The earth now laid mostly silent. Large orangish portals it he sky, open but empty. No longer did anything need to come out of them, for the earths serface was mostly destroyed. Only some areas were able to keep together. But probably not for vary long. It had only been a sum of a few hours since the attack. It almost didn't look like earth anymore.
Veria stepped out onto the rubble that used to be her home, just burned bones now crackiling under her footsteps as she and her tireless demons walked. Because of her, they were able to keep the enemy back, and hord the humans in a area of safety. Most of her demons were there, sicn ethey never tired, it was the humans only hope. Now she walked to check her home and she was both fond and sad of what she saw. This was not home anymore. A hundred or some demons followed after her until she came upon a large glowing orb of white. She hoist her serpents blade to her shoulder and smirked, that is where her family would be. She turned to her demons, "the enemies will be scares of this place for the time being. But there will be stragglers. Kill all in this area..." she ordered as she turned to head into the orb. Inside was what little of a city was left, what was once Subaki city, home of the Bounty Hunters and Mercenary's. Strangly, this is where the Arches were able to set up a shild that the wounded, and weiry that were left could get some relief. But there weren't all that many left. The population of earth had decreased already almost 53% in only a few hours. Keria was seated at a table with a few of the other arches, and angels for a conference. Shortstraw with keria, and the others all outside waiting with donte. And now the people were looking to Donte for help, for answers, for anything as to how to get back or live on. Lucily with Solfora and Donte conbined hope was restored.
"The first wave is finally diying down. But surely another planets worth will come soon, with different enemys all together. Even this place can't hold long if they come." Replied Avision. Percilla, sorta happy and cutly at the table of angels for the first time gave a silent nod, her wings however used air to speak, "judgment is vary high and hard upon this world. I am too weak to do much." Avison shied, "I aswell is become weak the hope isn't getting any better around here." But Deathica shrugged, "this was not a fortold event. Therefor there is no way around the fact that for once we may have to abandon out dutys for the first time since the great creation...." she spoke in a whisper. They turned to Keria, "unless time is undone with a plan in motion..."

Kiera sighed sadly as she folded her hands together on the table. "I'm still far too weak from the last time I travelled back, I'm sorry. I used too much power then and when I was in battle. It will take at least another day or two to recharge, and I fear that we don't have that long." Another old and wise angel spoke by the name of Raphael, a serious looking man with short white hair who looked sceptically to her. "It's true, we don't have that time however there isn't much else to do." Finally a soft voice spoke from one of the ends of the table, Gabriel, the eldest and wisest of the angels, and only true friend to God and his son. "We can't ask everything of this new archangel it is true, however we are pressed for hope in this instance." Kiera frowned. "Our lord told me rather confusingly that I must look after myself because he has more use for me.. I am confused about his intentions.." Gabriel shook his head. "You musn't question him as you are. We cannot know God's intentions, his mind is his own. We have to trust it. You have to look after yourself child. God intends it."

Deathica spoke out, "yesssss... there are still many possablitys int he futcher for you dear... however I am blind to them as of the moment. Thus is why this is a matter that fate had not been able to read. This event is possably a change of everything..." Suddenly the door opened and Veria walked through with a smug look, her serpent dark green coat on with golden snakes designed on it. Her wild green hair, and the large skull on her shoulder. However she put her blade away. ((remember that she has Ameiles old spechal coat, must like yuji's.)) "Hello Deries~" she replied as she stepped closer to the table. She knew this was not the correct side for her to be on, and that she wasn't suppost to enter this room of holy beings, but she was able to be content with it. "Perhaps this is the only event that our sides may be on the same~" She however lost her smile and went boldly, "the Humans are too weak for this. But they are also the mistake. The germans belive that there is a magical art or whatever they call it. They were doing some testing and I have reason to belive they sent a signal through a demention. Now dementions are within our Universe, but the demention they cast a signal into was not ours, they would not have known. This could be how the enemy knew right where to set the portal." She looked for a spare chair as if she was going to join them but instead sat on the table looing like a bad girl next to Keria with her smug face, "Donte was on the other side. Havn't you asked him how they got here? Eve seemed to know something I think..." she glanced to Keria, "I try not to read thoughts most of the time, but I couldn't help it." She explained without any remorse to Eve's death. Naturaly since she was the first to wanna destroy, and the first to fear Eve more then anything. Now with Eve gone, Hana was her problem. But she would worry about that later. She was a demon leader now, tied to hell in a way she hoped to one day become a leader within the gates like her father was trying.

Kiera frowned a little. "Could you please be a little more considerate.." Kiera whispered to her sister. "We're in mourning..." Gabriel raised an eyebrow to Veira and stood in his spot. "I would rather have a representative for the humans than to take your word for it, Demon, although I mean you no offence.." "I am the human representative, I hold stead in the majority of human land." Kyle stepped forward from the wall he was leaning on and walked to the table. Kiera pulled a face, had he always been there? He had a habit of popping in places. "You should trust Veira's word, no matter how untrustworthy she may be to your kind she is loyal to our family and that is enough. What she says is true. And her theories are sound, we should consult the Yokai king and my cousin, Dante." Kyle glanced briefly to Veira with an indifferent glance. Raphael stood up in angst at Gabriel being shown up. "And you are?" Kyle smiled warmly. "Kyle Madison. Son of Mordekai and Demi Madison." Raphael's eyes thinned as he quickly glanced to Gabriel. "We know Demi." Gabriel shushed him and sat him down again. "All right Kyle and... Veira. We'll trust your judgement. Send him and his companions in."

The rest of the family were together outside the building waiting to here the next plan of action. Surly this family wouldn't just sit and do nothing at all. Shortstraw was wondering who Keria was viewed at this table apposed to when she was the queen of the country. Was it the same ordeal? Everyone now knew about Eve's death, Ruji was keeping silent however, noticing Evelyns distance from them slightly... And finally the group that had returned were confronted and asked in by a few of the lower ranks angelic gaurds. Cresent, Kato, Donte, and the Replaced Leader stepped into the room. Creasent didn't like this, but knew why they were to be valued. For once, for the first time every, Kings were valued almost as much as the Arches it seemed, this sent delight to her alittle. But of course she wouldn't show it. Veria smirked and patted keria's head with a whisper, "if was more behaved, they wouldn't belive me~" She glanced to Kyle and gave him a single nod. Now donte was present to them all and Veria hopped up, "as much as I would love to just hug allover you and welcome you home little brother, I'm afrade I cant under the surcomstances. Whats important is the matter at hand, and time isn't on our side it seems. What we need to know is how they contacted this universe... what was it like on the other side?"

The other angels listened eagerly as did Kiera however Kyle seemed distant from wanting to know this knowledge, returning to his place leaning against the wall with his arms crossed over his chest, forever resulting in the background until he willed himself to be in the spotlight because he blended in so well. Dante cleared his throat to speak. "When we first arrived all those years ago it wasn't menacing at all, it was much like this world however without a developed form a life that's come so far as to make buildings and such, so the world was caked in forests and natural land. There wasn't much to distinguish otherwise other than the inhabitants which we ran into very quickly. We ran into the people we were looking for in the first place who were placed under a spell and then were attacked." "By those things that destroyed the world?" Dante nodded. "Yes. They're ruthless as you saw and completely manipulated by the God they serve."

Cresent shied, "before the portals were opened the land became mostly sand and dust. But these creatures you have seen, thrive in that environment. Surly you can already see some changes on our surface since we have arrived." Veria nodded, "yes I have noticed the change..." The older leader stepped up, "keria Yokai... you have changed much since I've last seen you..." he replied. He was almost unrecognizable with the beard and less musle then before. But he added in, "Anyways. The enemy was building these rings..." he took a knife and started to carve a diagram into the table. A large ring, with these key scriptures that would lock in when it span, much like dialing a phone. "This is what creates the portals from there universe to ours." He explained stepping back so Donte was in the lead again. He was defiantly out of place, old now... and there were angels here... have the world changed that much since was gone? Angels were... so holy none could ever see one in there lifetime, but yet there were a lot here. Veria gave a nod, "I see... do they have a term for this device?" Cresent nodded, "a Stargate." Veria started to pace around, "these must have been powered with a extreamly large powersource... and to create that many to tair such large holes in a universe, it would explain there terraforming on the world they were on, and already on this one. It must use life energy..." She shrugged, "for the simple minded it's a battery consintaly taking a charge."

Dante nodded. "Which explained all of the disappearances and the sheer amount of accumulated people that was in that dimension that seemed to be in a permanent slumber." The angel Raphael frowned slightly. "However this doesn't explain the origin of the thought of those portals nor what we can do to restore the lords world back to its former glory." Kiera suddenly sparked up. "When I went back in time I saw the origin of those portals and how they got into that dimension. It was the Receivers, I saw they'd used that dimension for their own needs however were chased out by the inhabitants where the God of that world got its hands on the portal that they left. That's where it got the idea. Eve was present there and would be a representative for the Receivers however.. she passed away in the battle." Kyle cleared his throat, drawing their attention back over to him. "I witnessed Hana become the next Receiver in Eve's place, is she present?" Dante frowned at the sound of Hana, never liking his twin sister. "She's outside with the others."

Veria shrugged, "she would have no information about the subject then. I dought even Eve herself would remember that far back." Suddenly there was a "ehm..." and from the crowed room, just like kyle had, Ava stepped out with a serious look and crossed arms. "But the other Recivers might. I'm there leader in a sense, and I can ask them all to remember. Serly between the six of them there is an answer to it all." Veria shrugged, "I can perhaps scan there memory glans. I could locate the memory for that particular event so that we can all see it." But they were entirely missing the point. Keria already seen it, and they wouldn't get anywhere really other then what she already knew. This could only put them a step back. Suddenly Ava snapped her fingers, "wait... there was one man from that time... who was on the outterside of what happened. He may know different information..." Keria might have cought on. Eve had a father... which means he was around before she was...

Kiera suddenly stood up with a start. "We need Train." She looked to all of the others eagerly like she'd just shouted out the answer to all their problems. "Train will know everything, he was Eve's father and adored her. He will know, I promise you." Dante frowned. "Train is kinda untrustworthy sometimes.." Kiera looked to them all desperately. "But he's the only lead we have. We have to follow it." Gabriel nodded. "Bring this man to this meeting then, although I fear that this room is becoming too crowded with unfamiliar faces.."

Train however wasn't anywhere's near the protected city. Instead he was with Cat, Memari, kat, Farcus, mewee and a few others, trying to get them through the rough terrain and to a safe underground cave. And so Veria sent out a search party... using the demons nearby she told to kill straglers. It wasn't too hard and only took about an hour or two but in no time, Train was pushed through the doors of the room uncomfortably by the demons in which Veria held up a hand, turned and left. Train stood there... "E... Eve's dead..." He asked looking directly to Keria like it was her fult.

Kiera frowned and looked to the floor, nodding. "I tried to get her to not join the fight but... of course she would, no matter what I'd do to stop her." She closed her eyes. "I'm sorry Train, I failed you." Gabriel stood from his seat again. "We welcome you to the archangel council Train, and we're sorry for your loss, however Kiera seems to think you could have important information on the subject of these enemies the world is facing and the portals that the Receivers used that this other god got a hold of to use against us." He eyed him carefully. "Is this true?"

Train glared at the coucle angerly and crossed his arms looking around, "all I see is a bunch of people that walked through town and caulsed a bunch of commotion in this room." He glared, "some angels you are if you cant..." he pulsed and regained himself pushing back his sorrow and anger looking away for a moment. "Maybe." He shrugged, "I got a good memory when it comes of back then. Hunts me in my sleep all the time. Call it a curse if you will." He glared and looked to them, "but I want something in return. This whole world can go to hell just like last time for all I care. But I need my family safe." He demanded before entering any further. Veria of course nodded, even though this wasn't her place, "that is fine. We are aware you have Cat and the others with you... including a newborn." He glared at veria, "and I want her out of here." Veria's eyes widened. Could Eve had told him something about her. She looked to Keria in silence.

Kiera looked to her sister apologetically. "I'm sorry Veira. But it was a well known fact that you were openly against Eve and tried to kill her a few times. In respect to her it's only fair that we go along with Train's wishes." Kyle raised an eyebrow at the fact being raised, he didn't think it would get that far. It was rather ironic in itself that the one person who wanted Eve dead most would be here when talking about Eve however it was funny to see it all turn on her in the end, surely she must have thought that her evil behaviour wouldn't go unchecked. Gabriel nodded. "It's for the best. We will look after your family Train, don't you worry."

*Veria grumbled, headed for the door before she had to step past him where she stopped and whispered next to him, but loud enough all could hear, "I'm not sure if she updated you or not, but I actually helped her and we were good... no longer enemys." She then headed out the door finding the others all look to her as she glared at them, "don't give me that look! It's not like I was kicked out of the meeting!" SHe pulsed and frowned, "wait..." Meanwhile Train waited a few moments and started to look around. He flashed his eyes for a momet, making them turn gold as he looked for any traces of Verias snakes or bugs. With another flash, his eyes were back to normal blue and he carried on in. "I'm assuming your meaning when things went down hill. See Eve and I weren't close, because I was forced to give her away to those people to modify her right after birth. Something unforgivable apparently. But I did of course, keep tabs on everything I could on her. It sorta almost became a creepy obsession then, which when she found out was even worse on me, but still the point is, yes I remember it all well." He looked for a seat but instead sat on the floor aginst a wall and started to stare into space before starting, "I remember when the Recivers stopped doing there portal missions on that base. All because of that finding that there were more then one god and other dementions and all that that weren't of the same universe. When the Recivers laid down there law that they were done, the place fell apart, and things changed drasticly. But it was about that time I could finally get closer without being seen. The gernal kept documents on each and every mission and thurow details. They watched the Recivers carfully, monerting everything. But they didn't know about the teliporter being left behind. Infact Keria..." he finally looked up to her knowing how she knew, "it took a few years before the organization looked back and relized that there was a peace of there tiliportation center missing. I had stolen there files though for myself, keeping Eve out of trouble from them since the Recivers left. Sadly without that piece they couldn't go back to any other demention and the whole organization fell apart." He shrugged, "With all that's going on I'm guessing the results is this since it's important to you all. That teliporter piece is crusal and made out of a spechal eliment that was lost even to earth when the eigth Reciver didn't make the cut. So it cant be replaced, my guess is the enemy will have it wherever there powersource, and it will be linked to every single one of those portals on there side. To take it out, would be to stop the portals and make sure they didn't do it again." He looked back down, "the fact that someone would have to stay behind, and that they have to go aginst a unknown god while there is the trouble however." He looked to Keria, "that what you wanted sexy?" He asked, but not in his usarl happy tone, more of anger and sadness over Eve.
