Chapter 6: Sign Ups

The settlement of Neued has fallen. Despite the assembled resistance, with the might of Oba at their doorstep even they couldn't hold the for long. Whatever invisible force held them back for the past few months had been lifted, and the Invasion - so long coming - has begun to spread north and west, absorbing as much of Jauhar as the Obans can get to, given the difficulty of the terrain - and those opposed have either hidden further into the rainforest where the coming army can't smoke them out, or fled to the savannahs of Tale. Those defending Neued, in their majority, have been captured - as have any who dared remain in Jauhar as the Oban forces advanced.
With the combined forces of Tendaji scattered back to their homes, and Jauhar overrun, morale is low, and already the Obans are celebrating their victory - now it's simply a matter of time until Tendaji belongs to its rightful king.
Unless a force assembles to stop them. The flat plains between the thinning forest of Jauhar and the forest housing Yera, in Tale, are where the line of resistance has reassembled. The leaders of the various races - those that remain, excepting Freya and Besian who have been captured, seem to have something up their sleeve, but what?
What hope does Tendaji have? And who will come to hold the line, after the failure at the Fairground?

||. Chapter 6: Alliance is gearing up! Sign-ups start Monday, September 22 and end 10:00pm (CST) Sunday, September 28.
||. Now is the time to decide where your characters' loyalties lie, and where fate has taken them. This is your last chance to update whether your character(s) are Resistance (siding with Tendaji, perhaps to the bitter end) or Loyalist (siding with the Obans, who are offering clemency to those switching sides, and their families.)
||. If you are Resistance, are you assembling at the Tale camp, or have you been captured by the Obans? Both situations will allow for different interactions and influences on the meta to come. If your character decides to remain out of the conflict, you will be unable to participate. Assembling at the Tale camp does NOT mean you have to battle.
||. You may edit your sign-up information as often as needed, up until sign-up closes.
||. Remember that once Meta begins, new growths will no longer be accepted - so this is your last week to get those growths in before Meta begins. Chapter 6 is expected to take place through the month of October, possibly longer, so growths will be closed until that time.
