Name: The high-tide illusion
Description: A illusion that is designed to slow foes down while making an escape. Through the sense of sight the user traps it's enemies in an illusion. It starts by the user transmitting chakra into an object that is in the line of sight of the target. The chakra makes the object emit a strong light that goes through the lenses of the eyes and into the brain where the illusion takes its place. The object then spits out a massive amount of itself (in my case roes petals). The illusion causes the victim to be neck deep of (the thing) resulting in a few minutes of being slowed down and incapable of fast movements.

Will DC:
Damage: 30 - 40Mhp + int mod per turn
Requirements: Intelligence 16, Chakra control 23, Genjutsu 26 and a desired object
Training:
Stage I: Intelligence DC 26 (1d20 + intM), come up with the idea for the jutsu
Stage II: Chakra Control DC 35, direct chakra through your body and into an object
Stage III: Genjutsu DC 38, enchant a target
Special: The victim(s) is incapacitated for 2

Name: The ocean illusion

Stage I: Intelligence DC 46, come up with the idea to increase the power of the older version
Stage II: Chakra Control DC 44, increase the chakra used into the object
Stage III: Genjutsu DC 48, enchant a target
Stage IV: Genjutsu DC 50, add stronger descriptive images to the illusion
Special: The victim(s) are incapacitated for 4 rounds.

Name: Ability reduction illusion
Description: An illusion that slows down certain nerve signals that travels from the brain down to the body. The user, by sound, enchants the victim by a phrase, for example "You are slower", that convinces the person's body to think that it can't move as fast as it usually did. The jutsu can be applied to any ability.

Damage: None
Requirements: Intelligence 10, Genjutsu 15
Training:
Stage I: Intelligence DC 21, come up with the idea of the jutsu and study the brain's signal system
Stage II: Genjutsu DC 27, enchant a target
Special: The victim loses -3 in Str/Dex/Con/Int/Wis/Cha/Chak. This effect last as many turns as the caster's Charisma mod and this jutsu can not stack with itself.

Name: Mental bond illusion
Description: This illusion is meant as a safety precaution when entering areas when identities needs to be kept secret. The user puts his ally/allies in tune with his own mental state. As one of the people under the spell is trying to relate information to another member of the party,

Will DC: None
Damage: None
Requirements: Innuendo 8, Genjutsu 12
Training:
Stage I: Innuendo DC 19, communicate with another person through secret code
Stage II: Genjutsu 22, repeat stage I but use chakra to transmit your further feelings and suggestions together with the secret code
Special: The members that have been influenced of the spell gains +8 in Innuendo checks with the caster. If the jutsu-caster wants to cast it infront of a third party, he/she must roll a stealth check to conceal the execution of the jutsu, with a -8 to the stealth check.

Description: This is a way of dodging ranged attacks using acrobatics and alot of time practicing with people throwing knives at you.

Love the idea! How about it needing some sort of conduit (to transmit the chakra through)? You'd have to train with it and it would be a requirement for the jutsu. (Similar to how that Sound nin with the bells who needed to anchor her jutsu to her bells' ring)

At an advanced level you would be able to improvise in a pinch, though it would be less effective. Probably?

Varying the attack turns/Cp to get stronger effects is a good idea, but why not just make a new jutsu that's a stronger version of this? That would have more precedent based on the jutsu in the system and in the series IMO...

@Ocean: Yep xD I mean, as an actual requirement, and specified that it was the object that was trained with when learning the jutsu. (When improvising it could be sth like d20 + Chakra Control/10 vs 12 for the C Ranker and 14 for the B Ranker? And it fails if you don't meet the DC? This could potentially be simplified lol.)

@Ability: Since you said that the user's body is persuaded/convinced that it is slower, basically it seems like a suggestion jutsu so for me a Cha bonus makes sense haha. (I am finding this similar to hypnotism which both relies on the subject's willingness as well as the hypnotist's persuasiveness)
Incidentally I would rather favour a one-turn, larger Cp cost.
Perhaps the Cha contribution could be in how long the jutsu lasts? (Instead of chk mod)

@Mental bond: I think I need more info on how exactly the user puts the allies in tune with his own mental state xD

@Chakra evasion: Well, the intention was that Shunshin could also add to Dodge but I guess it was poorly worded :O But if this was unclear, I would like to ask if the guild is OK with the jutsu also giving a bonus to Dodge.

@Ocean: I changed it and added a stronger version as well but I did not understand the formula that described improvised the scenarios of improvised objects.

@Ability reduction: I totally agree with you, you made me realise that this does sound very much like suggestion and hypnotism. I also added that the charisma mod is the length of the jutsu.

@Mental bond: I understand what you mean now, I tried to write details on how the extra communication would come about, but I all I could think of was that the party members could send eachother images from their memory bank that explained the meaning of certain signs aka it would only help forgetful people. Otherwise it sounded more and more like telekenises.

@Evasion: I changed it to be a technique more than a jutsu that only gives +2 doge to projectiles but does the user have to have taijutsu input? Or could it only be dexterity and maybe tumble based?
