Cee had been drinking since she'd showered. She was planning on making this last and so for the moment she was sitting on the roof of the dorms with a blanket under her and what looked like a picnic spread, except it was alcohol and junk food. It was a blessing that with the weapons bond, she didn't have to worry so much about turning into a fat a**. She could cheat on diets, or even not follow diets at all. The strangest thing, besides the very obvious and blatant desire to be wasted, was that it looked as if Cee had dressed up for the occasion. She was done up to the nines with large dangly earrings, a necklace, bracelets, amazingly well done smokey eyeshadow, and a very fetching off the shoulder dress. She sat on the edge of the roof, legs hanging over, with a pair of expensive heels set off to the side by her alcohol. She'd opened the invitation to everyone to come up and see her.

Heidi wasn't too sure about this. Being upset and drinking copious amounts of alcohol..was a bad idea, wasn't it? She definitely wouldn't be smoking anything, she probably wouldn't even drink anything. She could at least make sure Cee didn't get hurt being on a rooftop and drinking a lot. And so she climbed up to the roof, peeking around to find her. She was definitely less dressed up than Cee. Flats, a pair of black tights under red shorts, and a striped top. She was just here to make sure Cee would be okay and not hurt herself. Ah. There she was...at..the edge. Oh dear. That wasn't safe. Heidi frowned. "Cee?"

Cee turned, wind blowing her hair across her face. She pushed the strands back behind her ears and smiled slowly to Heidi. She was a cute little thing, seeming to be young and innocent and pure. There was more to a person than age as a number and Heidi seemed to retain somethng youthful that a lot of hunters lacked. "How you doin girl?" She lifted a bottle, something shimmery and purple, and took a slow sip. "Want some?" She offered it out. "It's good as s**t.. and girly enough for us." She winked.

Oh wow that was..really pretty. Heidi blinked and stared at the bottle. She moved to sit beside Cee, reaching for the bottle to just..look at it.
"It's..wow. This is really pretty..." It could be pretty like this? The only time she'd ever drank had been trying..one of Tuck's beers...
She frowned. "I'm okay. Just really tired..I can try this?" Heidi looked down at it. After a bit of hesitation she finally gave it a cautious sip. She coughed, holding the drink away and covering her mouth. She hated it. Augh. It was so..augh.
"Acquired taste?"

Cee snort-laughed a bit and took the bottle back. "You could mix it wit juice too ya know.." Cee had somehow managed to acquire a small bar for herself though some of the bottles were clearly airline-sized, some were in jars, and one or two looked like someone on Deus whipped it up in a Life lab somewhere. With all that equipment, people were definitely getting creative with it. There were juices and a few sodas as well if Heidi was playing it safe. "I guess yer not a drinker, girl?" She took another sip of the bottle. "What brings you up ta my shindig?"

"I've just never tried it before. I wasn't a fan of the beer Tuck let me try either," Heidi shook her head and let Cee take the bottle back. Instead she moved to check out what else there was, settling on a bottle of sprite instead.
"I came to make sure you don't get hurt drinking up here on the roof," she explained easily. She opened the bottle and took a generous sip of it. If one could call it a sip, really. She ended up downing nearly half of it. Finally she sighed and set the bottle down. "Everyone needs company sometimes, yeah?"

"Beer's nasty." Cee nodded. "I only drink fruity s**t usually. Unless I'm like... really aimin ta get blitzed fast." When Heidi expressed her worry of safety, Cee's nose wrinkled. She looked oddly amused. It was as if worrying about the safety of others was a foreign concept. The comment was met with a flopping hand that rested on Heidi's knee. "Yer sweet but don't you got like marital issues?" She tilted her head knowingly. "I seen you guys on the mission... mmmmm..." She hummed like 'giiiirl'.

The sudden hand to her knee had Heidi jumping with surprise. Her eyes widened. "Wh--no, no. We're fine. We talked after."
We're fine.
We'll be okay.
Heidi picked up her sprite again, looking up at the sky while she downed the rest of her soda.

"Oh that's good..." Cee nodded loosely. "It's alwees nice when people got good operational relationships and s**t." She sipped her drink. Every word out of her mouth a careful and deliberate lie. She thought relationships were for suckers, and thus Heidi was a sucker and would eat up every bit she said. She was good at this. High school b***h at her best. "You know communication and s**t. Never goin ta bed mad. Workin stuff out like grown a** adults." She offered an air-toast to Heidi. "Good on you girl. Good on you." Cee didn't even offer much time for Heidi to comment, she drawled on again with the alcohol setting in. "I mean good on you anyway, makin'at commitment. You a young sexy thing... He your first?" She tilted her head, didn't wait for an answer, and nodded like 'yes of course he is'. "Setting down like that when there's so much fine fine variety in this joint." "Oh!" She bounced, assets reacting accordingly, "Sorry girl. I'm just asying I admire yer uhh contentment with one thing. Hee.. sorry. I'm gettin all stupid cause'a this s**t." The bottle was offered again, as if Heidi hadn't turned her down once.

Heidi's eyes narrowed slightly when Cee started..going on about things. She picked up another soda, just kind of turning the bottle in her hands while looking down at it. She frowned. Green eyes darted Cee's way and then down at the bottle again. Unfortunately for Cee, Heidi wasn't quite the sucker she took her for. She trusted girls like Cee about as far as she could throw them. It wasn't far.
She scowled down at the bottle held tighter and tighter in her hands. She knew what Cee was doing.
It wasn't going to work.
When she lifted her head again a warm smile was plastered on her face. "There's nothing wrong with commitment. It's nice to have that one person you can depend on, or heck even two, three people you can call your own. Whatever makes you happy. I'm happy with my one. I have no interest in..sampling, as it were. I know what I want, and who I want it from. And it's Tuck." She shrugged. "It'll always be Tuck."
The only man who had never hurt her before now. The first person to come to her for her and not seeking out the heart of another. She had no regrets on committing to Tuck, she didn't see it as settling. When the bottle was offered again she took it, setting the sprite aside and deciding to give the drink another try. She made a face. It wasn't much better from last time. The bottle was offered back to Cee.

"I know! I never found that ever.." She said softly. "I'm jealous." It was said earnestly and she swigged the bottle earnestly as well when she received it back. "It's really amazin." Cee looked down over the edge. To push the topic would add to the stereotype that she was some slutty rabble rouser. Heidi didn't know her from anyone else besides the way she looked. She held a long silence, to reinforce her feelings. There were people out dueling on the training fields and so she watched them off the edge. Tiny flapping white shapes shooting sparks of light at eachother as they flitted about. "Ya ok after the mission though?" She glanced back, eyes wide. "It was kinna intense."

Heidi glanced at the bottle again. "Can I try it one more time?"

"Hmmmm..." Somehow a town of strangers wasn't even as bad. But their own white coats... She wasn't sure how she felt about that. At the request for more booze, Cee smiled a bit and laughed, "Of course girl! I'm bein all grim'n s**t. Have as much as you want!" Cee shifted back, closer to Heidi and away from the very edge and offered it out. How much would she drink?
