☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ As you approach the booth, one of the first things you'll notice is the odd sort of music coming from it -- sounds of zaps and cracks and zooms and similar sounds that registered as rhythmic music originating from the small tesla coils Ignatius has sitting on the side. There's a small anemoi sitting behind these coils, neighing at anyone who comes by in a greeting.
That wasn't the only one there to greet, though -- the focal point of the booth was a knobgoblin lightning elemental, standing in the center of the booth with a large, welcoming smile, standing under lights strewn about the booth making him and everything near the booth appear to be lit in blue. With him, there was a small dragonkit flying around, leaving a bit of confetti shaped like lightning bolts all around the booth.
Hey, he was a Lightning Elemental, what else would be expected?
All around the booth, to advertise, it said "IGNATIUS FOR VICE PRES!" in large, stylized font on white banners. The sides were covered with various things -- there were tesla coils on one side, buttons, pins, and shirts on another, and in front and center, there was a suggestion box with stickers saying, "Ignatius 4 VP" right next to them.☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼

☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼  NAME: Yildirim Ignatius Svarog. Please call him Ignatius.
YEAR: Knobgoblin / Second Year
RACE: Ghost, Sub-race Elemental
SPECIES: Lightning Elemental
WHY?: Ignatius loves this school, honestly, despite the fact that many crazy things happen at it--and maybe for that--and he would love the opportunity to represent the student body and give them what they want and need. He thinks it would be an honor and, frankly, he thinks he can handle it. Being the vice president would allow him to team up with the president, be an alternative voice and perspective to theirs, and ultimately bolster the events and things they do for the students. Generally, his platform consists of making Amityville awesome, but more specifics are below.
When you come to the booth, you find yourself greeted by a perhaps over enthused lightning elemental who seems quite happy to see you.
"Welcome to my booth and thank you for your interest!" The lightning elemental grins, showing off a mouth that is ... well ... glowing. Literally. He closes his mouth, clears his throat quietly, and continues. "My name is Ignatius Svarog, and I am running for Vice President on the Student Council this year! I'm sure you're asking yourself why you should vote for me," a fair assumption, considering they were here, "and so I'll give you a few reasons!
"I'm here to represent you," he points, to emphasize this, at you. "I love this school and all the people in it, from the snots to the hobs. The great variety of creeple here is what make this school what is is, and so, I want to be the creeple's voice on the council. Do you want something to change about the way the school operates? I'll fight for that. Want a new event? I'll fight for that, too. And I'll get it done. Never doubt a lightning elemental's determination." He grins.
"I think it's time for some fresh perspectives on the student council, and I am definitely a new one! There hasn't been a ghost and especially an elemental on council in recent memory," he winks, here, "and I think my experiences as one will bring a different perspective and angle to the council."
"I have experiences with the events that make Amityville distinctly itself. There are a lot of things that happen to us as students, especially here, but we will get through them--together--and I believe I am capable of being the leader Amityville needs during it's trials and tribulations." A pause, here, for effect.
"But I am also of lightning. I have boundless energy and I am willing to use it all on you, for whatever that may be -- for the fun and the challenging -- and I think it's about time we light up the council. Vote me as your Vice President and I'll electrify the council!"

WHAT IGNATIUS PROMISES:
To be a voice for the creeple -- he wants to hear you out and do things you want to do.
More events! Amityville is at it's best when it's united, and Ignatius would love to promote that with some fun events.
Of course, competitions are fun too, and he would love to bring about some friendly competitions. House Cup was fun -- let's have something like that again!
Sports teams! Ignatius is a very active type and he would love to see more emphasis on activity.
Better cafeteria food -- that stuff is gross, honestly.

☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ Ignatius isn't kidding when he says he wants to be the voice of the creeple. One of the prominent features at his booth is a large, colorful box with he words SUGGESTIONS OR GRIEVANCES HERE written on it in very bold font.
There's also an arrow pointing to the slot, in case you ... can't tell where to put them.
There's lots of little sheets nearby that you can fill out and drop into the box. Ignatius promises to read all of them.
Seriously.
All of them.
Everyone who leaves a suggestion gets a sticker, too.

☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ ☼ Of course, Ignatius knows some of the people here aren't here to be serious. They're here to play games.
No problem, because Ignatius has a solution for that!
To the side of his booth is an anemoi trotting around some tesla coils. They're set up in a particular configuration, all facing each other in a square format.
If you stand there for a moment, the anemoi will show the point of this display. He'll nose one of the tesla coils, causing an arc of electricity to bounce between them and create ... a note.
Was this ... music?
RULES
Ignatius' booth game revolves around making music with the small tesla coils! If you want to play the game, pick up a wand and tap it close to each of the coils, causing lightning to go from one to the other and create a note! You can create whatever you want -- whether it be music or a cacophony -- but you'll get points based on how well you do it.
ROLL 1d100
1-25: Ouch ... what are you doing? All that manages to do is hurt creeple's ears. Ignatius gives you a small, pitiful smile and just gives you a booth button.
26-50: A bit better! You're starting to make some true music. Ignatius lets you keep the wand you used. It says "VOTE 4 IGNATIUS!" on it, of course.
51-75: Now that sounds like music! A few people may even be dancing. Ignatius congratulates you and lets you choose a lower tier prize.
76-99: Wow! Your music is so impressive that Ignatius lets you choose a higher tier prize.
100: Did the elemental tear up, for a moment? He says it sounds like the music of his creeple... He lets you choose both a lower and a higher tier prize!
FOR FUN: Feel free to include a "sample" of what your student may be trying to emulate with their music!
