CHILDHOOD Tyler is the youngest of two sons to the current head of the Macclellan clan. Thus, he was never destined to be the heir. Where his brother was raised in the political arts and languages, Tyler was taught music and other creative arts. He was treated a bit differently than his older brother. Where his parents were a bit more strict with his older brother, they gave Tyler a little more freedom.
SCHOOL YEARS When it was time for Tyler to attend Hogwarts, he was sorted into Gryffindor, to no surprise. He spent his school days playing music and causing trouble. A few of his classmates even formed a band with him at the head, and then all of them got in trouble along with him. Tyler glided through his classes, finding difficulty in some but picking up other easily. Upon graduation, his school band broke up, leaving him as a solo artist.
POST GRADUATION As the second son, the Macclellan family fortune would be left to Tyler's older brother, which left Tyler to roam the world freely without the responsibility of being the next head of the family. About a year after graduating from Hogwarts, he was playing a show in London, where he met a beautiful girl. She happened to be a student at Hogwarts herself, in her seventh year. Drinks were served, conversations were held, and Tyler ended up taking the girl home with him. A month later, the girl contacted him to inform him that she was pregnant with his child. That was when things got complicated for Tyler. His parents didn't approve of his actions, especially not of an illegitimate child. They gave Tyler two options: leave the girl or stay with her far away from the Macclellan homeland. He chose to stay with her and raise his child, for he had fallen in love with Maylene Rose and the idea of being a father. So, Tyler and Maylene moved into a tiny cottage together, and when their daughter was born, figured that they had a perfect life. However, disaster stuck as Tyler's older brother passed away in a freak accident, leaving him as the only heir to the Macclellan fortune and family name. His parents, after ignoring him for so long, contacted him again. This time, they gave him the option of becoming the family heir as long as he married Maylene. This wasn't a problem, seeing as he planned on marrying her regardless. Victoria could not be listed as an heir, his parents also instructed, because she was conceived illegitimately. For the sake of his family, Tyler accepted his parents' offer, moving him, Maylene and Victoria out to the family manor, where they could raise their family in peace without having to worry about money. Tyler's parents lived elsewhere in Scotland in the main estate. A few years later, Tyler and Maylene had a son, Kyson, who was listed as the next heir to the fortune, then Skylar was born a few years after that. Now, Tyler works as a music instructor, not for the money but for the joy of the job, and continues to support his family.
As the years went on, Tyler made friends in the wizarding world, namely the Abrams family and the Ellis family. His parents also made an appearance after many years of distance. Christmas, 2033. Tyler's parents decided to have dinner with the family, during which they told Kyson that he had to work harder to earn the heirship he had been promised, told Skylar that she was useless to them unless she became a prodigy of the arts, and told Victoria that she practically didn't exist to them because of her birth circumstances. Needless to say, Tyler was not very happy with this visit.
At the beginning of the summer of 2038, a few weeks after Kyson's graduation, a girl showed up on the Macclellan doorstep. It was Contessa Linwood, who had been banished from her family home. She was welcomed with warm arms, and after her and Kyson told Tyler and Maylene that she was pregnant with Kyson's child, the pair were told that they needed to get married if Kyson wanted to keep his title as heir, his fortune and his place as the next head of the family. The family held a quiet, private ceremony, marrying the two as soon as possible, keeping Tessa's pregnancy a secret until it was obvious, especially from Tyler's parents.

CHILDHOOD Maylene led a simple life as a child. She grew up in Dartford with her parents. Being an only child, she found life rather easy, because her parents adored her. She grew up in a small house on the outskirts of town, where she quickly picked up a knack for baking and gardening. When her magic first started to show, her parents were proud. She had been a late bloomer, so to say, so they were afraid she was a Squib. It wouldn't have been a problem for them either way, but they were still extremely proud of her.
SCHOOL YEARS Maylene was sorted into Hufflepuff at her sorting, which she was excited about. Hufflepuff was the house her mother had been in, and she looked up to her greatly. May was a very friendly girl, and she made friends quite easily. By the end of her first year, she had befriended about eighty percent of her class, spare the Slytherins that didn't want her around. She did well enough in her classes, and had plans of becoming a florist after graduation. Over Christmas break, May made plans with her friends to go out to London to see a show. While she was there, she met a young man who made her fall head over heels. He was a musician, he had said, and she learned later that he had also attended Hogwarts, just two years ahead of her. They had a few drinks, and she ended up going home with him... It wasn't until a month later that she found out she was pregnant. May contacted the man, whose name was Tyler, wondering what they would do.
POST GRADUATION After graduation, Maylene and Tyler moved into a small house together. His parents gave them that option, or to forget about her. Tyler chose to stay with May, of course. After Victoria was born, Tyler's parents told them another piece of information. Tyler's older brother had passed away in a freak accident, leaving him as the only heir to the Macclellan fortune. However, to claim said fortune, Tyler would have to marry Maylene, but they could not list Victoria as an heir because she was not conceived before they married. Tyler had planned on marrying her anyways, so he agreed. Afterwards, the couple were moved out to the manor, where they could raise their children in peace, as Tyler's parents had their own mansion elsewhere in Scotland. A few years later, Kyson was born and listed as the heir, seeing as he was the firstborn son. Later on, Skylar was born. With all of their children showing signs of magic, Maylene had to prepare to send her children off the Hogwarts. Along the way, she met Wyatt and Milo Abrams, as well as rekindled an old friendship with Fiona McKinney. She also took up a job as a Hogwarts Governess.
Christmas, 2033. Tyler's parents decided to attend their family Christmas dinner. During which, they confronted Kyson about his heirship, Skylar about being a prodigy, and Victoria about her illegitimate birth. In the end, Maylene wasn't happy with the visit.
At the beginning of the summer of 2038, a girl came to the Macclellan Manor. Her name was Contessa Linwood, and she had just been banished from her family home. Kyson invited her in, and the pair came to Maylene and Tyler to explain that Contessa was pregnant with Kyson's child. Maylene and Tyler told them that they would need to be married as soon as possible in order for him to keep his heirship. They took their advice and were married in a quiet, private ceremony, avoiding the mention of Contessa's pregnancy until it was too obvious to ignore.

CHILDHOOD Tori has always had an easy life. She grew up in her family manor in Bearsden, Scotland, where she was pampered like a princess. She grew up with her brother, Kyson, and her sister, Skylar, however neither of them are extremely close to her. Kyson preferred to be by himself and Skylar would always cling to their mother's side. Regardless, Tori loved her siblings. As she ages, Tori will be taught to be a proper heiress, despite not legally being the rightful heir to the Macclellan fortune. She will also attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at the age of eleven.
SCHOOL YEARS
FIRST YEAR Tori's first year at Hogwarts was just as exciting as she expected it to be. She was sorted into Gryffindor, like her father, and made friends with just about everyone in her class. A ball was held at Christmas time, which Tori enjoyed greatly, mostly because she got to dress up and watch all of her friends dance. She also discovered her love for Charms and her hatred for Herbology. At the end, she had a lot of good friends and had a great first year.
SECOND YEAR Tori started her second year off with a visit to the pet shop in Diagon with her best friends, Rider and Lyall. She also met Pru there, learning that she works at the shop and has a love of animals. When the year started, Tori had an unfortunate run-in with the new Herbology professor, Jason Hill. During a class exercise in which she completely stripped a tree of it's branches, she was given detention and was told she was stupid by said professor, whom she now hates and is afraid of. The comment really stuck with Tori, who then pushed herself to study and do better in her classes.
THIRD YEAR Tori spent most of her third year in the library, studying for her new electives. Her mother wasn't happy with her grades from the last term, so she had a lot of catching up to do if she was going to please the woman. It got to the point where Tori would fall asleep in the library, leaning on her piles of textbooks. She neglected most of her friends that year, which she regrets. There was one nice afternoon when she had lunch with Lyall and Rider by the Black Lake. The end of the year was greeted with disaster as Neo Deatheaters attacked Hogmeade and the train station. Tori, fearing for her life, ran to the train and managed to get aboard before it left, unharmed. She remembers how cowardly she acted that day, and from then on began to question whether or not she deserved to be a Gryffindor.
FOURTH YEAR Fourth year was the year that Tori's brother, Kyson, attended Hogwarts. He was sorted into Slytherin, the exact opposite of Tori's house, the house known to have an intense rivalry with hers. After countless attempts to include herself in Kyson's social life and being rejected every time, she began to wonder if her brother hated her, or if he was just moody like he always was. Regardless, Tori singlehandedly became a cheerleader for the Quidditch teams, making her own cheer uniform and mastering a color changing spell so she could cheer for all of the houses without having to change her outfit during a game. Gryffindor didn't do very well, only winning one game out of three and losing both cups to Slytherin. One good thing came out of this year, though, which was Tori asking Kota out on a date. She had started developing feelings for the Ravenclaw boy near the beginning of the year, but struggled with her feelings because she was certain Kota and Feather would end up together. Kota said yes to the date though, so that meant he had feelings for her too, right?
FIFTH YEAR Tori's fifth year involved a lot of test taking. Her OWL exams were extremely stressful for her, but she managed to pull through, barely passing most of them. She also spent a lot of time cheering at the Quidditch games and hanging out with Kota. She even went to the Valentine's Day Masquerade Ball with him, wearing a dress she made herself, of course. It was a great time. She also spent time with Feather at the dance, which was kind of awkward for her. She knew that her friend had feelings for Kota, or she used to hope so. Now, she was just caught in the middle of a pile of confusing feelings.
SIXTH YEAR The summer between fifth and sixth year included a lot of shopping, work and hanging out with friends, especially Rider and Lyall. Poor Lyall had his wisdom teeth removed, so Tori and Rider were left to take care of him. It led to a lot of movie watching and ice cream. Tori also spent time at Madam Malkins, training under Miss Fiona during the busy season. She also attended Dakota's family reunion, but felt like she stuck out like a sore thumb. She didn't really know many people there, but they were all very nice. When school time finally arrived, Tori did her typical Prefect duties, helping the new students and doing patrols, etc. She also met a really cute boy at the Sorting feast. His name was Jayden, and he insisted on calling her Gorgeous, while she retorted by calling him Jay. Tori had never been good with nicknames. Regardless, she ended up flirting with him a bit, even before her and Dakota broke up. She understood though, and wanted her friend to be happy. Plus, she thought Kota and Feather were a better pair anyways. After the break up, Tori confided in Jayden, who seemed to be more than pleased to learn that she was newly single. They met up at the End of Year feast as well, where even more flirting occurred.
SEVENTH YEAR Tori's last year at Hogwarts was spent doing what any seventeen year old witch would do. She studied for her NEWTs and fantasized about the two boys she had crushes on. She owled Jayden and asked him on a date to Hogsmeade, where they chatted, walked the streets, and had lunch at The Three Broomsticks. He even got her a fancy diamond feather necklace, which she absolutely adores. Over Christmas break, Tori's grandparents visited for the holiday dinner held at the Macclellan Manor. During the meal, her grandparents discussed how Kyson needed to step up his game in order to impress them, how Skylar was almost useless to them unless she proved to be some sort of prodigy in the arts, and how they would never care for Tori because she was an illegitimate child to the family. In their eyes, she didn't even exist. Tori wasn't happy, but she held her tongue and sat through it. When they had finally left, she ran up to the room to find her previous pet cat, Alice, dead in her sleep. Nonetheless, the end of the year wasn't great for her. However, Tori finished her NEWTs and closed that chapter of her life, moving on to the next one as she graduated from Hogwarts.
POST GRADUATION After graduation, Tori was promoted from intern to apprentice at Madam Malkins, since she could now work fully without school cutting her time down to a few months in the summertime. She still lives at home, but her parents don't mind.

■ OBSESSIVE Kyson gets very involved in things he likes. For example, when he trains for his sports, he focuses so much on them that he tends to block out his family. He could use this trait to focus on his schoolwork, but it bores him.

CHILDHOOD Kyson grew up living the rich kid life. He usually got what he wanted, which wasn't much compared to his older sister, and almost always got his way. He played football growing up, not on a team or anything, just by himself in the yard. He was always very good at sports, and was quite active even as a toddler. Around the age of eight, Kyson became a very moody child. This was most likely due to the fact that his sister had received her Hogwarts letter and was headed off to school, with most of his parents' attention focused on her. After he received his own letter, Kyson remained the sour little boy he had become, for reasons unknown even to him.
SCHOOL YEARS
FIRST YEAR Kyson's first year at Hogwarts wasn't very enlightening. He was sorted into Slytherin, just as he had predicted, and made very few "friends." He met Gideon, a muggleborn cripple in Gryffindor, from his mom's work as a Governess. Contessa was in the same boat as him, and in the same house after sorting. Pippa is a Hufflepuff and Kyson actually gets along with her, surprisingly. Kyson tried out for his house Quidditch team and made it as a Reserve Chaser. He is convinced that next year, he'll make the starting team.
SECOND YEAR Kyson's second year at Hogwarts was fairly rewarding. He made the starting team at Quidditch Tryouts this year, but so did Gideon. He couldn't believe that the Captain even let a cripple like him play at all! It didn't matter though, because Slytherin easily won the Quidditch cup and the House cup along with it. If there was ever a moment in which Kyson puffed out his chest and sat up with pride, it was the moment the Headmaster announced his house as the winners. In other news, the school hosted a Valentine's Day Masquerade Ball. I went, mostly because there was nothing better to do, and had an unfortunate encounter with Tessa. Thankfully, no blood was shed and I managed to get away safely.
THIRD YEAR Third Year wasn't a good one for Kyson. Firstly, Tessa found as many chances as she could to insult him, even when he attempted to be civil towards her. She was ridiculous, and a complete airhead. Secondly, his team was filled with a new line of players, since they lost several after graduation, leaving him on a team of newbies and veterans who seemed to not want to show up to the games at all. Worthless, the lot of them. In most games, Kyson was left alone to keep the Quaffle away from the other team, resulting in a horrible season for the Slytherin team. In the end, they came in third place, just barely ahead of Gryffindor, with Hufflepuff taking the cup. Kyson vowed to never let the cup slip away from Slytherin's grasp again, and promised himself that he would work even harder next year to make up for the incompetence of his teammates.
FOURTH YEAR Kyson's fourth year was rather uneventful for the most part. School was boring, the Quidditch season was horrible for his team, and Gid and Rhys were being all dramatic. Over Christmas break, Kyson's grandparents visited for dinner, during which they told him that he had to work harder to impress them for the heirship, even though he was already promised the title and fortune. They also told Skylar she was useless unless she became a prodigy in something, and told Tori that she basically didn't exist as far as they were concerned. He wasn't fond of his sisters, but even he knew that was pushing it a bit too far. Still, Kyson vowed to strive for perfect grades on his OWLs and to be named Prefect the next year. He couldn't think of anything else to do that would keep his grandparents happy.
FIFTH YEAR Kyson spent most of his fifth year at Hogwarts studying for his OWLs, practicing for Quidditch games and pondering his feelings for Contessa Linwood. He felt like he did very well on his OWLs, save the Herbology one where he walked out of the practical because he refused to touch a Bubotuber. The Slytherin team had a flawless season, taking home the Quidditch cup and the House cup at the end of the year. As for Tessa, Kyson actually took her out on a not-date to The Three Broomsticks as a study break. It went well enough, seeing as they were both still alive.
SIXTH YEAR Kyson spent his sixth year doing what he usually did, which was practice for Quidditch, study when he had the time, and keep up with his Prefect duties. He didn't make much time for anything else that year, which was fine with him.
SEVENTH YEAR What a year. After six years of hating each other, Contessa and Kyson finally made something of their relationship. Well, they made out in closets late at night when he was supposed to be patrolling, so it was kind of a relationship. Other than that, Kyson focused on Quidditch and his NEWT exams, which he ended up doing pretty well on. He passed them all, at least, and half of them were with at least an EE. His grandparents would probably have something sour to say about it, but Kyson was beginning to not care about them or their opinions.
POST GRADUATION A few weeks after graduation, Contessa showed up at Kyson's doorstep to tell him that she was pregnant, and that she had been kicked out of her house as well as her family. Kyson took her in and, after explaining what had happened to his parents, married Tessa. They weren't exactly thrilled, but it had to be done to keep his heirship. If his grandparents found out... Kyson didn't want to know what would happen. After the wedding, Kyson and Tessa's daughter was born, several months early. It was a rough pregnancy, and an even rougher delivery. Thankfully, their little Deirdre was safe and still with them. Kyson may not have been thrilled with the idea of being a father and husband before the age of twenty, but he loved his little girl more than anything else in the world. He had a single soft spot, and it was for his daughter.

■ INTROVERTED Skylar has always been a quiet child. She has hardly spoken to anyone growing up, and if she did speak to someone, they were very special to her. Skylar is also very shy and has a hard time making friends. When put in a situation in which she is the main focus, she will freeze and shut down from fear.

CHILDHOOD Skylar had a fairly normal childhood. She is the third child, the youngest in her family, and was often treated like the baby. She didn't have a problem with this, but grew up to be extremely dependent on others, hardly ever doing things for herself. She was a very quiet child, never saying a word to her family until she met Driskol, who was now her best friend. They met in a park when she was four, he was three, and their friendship was instant. The two met again at the zoo a year later, and he was the only person Sky invited to her seventh birthday party. Skylar has been taking music lessons from her father since she was five. She was placed in Advanced Piano lessons at the age of eight, and is now working on the violin and the guitar.
2031 ~ Skylar and Driskol spent a day at her home, where they followed the rumor that the manor was filled with hidden tunnels. They found one of them in the ballroom that led all the way to the library, as well as several others. The pair mapped them all out, but decided to keep them their little secret.
2033 ~ Skylar's grandparents invited themselves to the family dinner held at Christmas, where they told all of the children hurtful things. They told Tori she basically didn't exist, Skylar that she was useless unless she became a prodigy in the arts, and Kyson that he would have to work harder to earn the heirship. At the end of the night, no one was happy.
SCHOOL YEARS
FIRST YEAR Skylar was more than terrified for her first year at Hogwarts. She wouldn't have Dris or any of her other friends to comfort her and for her to follow around, and she wasn't too keen on making new friends. Thankfully, she was sorted into Hufflepuff, where most of the students were very friendly. That didn't mean Skylar could actually talk to them. She couldn't remember a solid conversation being held at all for that year. Sky did, however odd it was for her, try out for the Quidditch team as a Chaser, mostly because she knew the team was in danger of being disqualified from all games because they didn't have enough players. Surprisingly enough, she liked the sport, but not the Bludgers, since she was hit with one during the tryouts, causing her to fear them. At the end of the year, she did make a few friends, and grew a bit closer to her brother after they bonded over Quidditch.
SECOND YEAR During her second year, Skylar spent most of her time in the music room, whether it be during a Music Club meeting or just practicing on her own. She was glad she joined the club the year prior, finding this year's meetings to be a bit more pleasant. She still was too shy to perform, but she could listen, and when no one was around, play her cello, one of her favorite instruments thus far. Other than music, she spent time studying and doing schoolwork, and hanging out with her friends when she didn't have Quidditch practice. In one instance, Skylar woke up to find Dris had painted a wall in the Great Hall. His detentions were spent cleaning the wall, which she joined, watching from the sidelines and giving him words of encouragement.
THIRD YEAR Skylar didn't do much in her third year at Hogwarts. She had an increased workload with her new electives, so she spent most of her time doing homework, studying and practicing in the music room. She fell away from Quidditch, feeling as if the team didn't really need her anymore, and decided not to tryout next term.
FOURTH YEAR Without Quidditch taking up her free time, Skylar spent that time at school working harder on her schoolwork and practicing her music. She felt like she did better in class this term than the previous, which was good. She went to Music Club, of course, and joined Art Club as well. She was much better at the musical arts than the drawing and painting kind, but most of her friends were in that club, plus Dris was the Captain. She wanted to support his new club, and hang out with him as much as she could. Skylar was smart enough to realize that she had developed a crush on her best friend, but wasn't sure what to do about it yet, if she should do anything at all.

Contessa was born to Zakery Warren and Valerie Linwood. She grew up in a family with old money, and she's become rather cold and jaded due to it. Her parents didn't pay her much attention, so in effort to be noticed, Tess grew quite a temper to match a rather mean personality. She preformed her first act of magic at age five, as a temper tantrum made her lose control and break several heirlooms. After that, it was surefire that she'd be in Hogwarts, and she planned to follow her parents into the noble house of Slytherin.

For the most part, Contessa's school years started normally, and she did her best to make absolutely certain it stayed that way. Of course, in true Linwood fashion, the girl managed to get a kid to be her enemy, and unfortunately he sits with her at all her meals, even if she wanted to tell him to go away. Stupid heir-holding brat. She also met a white haired nerd and his weirdly dim crippled friend. She'll swear to anyone she hates her whole class. Second year, she and Rhys got in a heated argument, but she won. Of course she won, since she was a Linwood.
After that, not a lot happened until her idiot cousin, Heath, informed her that Rhys, the pinnacle of her hatred... was actually another cousin. That knowledge prompted several more fights between herself and her cousins, coming to a head at a planned family dinner to "meet" Rhys. It was probably the worst night of her life. After accepting the addition to her family, she worked harder on her studies, doing well at her OWLs.
When she reached Seventh Year, she set aside her hatred of Kyson, instead opting to spend her time snogging him in various closets. One night, they walked out to find Gideon acting like an idiot, so they led him to the Hospital wing for proper care. After he was successfully out of the way, Tessa and Kyson kept up their pretend hatred routine, though their snogging sessions continued... and escalated. The last day of the year, Tessa discovered she'd become pregnant.

After school ended, she kept up a charade about being totally normal, thinking she could make a plan and hide away before anyone in her family noticed her pregnancy. She was working on mustering the courage to talk to Kyson, when she was called into a meeting with her grandfather and cousin. It was there that she was disowned from the Linwood family, and asked to remove herself from their homes. She sneaked into her house and packed all her belongings, then ran away into the night. She went to the Macclellan Manor, where she told Kyson their situation. His family invited her to move in, provided she marry Kyson immediately, so he would not be denied his own right as heir. The two were hastily married, and now Tessa is eagerly awaiting a brand new heiress title to befall her.
Throughout her pregnancy, Tessa was caught by illnesses and difficulty. Finally, in February, she gave birth prematurely to a beautiful baby girl. Tessa and Kyson decided upon the name Deirdre Maeve Macclellan, and immediately the new mother was in love. Luckily, the baby seemed to like being coddled by her parents, allowing them both to snuggle her and hold her. In fact, the only thing it seems she doesn't like is constant clothing changes, courtesy of Tori.
