Feel free to pick any location or city you want, the world is open to RP in any place as vampires have no problem hoping on a plane and taking a trip from one country to another (they just prefer to arrive at night)

The vampire capitol is Bludlake; this city sits on a small island in the north west atlantic ocean. Smack in the middle of what many call the bermuda triangle. It is hidden from mortal minds by ancient mystic arts. The nights are warm and many nobles 'summer' there as half the city is under a huge dome that blocks out the daylight and allows the vampires their own slice of warm but safe paradise.
