Walking down the hallway, Sai didnt know what to expect. He had received a request of visitation from the new Capitan, Agito Suzuki. He didnt know what to expect of her, she kinda just appeared and now she wanted to see him. Sai was a very cold cut man, and some would say he is too stiff for his own good.God I hope this is not another "Captian Jack".It had taken Sai a lot oof time to grow accostome to the harlot Capitan, and he was not sure iif he could handle a Capitan like that. If they were. Sai didn't know if he would be able to handle that. The simple notion of it made Him quiver a bit. Anything but that . Ideally, Sai wanted a Capitan that new what they were doing, and more importantly, knew how to be serious. At time Sai thought that maybe he was too demanding, and perhaps a bit too rigid. Sai gripped his zanpakuto, which was holstered to his back, tightly. Hoshako always told him he was too stubborn in his way, teling him he could reach his fulll potential if he kept holding himself back. Sai knew what Hoshako meant, he knew as long as he lived in his past he would never reach the true potential of his power. The thing was he didnt know how to let it go. Before Sai could ponder his thoughts any more he saw that he had reached the door of the capitan. He took a deep breathe and began preparing himself for what lie beyond the door. Whatever it was he was gonna have to deal with it whether he liked it or not. Opening the door , he put on a smile in an attempt to be inviting, but instead looked awkward. "Hello Captain. Sai walked into the Captian office. As he did, he analyzed his new Captian's appearance.She wore strange human clothes and seemed very laxed and playful. Her smile alone radiated glee. Most people would happy to have a seemly lax and easy going Capitan, but Sai was more or less disappointed. Sai was not the playful type. He could be nice , maybe personable if he got to know you, but he was never the type to joktoke or play around. He say it as unprofessional and unsightly. He however, was trying to give here a chance as he only took what he saw and had yet, but the almost child like apperance of her made it hard to push the thoughts put of his head.He returned to a caual facial expressions and began to talk to his Captian in hopes to get to know her better "Thank you for welcoming me here.May I ask what for though?

Looking at his new Captian it, it did not take a quantum physicist to realize how much she was analyzing him. Her eye darted back and forth from his figure to his face. Sai was doing the exactly same thing. Sai hated with great passion walking into things blind. This whole meeting kinda pissed him off. He however didnt want to leave a bad tasted in the Capitan's mouth. Sai above all respects his higher ups. It is his code and he has been put through may test to up hold this. Sai had a very volatile temper, and it at time clouded his judgment.
The Capitan jestered for him to sit down as she began to tell him why she asked him here. Quickly, Sai took a seat in the seat in front of the desk. She told him she wanted him as a lieutenant. Sai was a little taken a back by this. It was true that Sai was the division'division's 3rd Seat and he was at the fighting level of a Lieutenant. But Sai was not sure he was exactly leader material. Much of the division's member were still an enigma to him, he didn't have great people skills and he was rather impatient and intolerant. He surprised himself by making it to 3rd seat but now. Sai didnt let any of what he was feeling show on his face. He didnt want Captian Suzuki to find him incompetent. Sai thought that maybe being maybe being Lieutenant would help him. And a promotion was never turned down.The Capitan threw him a bit off the loop with her statement about his strictness and seriousnseriousness. Could she tell this much from just an encounter. She must have looked up his records beforhand. Her statement was followed by a remark about not wanting a weakling. She seemed to be challenging him. Sai was a bit angered by this, so he took a moment to calm down and respond to the Capitan."With all due respect Ma'am I am far from weak. But if you want to test me, I will greatfully complete whatever task you persent me.

Sai was surprised at the Captian simple giving him the right away rather than testing him. He was expecting it, and honestly he wanted it.. Not as much to show the Capitan what he had, but tk see what SHE had. Combat was the best way to get to know a person, or at least it was for Sai. For him, a fighting style showsd a person's core personality, as they are shaped by the heart of a person. The Captian went on to make a statement about them protecting each other. Why would she need my protecting, She is a Capitan. And quite honestly im not sure if I need her's . Sai sat for a moment thinking about what his next plan of action. A thought popped into his head , his. face now bore a smirk."Hey how does this sound, I know that you find me fit and all. But lets have a little sparring match. It is good to get to know each others streghts and weaknesses, especially since we will be doing some fighting together. Sai's plan was to get the Capitan to agree to his challenge so he could try to get a better first impression of her. " If we are trusting our lives in each other, I think it would be good to know what we are capable of".

The Captain's body language changed. Her arms were now crossed, her hands tensed. Sai was good a reading body language and these were the tell-tales signs of excitment. Sai didn'didn't quite understand what she was excited. Perhaps she was a battle fanatic. Sai was unsure if that was it. Maybe it was he himself that interested her. As Sai tried to think about the situation, he realized that Capitan Agito was still staring at him. It made him feel edgy. Sai hated being stared at, as in his human life, people who stared at him usually wanted to kill him."You know that if you take a picture, it will last longer Sai voiced was edged with annoyed. Sai then changed back to the matter at hand. "So when do you think you will be ready for our match, I am ready whenever you are." The reality of situation was Sai wanted to fight right now.

Sai looked at the worry on his Captians face.He was not quite sure why .Sai thought she might have though he had a problem with her from the look he made on his face.Truthful there was one, It was just the staring. Sai was one of the few people in Soul Society to have retained his memories from his human life. And he remembered the eyes, all the eyes, always seeming to look at him. They judged him, they knew the sins he had committed. Everyone was an enemy. He could not get over that. He looked at his Captian with a apologetic look. " Captian, We barely know each other, I have yet to form an issue with you. I would be more than glad to have our match now." Sai left out the part that the staring was getting to him. Although he would have rather had her not, he so no reason to start something bad before they even the first day.
