So I have a question. If you have a pokemon above lv. 50 and you battle using the wifi, I lnow it reduces your lv. back to 50 but does that reduce your pokemons stats as well?

Yes, it reduces their stats to what they would be at lvl 50, as calculated by their individual values, effort values, nature, and the pokemon's base stats
