They needed allies. More than allies, they needed assurance. While Castor might have been very well off in terms of feeling able and willing to kill everyone, even he knew that sometimes, fights should be avoided. It was rather pointless to kill someone who you might be able to use later on. Or in Pollux's words, 'BI'd rather not start a chain of revenge kills right from start on our own kind'.
A fair point.
Granted, they both knew it wouldn't be simple, but they needed to clear the path of their war of as many needless distractions as possible. That did include those who had openly and willingly corrupt. While the royal wanted to kill them, the warmaker was still in control, and still knew better than his brash elder brother. They were just as senshi as the siblings, and likely, had no desire to live on the rock longer than needed.
Senshi after all, were not supposed to be there. They were supposed to be on their own worlds.
It was a two level approach. They not only had to find Ares, or, someone who represented her, but convince her that they would benefit from a mutual alliance. After all, corrupt senshi they were, the negaverse still saw them as senshi. As invaders.
So with the decapitated head of two captains in hand, blood dipping a path from their bodies to the roof where they had last felt the pulse of dark energy, the brothers figured the best way to make friends with the 'enemy'? Kill the enemy of my enemy.
"Ares~!" Castor sang out to the darkness of the city. "I've got a gift for you!" Pollux just rolled his eyes, wiping the blood off his hands with a flag he'd liberated from a nearby storefront.

Leto felt the two Senshi before she heard them. While the presence of two White Moon Senshi would rarely get a rise out of her, the moment that her Queen's name was mentioned her heart raced. What on Earth did these two want with Ares? Ever curious, Leto moved swiftly towards the two power signatures. Clearly they hadn't a clue that Ares had left and that they were looking for someone who may as well not even exist.
Neither man looked familiar when she approached them. Her arms crossed and her expression hardened slightly, unsure of how to feel about two Senshi looking for Ares toting heads around.
"You won't find Ares here, White Moon Senshi," Leto said to the two of them. Her head tilted to examine the heads that they held, her nose wrinkling. Gore didn't bother Leto, in the heat of a battle she wouldn't have no issue with blood or dismembered body parts. But seeing them just... Carry them around, dripping a path along the streets of Destiny City? It both disgusted and impressed her on some level.
Red eyes squinted at the two of them, "What do you want with her? If you're looking to add to your... Collection," she motioned at the heads. "Then you're s**t outta luck, friends."

It wasn't Ares but it was someone. To them, it was better than they'd expected. "I do owe her for the surrounding-" Castor muttered, "-but that's old news. I was hoping I could get in touch with her. one royal to another?" Pollux rolled his eyes, tossing the now blood stained flag to the ground. Three years of working international business had left little love for the country that he'd been raised in. God bless capitalism. "Pollux," He motioned to himself and then his brother, "and Castor. He's the prince, I'm the one with the actual brains behind the throne however." He didn't bother to hide it, not with the dark moon. It would only serve to leave them more skeptical. The last thing the pair wanted was them to doubt and eye their backs longingly. "These were gifts!" Castor was nearly enthusiasic to offer it up, the blood dripping less, "Two dead captains- We tried for a general, but they teleported before we could gut them." "They'll die in the next few minutes however. I was sure to hit the femoral artery." "What?" "Really you kill people with force and don't even bother to learn- God I'll need to take you to class. Ah, sorry." Pollux waved Castor off, who was split between glaring at his sibling and looking at the female senshi with blatant interest. "We were hoping to talk with her, for an alliance of sorts." "Though I'd personally settle for you." Pollux's head snapped to his sibling. Castor just grinned as Pollux looked ready to begin choking his brother to death.

For a moment Leto just sort of started at the two of them. Their names rang familiar and Leto was aware of a White Moon Royal when she was on their side once upon a time. She blinked and remained silent as he offered up the severed heads. A gift for her Queen, apparently. The Senshi of Camoflage wasn't entirely sure how to react to the entire situation. On one hand, there were a few agents of the Negaverse that Leto trusted (for the most part) and she should be angry on their behalf. On the other hand, the Negaverse ended their alliance with the Dark Mirror Court and she resented them for it so she was almost a little too satisfied that two Captains were headless and a General was on their deathbed. She shifted uneasily as Castor's eyes fell upon her and he made comments of settling for her. With a deep breath, she shook her head and finally offered them some sort of response. "I'm sure Ares would love some heads as gift, really, but you'd have to go offer 'em to a big black mirror because that's about as close to her as you'll be able to get." Okay, so maybe Leto was still a little bit bitter. "Unfortunately for me, you'll have no choice but to settle. Well, Remarque would be an option but I highly doubt he'd appreciate the gift and I'm sure he would never choose sides," she waved a dismissive hand in the air. She was sure that Remarque would be mortified. "Fortunately for you though, I do love me some dead agents these days." She offered the two of them a large, flashy grin. "Leto," she said simply. "Princess of the Dark Mirror Court. Captain in Ares' absence."

Castor looked at her, then his brother, wondering how they were supposed to do this mirror offering thing. He just figured that he'd offer some dead negas and be done with it. Pollux however, was missing the looks of wheels turning in Castor's brain, his own thoughts focused on how to get a line of negotiations opened. "I am afraid until recently we've been busy abroad. So your Remarque is unfortunately unknown to us. Though-" He bowed when she told them her name and title. "-It is our pleasure to meet you your highness. I am Sailor Pollux of Frost, War Maker." Castor did not bow, but offered his severed head free hand to shake. "Prince Castor of Hail, War Bringer." While Castor's smile was predatory, Pollux's was near genuine. The senshi of frost stood, hands at his front. "We hoped that we might be able to strike an allegiance between ourselves and those of the Dark Moon. Not as white moon-" "White moon can go rightly ******** themselves up the-" " -Brother. Strike an allegiance as the Dioskouri. Is that something that might interest you, even given your chaotic nature shared with the negaverse? We are not overly fond of chaos, but if we can avoid the killing of senshi we would like to do so." Castor dropped one head, kicking it across the rooftops where it bounced before falling to the pavement below with a crack. "Basically, we want to rid earth of chaos. As far as we're concerned though, senshi belong on senshi worlds. Earth isn't ours to inhabit in the long run but leaving it to get wrecked isn't a smart plan if we ever hope to repopulate our worlds." Pollux just wanted to smack his brother for his big mouth. There was a REASON, Pollux was the one supposed to do all the talking.

Leto's nose wrinkled at the title and the bow. "Oh god please don't call me that," she muttered under her breath as they gave proper introductions of themselves. She thought about what the two of them were asking of her, her red eyes narrowed as she peered at them suspiciously. Two White Moon Senshi, one of which is a Royal... Asking her, a Senshi that was practically exploding with Chaos, for an alliance of sorts? This had to be some sort of trick. Suddenly Leto found herself glancing around, reaching out to desperately feel for power signatures around them, sure that there would be an ambush coming. Her gaze shifted as she watched the severed head bounce before it hit the ground, then she found herself looking back at the brothers before her. "I don't kill Senshi. I promised Ares I wouldn't, that isn't part of her plan," she said casually. "However," she added and the slightest of smiles found itself upon her hardened features. "I have no such kindness for Knights, so if that's going to be an issue, by all means let me know now. Otherwise!" Leto clapped her hands together and her smile turned into a grin. "While I can't promise you an alliance with the entirety of the Dark Mirror Court, you'll have me by your side with a group of Senshi that are..." She chose her words carefully, "Like-minded. Like a big, happy, ******** up family."

It was a fair enough request. Pollux relaxed a hair while Castor grinned wider than he'd been previously. "As you like Leto." Pollux nodded, eyes never leaving her. "Are you afraid royal?" He asked brazenly. "Do two senshi who are willing to do what others are not frighten you so?" Pollux began to circle the princess as Castor seemed happy to let his brother do the talking while he played with the face of the dead agent. "Good." This rolled out his mouth plesantly, his smile warmer than anything in his eyes might have shown. "If you were not cautious I'd think it unwise of us to move forward. As for Knights they are their own force and not ours. We stand much on the same side of the fence truthfully. They get in our way we'll remove them. It's all quite simple really. We stay out of your way, you stay out of ours. Perhaps, if and when our mutually enemy moves we act united rather than opposed in such an enemy acts." Done circling, Pollux motioned Castor to finally speak. "Do we have a deal then Leto? A partial court is better than none." Lifting his hand to his mouth, Castor was grinning wildly, biting his palm and tearing open the skin. "Are you will to hold yourself to our goals- to this alliance?"

"Afraid?" Leto asked, watching as Pollux circled her. "Not of you, darlin'. But I've been ambushed twice in the last few months, so naturally I'm a little lacking in trust these days. Ironically enough, both times were by the Negaverse. So I suppose you caught me at a good time." The Senshi of Camoflage groaned when she saw Castor bite into his palm, sure of exactly where he was going with the action. She slipped a tiny black pouch out of her left bracer and withdrew a mirrorshard. Normally this would be when her Wraith emerged and began to drain for energy, but instead Leto pressed the sharp edge of the glass into her own palm until it drew blood. But before she held her hand out to the Prince of Hail, she had one more question. Blood dripped from her palm to the ground as she held her hand up in waiting. "One last thing," she wiggled her fingers slightly, "What about the Negaverse's Corrupt Senshi? Are they protected in our avoidance of killing Senshi?"

"Lucky for us then." Castor said, amused that Leto's soured opinions and experiences would indeed, work in their favor. His hand still bled, and as he waited, Pollux slipped into his mask of neutrality. He was the speaker, the observer. It was Castor who would hold the cards. Pollux the one who would tell him what hand to play. Provided, Castor listened. "No." Castor didn't hesitate in asnwering Leto however, Pollux allowing him to play his own personal thoughts. "Choice is choice. If they want to change fair enough, but if they walk in stride with the enemy? Why should I show them mercy, why should I spare them, when they will not do the same. They side with those who would exterminate us- and once their usefulness has ended? They'll just be slain and tossed aside. The corrupt of the negaverse are nothing but pawns. If the pawn turns on their king? Maybe I'll make an exception. Outside of that? They are in our way. They die."

Leto chewed the inside of her cheek for a moment as she considered Castor's answer. Her thoughts went to Persephone, who she vowed to protect. When she weighted her options, she nodded slowly and let out a breath. "Okay. But I will give you a fair warning that there is a Negaverse Senshi that is incredibly important to me. Persephone, of Pomegranates. Long dark green hair. I'll ensure she stays out of your way, but if she gets hurt in any of this then I'm out." She held her hand out to Castor, "If that sounds okay with you, your highness," Leto grinned at the title. "Then we have an alliance."

"The goddess of the underworld, do you only see her when allowed?" Pollux asked, though, his question was mostly directed to the open air. "We'll do our best, but we can't promise to ignore her if she stands in our way or gets herself involved. So long as you can keep her from becoming a problem, she will remain an exception. It's a fair request, but keep in mind, within reason. If she falls to harm from seeking us out, then it wouldn't have been us seeking her blood." Grabbing her hand, Castor smiled. "Then let's seal this deal in our blood Princess- I Castor, Prince of Hail, Bringer of War, vow to hold this treaty until it is rendered null." "I Pollux of Frost, War Maker, stand witness." Castor was grinning and seeming to be utterlt pleased with himself. "I will bring back the old ways. I won't let my history to fade into obscurity Leto- don't you feel the same?"

"That's fine," she said simply. Leto was fierce and protective and incredibly temperamental, but she understood that at the end of the day that this was war and there was only so much lenience to be expected on other side of it. Castor's request to keep her out of the way if she didn't want her hurt or involved was only fair. Her hand gripped his tightly as she looked him directly in the eyes. "I Leto, Princess of Camoflage, agree to hold this treaty 'till it's rendered null," she repeated back to him. Sucking in a deep breath and exhaling slowly, she glanced up at the night sky. "I want nothing more than to end this and go home." Once, it Ares' dream that Leto was following blindly. But now? More than ever she believed that the Senshi did not belong on this planet. Time and time again the Knights and Negaverse Agents had shown her that this was not where she was meant to be. The Princess belonged on her asteroid- even if the connection was torn away from her when she was thrown through Ares' mirror, some part of her knew that was her end goal in all of this. She pulled her hand back from his and wiped the blood down the side of her black bodice. "I'll rally the troops. I look forward to working with you both." Surprisingly enough, she actually meant it.
