It was an unwise creature indeed that goaded the Dark Fayth into a fury. Considering his temper was foul even at the best of times, deliberately needling him into a fury was inadvisable and bordered on suicidal. Aveshar stretched his neck in a vain attempt to relieve some of the tension in the muscles. While there was a satisfying resulting pop and a brief spike of heat, he was overall unaffected. Stretching wings back and dropping his head low, the Kalona stallion gave a low growl as the twinging pain refused to abate. Well that was just glorious... As if his mood needed such improvement.

With another low snarl the Kalona stallion launched himself skyward. Perhaps exercise would work off some of the energy and improve his temper, though he rather doubted it. Family issues were rarely so easily solved, and his skull was still aching from previous arguments with his offspring. On the one hoof he was unaccountably proud, for there was no doubt where that attitude and their thick skulls had come from... On the other it was quite annoying that they dared to argue.

'So then, it is true what they say... There is no pleasing you.' A voice noticed with amusement, and Aveshar snarled it into silence. On occasion he was pleased, and could even approached entertained or delighted. True enough they were rare occasions, but they had occurred.

Of course he kept things that pleased him, and that was why he had such a collection of lovelies throughout the land... Perhaps he would seek to add to that today, it had been some time since he'd picked up a new dove... But something a little more temperamental than a simple dove, given his current mood. Spying a glitter of movement in the woods below, Aveshar spiraled down to a landing in a nearby meadow, head up and eyes glittering as he waited to see what the source of the disturbance was.

If he was right, he had just found the most entertaining diversion.

Rymara had flown beyond the edge of her father's territory hoping to find something fun to do. Oh maybe she could torment some lesser soquili, She was after all far superior to all of the other races combined. An Adventure? Or a good hunt perhaps? Because she was a mare in her father's eyes she held fewer expectations. That gave Rymara more freedom and time to do as she would. The dragoness was fine with that. her father had told her of her duty and aside from that she could do whatever she wanted. Maybe oneday she should stake out territory of her own; higher in the mountains perhaps?

Enough of that for now, Rymara landed gracefully in the woods below her there was a meadow up ahead and she made her way too it. Wouldn't that be good if there was some deer nearby? the mare's mouth curled into a draconic grin at the thought. A good hunt was always entertaining, her prey however never stood a chance. Rymara's scales glittered as she passed through sunbeams that had made it to the forest floor. Her color was indeed a blessing she was one of the most lovely mares around. Both her father and mother had told her so, her mother was pure gold and her father's treasure. Her mother was quite a rarity she matched father's hoard perfectly too.

Rymara's gaze turned skyward and something flew past a dark shadow blocking out the sunbeams that danced on her glittering coat. Now who could that be? Rymara wondered a fool perhaps? Maybe this is was what she was looking for to alleviate her boredom. Rymara glanced at the sky, he was too high up for her to get a whiff of his scent she couldn't simply track him latter. The branches were too thick where she was to get airborne herself without ruining her appearance. She glared at the trees.

Walking at a hastened pace the mare followed the shadow until she was at the clearing. Prim crimson hair would always get caught by the grasping trees if she wasn't careful with hours of work lost. The shadow landed in the nearby clearing.

Finally.

Rymara emerged from the wood coat glowing in the light. Standing in the middle of the meadow was a Kalona a pure one too from the look. Rymara's hatred for those less than her subsided almost instantly. This one was to be respected as equal, that is what her father had said, those who were half or less breeds were not equal nor worthy of respect. A smile graced her features as she approached the other Kalona

"Greetings, I amThraxata'rymara."

Aveshar flared his wings one last time and then folded them to his back as he considered his surroundings. The trees surrounding his landing glade were tall and graceful, old and wise as they grew in the shadow of the mountains. The area he landed in was no one's territory, but he had the feeling he was not far outside of one. Which meant he paused upon landing to draw a deep breath, attempting to scent a rival stallion or strong presence that indicated a herd. There were distant scents, but nothing notable regarding dangers.

But something interesting was approaching. With a flick of his ears and a graceful striding turn, Aveshar moved to face the soft sound of the stranger's approach. There was a hint of fire and female on the wind, but it was no one he was familiar with. So he stood in silence and waited for the stranger to approach. If she proved to be a danger or a nuisance, it would be dealt with.

When the stranger resolved itself to a lovely golden mare with scales the likes of which he had never seen, his ears flipped forward in interest. Her wings were similar to his own, and from the appearance of her horns and hooves he believed she was Kalona blooded... Or something just as good, but perhaps infinitely more interesting.

"Hail and well met, Thraxata'rymara..." He rumbled with a faint smile. "I am Aveshar, I hope I have not disturbed you... I was unaware this section of forest was home to any."
