   Looks can be deserving ~ >> Karole groaned as her phone blared at her, music spilling from the speakers into her ears as she lay in her bed, wishing that she didn't have to be up and head to work. It was a bright, sunny, warm day, why in the world did her boss have to make her work? With a sigh, she pulled the covers off her body, feeling the cool air creep up and caress her, making her shiver lightly as she stood. Karole wasted no time, she hoped into the shower and dressed for work. Within minutes, she was out the door and headed for her car, getting in and starting it as she placed her bag on the seat beside her. Karole pulled out of her drive way and headed for work, still half asleep and wishing once more that her boss had scheduled someone else for work today. Pulling into the parking lot, and looked for a spot to place her car before she could head inside. Once she'd done so, Karole was inside the small restaurant and grabbing a apron so she could head out and take orders from hungry people sitting and awaiting her. Walking out, Karole toot he stage, placing a smile on her face and played the role of happy girl asking people what they wanted. This is so tiring she thought to herself. <<

  Diggy was laying in his bed just thinking about how he would get through the day without breaking people in the face at work. He sighed as he got up and went to his window and just looked out and it was nothing but clear sunshine and people driving to their destination. "Why can't I stay home today? I seriously don't want to look at certain people.." He stated as Diggy would head towards the door after grabbing his back pack and car keys. He would lock the door and looked around before opening up his car door and getting in. He went into a state of thought as he pulled off from the curb and headed to work. A few moments later, he stopped in a parking lot in a music department. Diggy stepped out of his car and locked the doors. He turned around and seen his ex of 3 years Karole walking in a restaurant. Now the last thing he want to look at was the ex that dumped him over his anger issue. He shook his head as he walked away to go in his job which was being manager at F.Y.E.  "What did the hell did I get myself into..?"

Looks can be deserving ~ >> After making the rounds on her stage, Karole went to grab and deliver orders to the kitchen. With a quick look to her watch, she thought It's barely been two hours. She knew of course that she didn't have much of a choice but too go back out and do what she had too. Looking out the window, Karole spotted Diggy, her ex boyfriend. The two had been dating for three years when Karole couldn't handle it anymore, Diggy's anger got to a high and Karole both feared for her well being and for her small fragile heart. So with a heavy heart, and a lump the size of a baseball, she turned to Diggy and broke things off. Diggy didn't take is so well, and maybe that was her fault, but she was losing herself. With a light shake of her head, Karole straightened herself out and went back to do her job.
After her six hour shift with a crappy break, she was finally out and headed for her car. Getting in, Karole made a phone call "Hi.... Uhh.. Yes, yes I'm just calling to make sure we're still going out for dinner?" she asked a male she'd met the other day named Jared. The two had hit it off one day while going out for coffee. Stop being so nervous and anxious she thought to herself, wishing she'd have less flaws. Once Jared confirmed the date was still on, she hung up and checked herself in the rearview mirror. Karole spotted Diggy, she froze for a moment and starred. She looked him over and watched as he waled from his music department by the name of F.Y.E. She shook her head, started her car and just drove off to meet with Jared at the fancy restaurant they'd made a reservation for. You got this she told herself as she parked, got out of her car and headed inside. <<

That one moment where Diggy wished he could have walked over and talked to his ex. But it seems that she had moved on. He stood behind the cash register and listened to the music that was blaring throughout the store. But Karole ran through his mind and it made him smiled how much they had fun together. But he shook those thoughts out very quickly as they came in his mind. He was glad that the day of work was almost done. Diggy smirked as he walked out the store after clocking out. He spotted a very cute blonde with blue eyes and tattoos. Her name was Destiny. He was attracted to girls like that. They had a good conversation as they were on the corner from his job. They exchanged numbers while her ride pulled up. They exchanged hugs as she got in. Diggy watched as the car pulled out. "Well.. looks like I'm taking her out tonight." He stated as he walked towards his car. He got in and looked for something in his car and found the black leather jacket he had bought Karole for her birthday. "Hmm I must have forgot to give this to her.." He spoke to himself. He started his car up and headed home to change for his date before driving off to Karloe house. "What did the hell did I get myself into..?"

Looks can be deserving ~ >> The date was going pretty great, considering that Karole had been nervous and over thought about ever situation she thought could possibly happen. She was usually one to worry about things that, really, any normal person wouldn't worry about. Jared walked Karole out to her car, she thanked him and got in before starting the car. Jared had asked her to a party of some sort, she remembered him mention it was a friends place and that he'd need a date. Karole had agreed, she had actually been both excited and surprised that Jared had asked her. Maybe he really likes you Spooks she thought to herself as she headed home.
Parking the car and gathering her things before hoping out, Karole knew her boxer, Areo would be waiting for her. She unlocked the door and she heard the heavy pound of paws on her hardwood floors. "Hey boy, how are you?" she asked, her voice going from normal to a happy, almost child like tone. Kneeling, she allowed the big, brown dog to nearly knock her over as he smothered her with kisses. Getting up, she pet the dogs head before the two headed for the kitchen. Karole filled both bowls for Areo, watching him happily wag his tail, she grinned and turned to head for her bedroom. <<

It was strange when her bell rang, considering it only ever rang when she invited someone over, in which she hadn't. You might as well go down and find out who's there she thought to herself as she looked around her room from some clothes. She didn't look in the mirror before she rushed down her stairs and headed for her front door. Diggy looked at the door opening and Karole's pretty face opening it. "Hey.. You forgot to take this back after our..." He gave her the jacket and didn't speak a word after that. He gazed at her for a moment then spoke once more. "Look I know I am probably the last person you wanted to see today. But, I thought you should have this back.." Diggy sighed "Look I got to go.. and.. you look really nice today.." Diggy smiled then he walked off to his car. He looked at her once more before getting in his car and pulling off. "Good.. now time to pick up my date." He stated to himself as left to get Destiny so they can go to the movies. "What did the hell did I get myself into..?"ooc: OutfitDestiny

Looks can be deserving ~ >> Listening as Desmond explained how Karole had left her jacket after she'd broke things off, she accepted the horrid thing back and listened as the male spoke once more. How'd he guess? she thought to herself when he said he was probably the last person she wanted to see right now, which was true. She smiled when he said he had to be on his way Saved by the bell! she thought. When Desmond said she looked nice, she blinked and felt a warmness spread across her cheeks. She watched him go, nearly calling him back until she remembered why she'd left in the first place. Karole sighed and closed the door, after a hard, long look at the jacket, she threw it and walked up to her bedroom to clear her mind. <<

The next following morning was typical for Diggy. He wanted to rest all day but he couldn't since this new chick Destiny kept him up all night with their date. He smiled as he wanted to see her again so he invited the blonde haired beauty over for a nice quiet day of alone time. He didn't pressure her into do anything and girls loved that about him. But then last night after the meeting with Karole, he dreamed about her and and couldn't think as much. 'Maybe I should just call Karole and ask her out to lunch..' He thought as he picked up the phone and dialed Karole's number and waited for her to answer. "What did the hell did I get myself into..?"

Looks can be deserving ~ >> After a rough night of nightmares and memories that resurfaced, Karole dragged herself from her bed at the earliest hour of the morning and headed straight to the closet. Karole pulled on some sweats and a t-shirt before she grabbed Aero's leash and headed down the stairs. After a ice, long hour run down the path Karole had found one day after her and Demond had had a date, she was back home and feeding Aero. "You be a good boy!" she said to her dog before patting his head and making her way to her shower. Once she was fully dressed, Karole headed back down the stairs to make herself some breakfast when she heard her phone ring. Karole lifted the phone to her ear after she pressed the talk button. "Hello?" she said into the phone. <<

"Hey Karole.. it's Desmond.. before you slam the phone like I know you're going to do after this, I just wanted to see if you want to go out for lunch tomorrow at the coffee place. Don't worry I'll pay for it all. I mean we can have a good lunch and still be friends.." Diggy knew that she was seeing someone and he was really not going to break that situation up. So he decided to try be friends at the moment. "So what do you say lunch around 1 at the coffee shop?" Diggy did wanted things to work out between the two so having a nice lunch should start the entire friendship off. "And not to worry.. I've been taking my meds so I'm not going to scream at you or anything. He had to mention that since he knew Karole would use his anger management issue as an excuse to back out. "What did the hell did I get myself into..?"

Looks can be deserving ~ >> Freezing where she stood, Karole couldn't believe who had called her Desmond? she thought to herself as the male tried to explain himself and the reason for his call. Lunch?... Is he serious?.. she thought as she knew the obvious answer to his question. He was damned right she was going to slam the phone down, and what did she care if he was taking his meds? In fact she would have shoved them right down his throat if he'd handed her the bottle. Karole was so confused, what did Desmond want? First he showed up with her jacket and now it was lunch and a hope for friend ship? Was he crazy? "Sounds good. See you there a two?" she said that words without realizing she'd said them. What the hell Spooks? You were supposed to kick him to the curb, not side alongside him you stupid girl! she yelled at herself. Karole had no idea why she'd said that, she was so ready to tell him no, but why had her mouth disobeyed her in such a way? "I've got to go, I'll see you for lunch. Bye Desmond" she said before she ended the call and set her phone down. Karole looked down at her kitchen floor blankly for several minutes, what the hell had happened? What was she doing? In fact what was she thinking? Lunch with Desmond? What about Jared? Spooks what are you getting yourself into?... she thought with a heavy, exhausted sigh she simply let herself sink to the floor and she sat there for a few moments. <<

Diggy just smirked as he heard her say yes to his agreement for lunch. He knew that Karole was a bit to skeptical and thinking he was up to something. But, Diggy was over it just as much as she was over it. He was in to Destiny and wanted to spend as much time with her as he could. But forming a friendship with Karole with no weirdness would be a good start. So he spoke right back on the phone to Karole. "Alright then 2 it is. I'll see you tomorrow." He hung up then went to get dressed so that he could hang out with Destiny for the day. He would pick up the phone and give Destiny a call. "Hey gorgeous.. no I'm just getting dress then I'm coming to meet you there.. well of course we can.. okay see yo in a bit.. bye." He hung up and finished getting dress. He grabbed his keys and wallet then left out. "What did the hell did I get myself into..?"
