Personality: Victor is a bit of a loner. The only person he's ever really gotten along with is his partner, Malcolm Silva. Is extremely shy around girls. Around guys he is very headstrong, and always up for a good fight.
History: Victor was born into a family of high level meisters. Growing up, his family drilled it into his head that he had to become an even greater meister than either his parents or his siblings. Victor took these words to heart and trained nonstop, even before he had met his partner. When Victor and Malcolm met, Malcolm had been heading to the DWMA. Victor had also been heading there at the request of his parents. On the way, the two were attacked by a lower level Kishin egg baring soul. In order to escape alive, they had to fight together. Ever since the day they met, they've been nearly inseparable.
Likes: Working out/training, reading, and going on tough missions.
Dislikes: Being outdone, failing a mission, and easy missions.
Techniques: Beast Cyclone - Victor extends his arms out to the sides and begins a rapid rotation, then moving at rapid speed, surrounds his enemy, closing in slowly until he gets close enough to rip them to shreds.
Dragon Claws - The clawed gauntlets he wears grow larger and become wickedly curved, making his slashes much more deadly.
Fighting Style: His fighting style is highly aggressive and focuses on close quarters combat.
