Mola sighed and settled back into his self enforced prison. He'd been so engrossed in the watching and exploring of the tidal pools he hadn't even noticed the water receding. His usually lazy perusal of the world around him had made him late for low tide. He'd poked his head up to the surface of the large pool a few minuets earlier. He was farther away from the sea than he remembered. There was no way for him to crawl. Besides that, he might scuff something and mar himself. No one wanted to see that....so he waited. At least he'd chosen one of the largest pools so he could be fully submerged. It even had a small cave system underneath. Hopefully it would hide him from any nastier creatures. He wasn't exactly afraid of the overworlders, he just didn't like anything with sharp...well anything. He was a peaceful being and preferred it that way. Quietly he blew bubbles at the crab crawling up the side of the pool beside him. "Well...nothing to be done but sit and wait I suppose. Not so bad really. I excel at that." He grinned to himself and proceeded to find a comfortable spot to watch the inhabitants of the pool and passing of the sun above.
