward with an Android version of the app. Narumi Misuhara AR1ES I'd like to report that the IOS update was great, but the messaging still does not work. When you send a message, including a quote in the response, it takes out the quotation marks and breaks the BBCode. Makes it look all wonky. Ah, thanks for this, we'll take a look. The APIs we are using in the new version do not work in all the iterations of IPOD but for some reason it's listed as supported on the itunes page, but should not be. We are working on getting this addressed, but if you are not using iphone I would not expect it to fully work correctly. Ahhh Alright Thank you for Answering my Question Narumi! This is something you'll definitely want to contact our payment provider, Boku, about. They are the ones that actually process the payment and usually when there is an error, it is something on their end between your phone company and them. You can contact Boku support here.

My favorite is the little hopping one (which, the name escapes me right now). But my question is.. Will/Could any of the Easter event games stick around after the event and be implemented as a permanent game?I would love to see how long I could hop on asteroids and collect eggs and gold, without fudging it up and falling X3 You could reward people on how far they can go and how much they collect. Maybe even have cute little babybunnies in pods as exclusive game rewards. I just- really want a tiny babbybunny in a pod sweatdrop That's something we can definitely consider, especially since its already configured for mobile playing and use it as a way for Gaians to earn gold. We'll be adding more difficulty levels if we release it as a permanent feature. wait we can play the easter games on the mobile?? Not yet! heart We are in the process of basically re-writing our mobile app- once this is finished you should be able to use these cards on Android. Have you tried using Play Garden to redeem GC? They may also work via. this service as well. Our mobile app update is tentatively scheduled for release at the end of this summer.
