Every reflective item in Death City/DWMA rang like a phone, Death's face appearing moments later. "Hello everyone...... I have some very sudden news for you all. Our rivals, the Witches, have developed a new, powerful Time Spell known as the Fragment of Time. It grants the Grand Witch the power to bring old enemies from the past into the present. This is a very big deal seeing that we are now going to be outnumbered and many powerful foes will return. That being said, I want you all to train extra hard this year. We will need you all to be skilled and ready for combat soon. Also, a new policy has been made: all students who go on missions MUST bring another Meister and Weapon or teacher along with them. The world is now filled with evil and is very dangerous. But I have total faith in you. Goodbye for now." With that, his face vanished....... The war has begun.
