This is a video about an FtM that doesn't feel the need
to transition. I hope that you will all watch it as it
reminds us not only that everyone that is Trans*
does it their own way, takes their own path. I also
hope that it reassures any of you that don't feel
the need to physically transition that you're not
alone and you don't need other people to validate
you. You should only transition if you feel that
you need to to be more at home in your own
body. Not transitioning doesn't make you any
less of what you are. Always remember that!

Got a few resources to share!
First is a transgender article I find inspiring. It's less common to see photos of transgender people in their older age. Maybe you could argue growing old isn't really so glamorous...but it makes me feel good to see elderly transgender people. Check em out!
An article I found a while back and have held onto regarding agender/genderless. I used this article to help describe to my mother how I felt, so maybe this could help or encourage someone too. Link
Lastly, a nifty fake beard tutorial! Looks pretty good.
I'll dig up more when I can, until then--keep goin strong guys!
