Standard Soquili RP rules, of course apply here.
All Seathi(mixes), their families, familiars and other Aquatics may post here. Just keep in mind that this is a Seathi gathering so they should take center stage ( so to speak)
All Soquili should play nice ( within reason) please don't post any major fights ( with bloodshed) here. Squabbling is of course alright.
Post your certs at the beginning of your first post ( so they might be added to the list of rpers.
If you wish to post a word-count for your rp, you may do so. Just post it at the end of each post.

Okeanos
Okeanos
is rather bored, and cannot seem to get any of the small creatures, hiding around in the seaweed and like, to play with him. He decides to attempts to do a full forward roll. He does the roll perfectly up to the halfway point before turning sideways and stopping. Pouts, shimmies his fins, and tries again.
ChinookandIllareth
Chinook: "there's a nice cluster over there." *points with hoof* " get the big ones they make better pearls!"
Illareth: swims over to the oyster cluster and starts putting them in a sac.
Okeanos
Okeanosw ho is startled by the sudden appearance of the two strangers lets out the most undignified squeak as he attempts to hid by pulling his tail up to his face . He tilts his tail slightly to peak out of the others before squeaking again and putting it back.
ChinookandIllareth
Illareth: notices him and nudges chinook with her muzzle.
Chinook: ."what?" Then looks about and notices him. Swims right up. " oh hey!" Swims a circle around him. "Your small! Wanna lend a hoof? I can pay you?"
Okeanos
Okeanoscautiously watches the brown and white colored stranger, as she swims about him and listens to her. "No, my hooves, mine!" he replies before glancing down at his hooves. He frowns his brow and looks at his hooves as wiggles his legs. " See, no come off, mine"
Chinook
Chinook: tries not to laughas illareth chuckles quietly behind her."No no I mean help us. See the big oysters are in the little holes were too big to go In and get them. You can keep your hooves I promise."
Okeanos
Okeanos relaxes a bit and looks over at the area the oysters are " Oh, I can get" the little Nix-Seathi declares before zooming over to collect his sack. Then goes into the area he knows to have the best oysters. He returns a few minutes later with several "See? Easy, peasy, one, two, threes!" he giggles out as he holds the sack full of oysters at the others.

Chinook: looks a mixture of excited and shocked. "That's perfect!" Digs around through the sack. "These are really good. You've got a good eye foal. Illareth I may have found your replacement."
Illareth: *rolls her eyes*
Chinook: "oh I'm only poking fun Illareth. Don't get your fins in a twist. Hey foal what's your name? "
Okeanos
Okeanos cautiously watches as the oysters being looked over. He is rather nervous about the other touching them. The little Nix-Seathi doesn't know if they are really nice or if they are going to trick him and scurry away with his latest cache of oysters. "Yes, prefect" he states before taking the sack back and swimming slightly away. "Me is called Okeanos.... Oooooo keaaaaaaaaa nooooos" he sings out.
ChinookandIllareth
Chinook is confused for a moment, but handles it well he is just a foal after all. She would have to remember to be more pointed with her words."I am chinook and this is illareth."
Illareth swims quiets looking over some vaguely interesting coral not all interested in being part of the conversation.
"Eh she's not terribly talkative." Chinook adds and opens the small pouch on her leg pulling out a nail. A simple object for land creatures but to water dwellers a fairly rare and valuable object."I'll give you this if you give me those oysters. I need them for my pearl farm."
Okeanos
Okeanos grins at the one he now knows is called Chinook. He finds this to be far better then what he had noted her to be which was Miss who is brown and white and talks a lot. "Nice to be meeting, Chinook and Illawef." He swims over and looks very closely at the strange object that Chinook is offering for his oysters. This object was not one he had seen before. " What do?" he asks then begins to sniff at it. "What is?" he asks before sticking his tongue out at it.

Hey." Illareth said quietly.
"It is called a nail. It's hard much harder than coral or shell and can be used a a tool." She swam over to a cluster of barnacles and chipped some off with the nail."see? . . .so you wanna so you wanna trade or get your parents. Speaking of where are the folks?" She asked looking about.
Okeanos
Okeanos is still rather confused over what this object could be. He licks it, to see if it tastes good "Ewww," then swims back a bit and frowns. "Unsure, is odd this snail" he declares then swim slightly away. "My folks?" he asks then begins to swim around looking "Don't know, maybe sleeping"
Chinook
Chinook gives a little chuckle."Well your not supposed to eat it. Silly! Well you he careful out here if you decide you want to trade let me know. We are down the reef a little but I'm sure we will make it back this way eventually."Chinook replies putting the nail back into her leg pouch.

Okeanos swims around looking for his family " Ooo.ooo.ooo?" he sings out as he swims about, near the place he emerged from his shell "Eeeee??"
Kaimana
: Kaimana hears the singing and swims carefully towards it, his fins fluttering as he goes.
Ilyrana
Ilyrana: *comes out anyway* HellooooOooo~ *hums back at the little one*
Okeanos
Okeanos stops swimming and singing for a moment so he can listen. The foal's ears perk up as he hears others coming "EEEEEEoooooeeeeiiiiooo?" he sings out as he swims about in random little circles.
Kaimana
Kaimana darts towards the foal, seeing him now, and beams at him. "Helloooooooooo." He spins gently in the water, carefully keeping an eye on the little one.

Ilyrana
Ilyrana hums out a little louder to the foal as she rounds a bed of seaweed and ends on a surprised high note when she sees how young he is. "Hi, I'm Illy."

Pelayo: *Twirls around some kelp*
Ianthe: *Swims along at an easy pace and drifts past Quiyah* Hello.
Okeanos
squeals happily "Hellooooo..ooo.ooo"as he zooms over to Kaimana and swims closely around him looking him over before "Family, you is, yep, yep, yeppy, yep." he declares. Then nuzzling up against the stallion's side before looking around at all the others "Oh, oh, hi hi hi" he giggles out.
Quiyah:
Quiyah: !!!!!! -nearly has a heart attack when spoken too, sees its another seathi- H-h-h-h-h-iiiii. -Awkward smile-Ihopeyouarewellthisfineevening.
Kaimana
Kaimana smiles warmly at Okeanos and nuzzles him back. "Indeed, indeed." He continues to hover, protectively but also welcoming all the newcomers... As long as they are gentle with the foal. "Hello, hello to all of you. I don't think I've yet seen such a gathering of our kind!"
Ianthe
Ianthe: Hello. *Stops in front of him, bobbing up and down in the current* I am quite well, and you? *Relaxes in the current, letting it flip her upside down for a moment*
IllyranaandGeorge
George: *sees all the pretty females around and feels his jaw drop, trying to figure out who to hit on first*
Ilyrana: *pokes him hard with a hoof, knows exactly what he's thinking* You're horrible, you are.
George: *gives her the stink eye and floats over to the nearest girl, hardly scathed* Hey there. I'm George, but you can call me Georgie.
Illy: *snorts in derision* Cause that's gonna work...
Okeanos
Okeanos darts his attention between all the others for several moments before shaking his head "Too much" he whines out before snuggling closer to Kaimana " Tummy is hungry! Where food? Where nummy nom noms?" he pouts
Kaimana
Laughing gently, Kaimana rests a fin across Okeanos's back, and nods towards some nearby kelp. "We can graze within, yes? Tis my favorite." He also felt it would give some shelter to the little fellow, if he felt overwhelmed by all the Seathi around.
Okeanos
Okeanos notices the delicious kelp and zooms over to graze "Nomnomnom minemineminemine nomonom" he ignores all other things as he happily eats.
Kaimana
Kaimana can't resist chortling as he follows Okeanos over to the kelp. He finds a few spare leaves to nibble, himself, but mostly just keeps an eye on the younger seathi.
Okeanos
Okeanos finally finishing eating and goes to snuggle against Kaimana "All done now. Tummy is full of nom noms" wiggles even closer.
Kaimana
Kaimana wraps his fluke around Okeanos, and leans his head down to tickle him on the belly with his headfin. "Ohhhhhhh all full? What would you like to do now?"
Okeanos
Okeanos snuggles and ponders for a moment "Ooooh oooh bubbles, Okeanos wants to blow bubbles" he giggles out
Kaimana
Kaimana grinned and slowly stretched a bit. "Well then. What do you need to do to blow bubbles, my dear Okeanos?" He knew, of course, but he wanted to encourage him to think ahead and plan.
Okeanos
Okeanos forms an O with his mouth and blows hard "Here bubble bubble" he yells as he looks down his nose "Here bubble bubble"
Kaimana
Kaimana barely controls the urge to laugh, admiring how adorable his adopted child was. "That's right! Now try again... nice and slow." He demonstrates, blowing a nice size bubble that slowly wobbles it's way up the surface.
Okeanos
Okeanos watches the bubble and giggles at it "Okeanos tries." he mimics what Kaimana and successfully forms a small bubble which he holds on his mouth, not sure if he wants to let it go or not.
Kaimana
"That's it!" Kaimana said, with some pride, and then blew a stream of small bubbles, gently, at Okeanos.
Okeanos
Okeanos squeals happily causing his bubble to go off. He swiftly attempt to get it as well as all the ones Kaimana has blown at him " Okeanos gets all, gets all" he laughs. .
Kaimana
Kaimana softly chuckles, then carefully sends more towards Okeanos, in different sizes, enjoying the game intensely.

Okeanos's eyes widen dramatically when he sees all the bubbles coming towards him. He lets out a screech of laughter, caught the bubble he had been holding on his mouth to float away. The little Nix-Seathi is rather enjoying this game. He swims about as around sporadically trying to catch and pop all the bubbles, including the one he had blown himself.
After getting nearly half he decides to stop trying as the rest of the bubbles are too far away for him to catch. Besides that some have floated towards the strangers around the area, and the little Nix-Seathi is a bit unsure about going towards them. He zooms back to Kaimana and nuzzles against his front. He tilts his head up and blows several small bubbles up towards the larger Nix-Seathi.

Kaimana laughs, in a comfortable, relaxed way as he watches Okeanos chasing the bubbles. If nothing else, it was good exercise for the little fellow, and good practice for catching things if he needed... And possible escaping things too. He relaxed, enjoying the chance to play peacefully with his adoptive son.
When Okeanos returns, Kai gently hooks his forelegs around him, in a sort of a hug, beaming at him, and gently catches and pops all the bubbles but the last, which he just catches, and holds for a long moment. Finally he releases it, and bumps it towards the surface with his nose. "Mmmm fly to freedom, little bubble! Flyyyyyyyy!"
Okeanos watches the bubble Kaimana blew slowly floating away. He begins to laugh, ones again, which turns into a screeching cackles.The little Nix-Seathi wiggles away from his adopted dad and chases after it. He leans forward and pops the bubble, with his nose, before tumbling tail fin over head, doing a complete front somersault
The little Nix-Seathi decides that blowing bubbles is fun, but somersaulting is much funnier. Well, at this moment of time. He begins to swim about doing front somersaults all over the place. Not caring who are wait is around him. After doing at least a dozen of them, the little one flip over and become stuck in a patch of seaweed. "Eeep, I stuck" he yelps out and begins to wiggle.

Kaimana gently floats in the water, using his tail to hold himself to a patch of kelp. Watching his adopted son somersault, he lets loose a low belly laugh. It was good to see some innocence. There was enough darkness, and every moment he got to observe of pure innocence was a moment of true joy for Kai.
When his son began to move into more somersault, he lets go of the kelp, swimming after him and murmuring quiet apologies to anyone who might have had to get out of the way quickly. He couldn't help but shake his head, amused and yet mildly bemused. Oh children, what would they do... His thought was interrupted by Okeanos's yelp.
"Whoa whoa, don't wiggle! That'll make it worse. Hold still, and I'll come free you." And get a snack, bonus! If his son had to get stuck, at least it was in something tasty. He swam up, closer, and eyes how his son was caught, before he began to chew on the seaweed. "Eat any that holds you, if you can reach it... It'll get this done faster."
