Powers: Hibiki is psychic and so can use his mind to do a variety of things. Since he is a mute, the thing he does most often is use telepathy to 'speak' to people in lieu of actually being able to speak, thought that's his only use of it. He also has pretty strong telekinesis examples of this being he can move things much heavier than himself and even levitate and float around, but he can't use it too much or he gets pretty bad headaches.

Personality: Hibiki is a bit of a space case, he daydreams quite a bit and never quite seems to be all the way there at certain times, usually with some off dreamy look in his eyes. He is the type of person to be open and accepting of just about everyones world views. He can be very expressive and can be a bit childish, but he knows how to be mature as well. He doesn't let the fact that he can't talk get him down, figuring that he can't miss something he never had. He's respectful to those older than him and watches out for those younger than him. He's a really terrible liar and so always strives to tell the true. Though like anyone else he can have a temper, and it's a real good idea not to get him really angry as he has a tendency to fling things around when he's provoked. To be fair however, it does take quite a lot to make him blow his top, and under normal circumstances he's quite the pacifist, as he is quite the firm believer in the saying 'Kill them with kindness.'
Bio: Hibiki has lead a very peaceful and happy life so far, he was born as an only child to his mother and father and lives with his mom, dad and grandma. Due to damage to his vocal cords when he was about 4. he became a mute. It wasn't too long after that his powers started to manifest. After being silent for 6 years, he developed a way to speak to people, through telepathy, by projecting his 'voice' into their minds. Other than the mutism he was normal in every other regard. He went to a normal school for a few years but with the way he communicated, people thought of him as a freak. To solve this problem, his parents looked into schools for people with special abilities and eventually found what they thought would be the best school and while he was sad about leaving home, he knew it was for the best.
