Surface: To any that meet Caesi and doesn't know her well or at all, she's generally pleasant but standoffish. She'll help when asked but only to a certain point and generally tries to avoid any situation that's a problem or that may cause extra issues, which makes her come off almost unfeeling.
Deeper: Because of her secondary powers, Caesi is an incredibly emotional person. Everything said to her or done around her hits her harder than most. She hates showing how it effects her and really wants to show she's stronger than that. She also has a belief that no one is as they seem; almost always willing to give people four chances to prove themselves. Even then she cannot resist wanting to help them, even if it's detrimental to herself. This makes her rash in her decision making and generally she never tells anyone what she's about to do mostly because of said thinking and because she believes she could do it herself.
The only thing that gives her a break from it all, is pleasure and parties.
Personal History:
Daughter of Takari Bixbite and Elza Gray, Caesian grew up with a rather rich background and never wanted for anything. At least until she started exhibiting powers when she turned twelve years old where she began to empathize with others, sometimes losing herself in their emotions and having a hard time distinguishing between hers and theirs. This lead her parents to think there was something mentally wrong with her. Up until she was sixteen, she spent most of her time outside of school in and out of facilities until someone finally came up with the idea that she was an empath. It took her a long time to figure out how to close herself off to others' feelings.

Abilities: Empathy- she can tell what others are feeling. Possible Mate- This is just her being able to see who has the potential to be a love-match. This isn't always a forever thing, however and can be fleeting within a moment. Also, she cannot see her own love-match.
Powers: "Morganite Pothos Divine!" This is an illusionary power that summons up the images and situations of past loves or the love of her target's life. It's used to distract her opponent.
"Morganite Himeos Distract!" Temporarily causes her opponent to lust over her/feel like they cannot be without her. (Depending on how much power is put behind it it can last for as little as one minute to six hours.)
"Morganite Erotes Descend!" This is a flurry kind of an attack. Feathers appear and swirl around her opponent, striking them down. It can also be used as a type of 'smoke screen' to blind and confuse her enemies.
Sailor History: She became a senshi when she was sixteen. At that time she had been with her friends playing around with 'magic' after school. They hadn't meant to, but they summoned a demon which started rampaging the school. She ended up cornered by it and nearly would've been killed if her powers hadn't awoken in that very moment. After that, she found herself without any real guidance as to what she should do about this. Since no one saw her transform and defeat the creature, she kept it to herself. Unfortunately with her senshi powers, her empathy became worse. In such, that she used to have a terrible time attacking her opponents because her empathy would make her also -feel- their pain.
Now, she's gotten better at managing both her empathy abilities but also in delivering quick blows to knock her opponents out so she wouldn't feel their pain any more.

Surface: Rose is a very quiet person that often doesn't speak up. She seems like something of a push over as she often lets things go. Rose is also kind, willing to help even though it's unnecessary. For all tense and purpose, she's a pretty average young lady that keeps much of herself inside.
Deeper: Underneath all the exterior, Rose is opinionated. Even if she doesn't say it out-loud, she's got strong convictions and will mostly follow what she believes is right even if she gives lip service to whatever is going on. Thanks to her empathetic powers, she often tries to keep others at arms length, even though she wants to do her best by them. Sometimes this will contradict what she needs to do.

Rose lives alone with her pet cat in a quiet area of town. It's the area that's closest to the docks. She's recently moved to the city of Rose Falls from her native home to the south for a fresh new start after something awful had happened to her that awakened her empathetic powers along with her Sailor soldier persona. She is utterly terrified of it and fled to Rose Falls to get away from everything- including this strange new power of hers.
This is also when she began receiving messages from The Boss, telling her it's her duty to help gather others like her and investigate the strangeness going on in Rose Falls.

Transformation:She shouts her transformation phrase and a blast of pink hearts explode from around her, turning into ribbons and feathers before they vanish and she appears as Sailor Morganite.

Sailor History: She became a sailor soldier by way of an accident that happened while she was at home. A strange being had attacked her and her group of friends, killing them and left her injured as a result but it also awakened her to her powers as a Sailor soldier. Terrified of this, she moved as quickly as she could from her hometown to put it all behind her. In Rose Falls, she began receiving letters - emails as well- from someone called The Boss, entreating her to find others like herself and to investigate the strange going ons in Rose Falls.
