For many years there have been stories and tales about humans with extraordinary powers, all of these humans have then either gone on to be heroes or to be villains. Has this ever been true, is there any ounce of truth or were the stories we heard as children just that-- stories.
All of those stories are a very real thing, and we all must accept it. For a great evil has risen amongst gifted humans, "mutants" or "superheroes" if you will, on both sides. An evil threat, one of great power and insanity, who cares for no human and will slaughter them all without warning. Mutants who will save the humans must find their powers and stand up against this threat. But there are those who want dominance and will side with this evil threat. Then there are those who need to be persuaded, and can be by different sides.
Will you be a hero, or a villain? Will you stand for humanity's sake or stand to destroy them? The choice is yours and yours alone!

❶ Please message profiles to VSG12, with the title of "Superhelden/Superheroes". Please do so, so I am sure you have read through the rules.
❷ Invite friends to this thread! Also, please try to post as often as you can, even if it's only one post a day. If you need to leave, please inform me as soon as you can, or even leave a post in the thread.
❸ Please do not go over-board with violence, romance, or other themes. Try to keep the Role Play to a PG13 limit. You can be violent, romantic, and curse, but do keep it to a limited amount. If you do insist on "going further" with a character in a romantic setting, please resort to Private Messaging.
❹ Please be literate in this Role Play! I don't expect a post that could fill a piece of A4 paper, but don't use one-liners. Also be sure to use the correct spelling, grammar, and other literary methods. One to three paragraphs should be sufficient enough.
❺ Try and make your posts as pretty as you can! You can either use a creative border or a picture of your character(s) in each post. Using colors is accepted, but try not to use the same colors as other characters.

xx▕ в ι σ g я α ρ н у ➟ Jacklin is a fairly normal girl, accepted into College and going to start when the school year rolls back around. But she wasn't as normal as she thought, she was a mutant from birth. She unlocked her powers after graduating High School, and tried to put them behind her and continue a normal life. But that never happened. Jacklin fought beside the others in an attempt to stop E7 (Eve Hallows). She is the leader of the group since she has the most skills with her powers, having discovered them and mastered them at a young age.
E7 constantly berates the others, but seems to have something in store for Jack. Not even Jacklin knows why E7 has a fixation on her, and frankly she is scared about what might happen. She cares for her family; 4 brothers and her parents, all of whom hold no powers, so her fears E7 might attack them are quite a possibility.
She is a cunning person in battle, strategically using her powers so she can better herself and save others. She always wanted to be a nurse, but found it was near impossible with her powers. She can sometimes be cold and calculating, but this makes her a wonderful brainiac and master strategist in battle. She walks the fine line between hero and anti-hero, as her heart is pure but her intentions often get out of line at times.

xx▕ ω є α к η є ѕ ѕ ➟ If you get her mad enough, she will snap and attack anyone and everyone; she is partially bi-polar. She is able to restrain the symptoms with medication, but enough chemical imbalance in the brain and you have a potential serial killer on your hands.

xx▕ ๒ เ ๏ ﻮ г ค ק ђ ץ ➟ Eva Hallows is a blood-thirsty psychotic killer and the one who is leading the Evil Mutants against the Good/Neutral mutants to gain control and take out the humans. She is cold-hearted, bloodthirsty, unforgiving, merciless, brutal, intelligent, and she is incredibly strong in physical strength even without her powers. She was born and raised in the bad part of Detroit, with her abusive and alcoholic father. She developed her powers, and thus he sent her to be experimented on. However, the first set of doctors were more interested in her body....and not in the scientific way...and raped her. She killed them and was given to the government to be experimented on; her name stripped from her and replaced with "E7".
However, their efforts to try and understand her powers made her hate humans more and more and made her into the evil she is today. There is no humanity in her, and barely any positive emotions, and any other emotion she shows is depression at times. She is a cold-hearted killer and is bent on revenge against humans. Any mutants who get in her way are treated like the humans- exterminate without remorse. She is a skilled fighter, though her powers allow her to fight without even moving a finger.
She knows a lot about emotional and mental manipulation, and knows how to get her way. People fear her so much she only needs to look at someone to make them die a little inside. A single word from her demands silence and attention. She is a force not to be reckoned with.

xx▕ ฬ є ค к ภ є ร ร ➟ Her psychotic behavior means she is prone to monologuing, giving heroes enough time to try and come up with a counter-attack. Bringing up her past also brings her to fits of rage, although this can backfire on those who provoke her.
Jacklin "Jack" Ulrich was sitting in the park of her hometown on the swing set. It was a rainy day, the best kind of day in her own opinion, and she was waiting for her friends to show up. She hadn't broken the news to them that she was dropping out of school, and she couldn't tell them why. There was no way she could say "hey, I happen to be a metahuman with the abilities to control lightning and ice and telekinesis!" out loud. She sighed deeply, her umbrella sitting open on the swing beside her. After an hour of waiting, they still hadn't shown up. That saddened Jack very much, because she wanted someone to comfort her in her time of sorrow. So many metahumans were being rounded up and experimented on, some even killed, so she was afraid for her own safety.
"I wish they'd have at least called to say they wouldn't show," Jack sighed as she stood up from the swing. She grabbed her umbrella and walked along the sidewalk towards her parked car not a far distance away. She'd call them when she got home, just to see if they were running late for some reason. She still had the feeling they were ditching her for something, and probably something so mundane.

Evangeline Hallows stood on the roof of the Capital Building of Atlanta, Georgia. She had slaughtered over a hundred police officers with her powers and was waiting for the news to show up. She knew the news of a metahuman killing humans would spark a civil war. She wanted a war. She wanted the metahumans to come to her side, knowing she'd be the victor. She loved being in control of everything. With the power of Power Mimicry, she could take anyone's ability for a time. Her current power? Acid Manipulation. She literally melted any officer who charged at her or attempted to shoot her.
"This world will be mine. I will slaughter anyone who stands in my way. I will get my revenge on you humans for what you did to me. You're all going to pay....all going to suffer!" she snickered to herself.
