 Shri hadn't had many battles under his belt, but it wasn't because his confidence was lacking. In fact, he'd heard of a few of his fellow followers taking on stronger oppoents, and winning, so he thought he'd try his luck, partially to see how strong he was, and partially to make up for his lack of fights. Sneaking up to the enemy camp, he almost didn't see the dark-skinned female until he was almost on her, since the cursed vibe was everywhere over here. As soon as he does notice her, he steels himself and charges, aiming a dagger at her chest. HP: 20

 HP: 21 Breena had a bad habit of napping while on guard duty. Due in part to the fact she hadn't lost a single fight. When this attacker stabbed her in the chest, the Corrupted came awake and lashed out without thinking with her tail at the spidery fellow that dared confront her.

Shri hadn't realized she was asleep; he supposed that was how he snuck up on her so well ...and was lucky to even hit her. The tail lashed out as she woke up and he was on his a** before he knew it. "Wow, you're quick!" he says, before trying to stab that tail.

Breena growled at the follower that had attacked her. She slithered back after receiving another hard hit to her tail. "I am more then quick." She growled as she lashed out with her clawed hand.

Shri moved to get to his feet after stabbing the tail, and took the claws right after, stumbling to the side. "I can see that! I knew you were strong, that's why I challenged you!" he states boldly, before leaping in at her unafraid, trying to stab her up under her chin.

Breena snapped her feathery paw up under her chin to intercept the stabbing attempt by her attacker. Her eyes narrowed at Shri. "Well that is a stupid idea. You don't get stronger by getting beaten down." She replied with a scowl before snapping her clawed hand out at Shri's chest.

"Oh, pshaw. I think you can learn something from every fight, win or lose. And besides, I've heard of a few others defeating your kind, so I figured I'd give it a shot! Maybe my family and my god will be proud of me!" he says as he dodges the claws mostly this time, and tries to stab her arm.

Breena hardly looked pleased at the thought of being stepping stone for some zealots ladder climbing. Growling as her arm is stabbed, Breena reached out to try and grab Shri by his face with her other hand. "If your family is not already proud of you then you are wasting your time." She retorted.

"Well it's hard to tell if they're proud sometimes..." he mumbles, twisting a little to get hit but not grabbed by the hand. "Besides, wouldn't you be proud if you defeated someone stronger than you?"

"Well I was gonna say 'bigger than you' but I didn't wanna offend or anything...besides... semantics," he says with a shrug, just before he's knocked aside roughly. He grunts, pretty sure a rib got bruised or maybe fractured that time. "Ouch..good one..." He struggles to get to his feet before rushing in and trying to stab her in the stomach.

Shri jerked his head to the side and took a glancing blow that made his ears ring. "Ow.. okay, someone's grumpy, did we wake up on the wrong side of the battlefield this morning?" he quips, before trying to stab her again, this time on the punching arm somewhere.

"Well ya shouldn't have been napping on the job, I guess!" he chuckles, even though he knows he's pissing her off at this point. "oops" he says as he's tackled, not having paid attention to her coiling for the spring, getting slammed to the ground. He tries to stab her again, this time with his two spidery appendages.
