Personality: Kojima is a nice guy, he can be arrogant at times but he is very friendly and open. At times he can be immature and loud but most of the time he is calm and reserved.

History: Kojima's parents were murdered by witches when he was only a baby and he grew up in a orphanage, he grew to hate the witches over the years always being told about demon weapons and miesters and their enemies. He grew up in Tokyo never leaving the city and being taught about the world of Death City, wishing he could just go and live in Death City and learn to control his weapon. When Kojima turned sixteen he was told that during the next ear he would be leaving the orphanage and going to the DWMA, Kojima was excited to get out of the orphanage and learn how to fight using a demon weapon.

Two weeks before Kojima's seventeenth, his entire life plan was destroyed. When Kojima was cooking his hand turned into a curved blade and it scared him so much he screamed causing the mother of the orphanage to rush in to his aid. She explained to Kojima how he was a demon weapon, he was going to the school in order to learn how to become death weapon instead of a miester.
