Maggie sat down in her baseball uniform watching some baseball game though she didn't know anything about the teams on the field. She raised her cap up a bit to see the TV better, When it went to commercial she looked around at the dorm, she was pretty impressed by the dorm and school she never expected to see a school like this before. Though she never went to a fancy school like this before, the only reason she was here in the first place was because of her baseball skills; though she wasn't complaining she was thankful for this, this school was known for students getting the best jobs after graduating. Though all she cared about was baseball it made her forget about all her stress and everything, it was her way of relaxing.
Soon after leaving their dorm the two ran into the lounge area another student was sitting down watching a baseball game. Gideon slowly approached her, "Hello, Sorry to interrupt you but are you new here as well?" he asked with a warm smile. He did his best to stay friendly with people no matter how they treated him.

Chloe and her companion came across a girl watching a baseball game. Chloe let Gideon do he talking for now while she smiled sweetly. You can't make friends if you can't talk, Chloe. Why not say something to her? but she still couldn't manage to say anything and would continue to let Gideon talk.
Maggie turned around to see a boy "Hey it's no problem they suck anyway, and yeah your new too I guess??" Maggie asked with a eyebrow lifted slightly. Maggie then took off her baseball cap since in the foster home they taught her to take your hat off when talking to someone it was good manners. She looked over to the girl that was with him and smile again "Hello to you as well". Maggie said with a cheery tone in her voice "So hows it been going with you two so far?" she asked "This place is pretty big... so easy to get lost" she sighed since she got lost already earlier that day.

"it's been going pretty good so far, we just found our room not to long ago. and i know what you mean about this place being big i have never seen anything like this before." He thought it would be good to go ahead and introduce himself I am Gideon by the way and this is my roommate." He said then turned to Chole to let her introduce herself.

Oh thank god she's nice!, "Oh well, we haven't been around the school yet, but we are going to tour it soon so we won't be lost later on, have you looked around yet?" Chloe was beginning to smile a lot and the she realized she hadn't introduced herself. "Oh, sorry I have no manners, My name is Chloe", then, she stops to see if Gideon would continue on. She felt as if the girl was just a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day for some reason and that just made her smile more, I can't believe I am really making friends on the first day!

Maggie scratched the back of her head "Well is getting lost another way of saying looking around" Maggie sighed in defeat "Then yeah, I looked around" smiling a bit at her own misery. "Though if you'd guys don't mind.. can I come along?" Maggie asked. Maggie smiled at the girl when she said she had no manners "No worries, I'm Maggie; nice to meet both of you" saying as she stood up from her seat , standing only 5'0 as she moved her very long hair out of her way. Maggie reached a hand out to the two for a handshake.

"Nice to meet you too, I wouldn't mind having you along, what about you Gideon?" Chloe smiled at the thought of having Maggie come along because it was so easy here... She made two new friends in less than a day. She then turns to Gideon, "It'll be fun, we can go everywhere on the campus" she said with a smile.

"It's fine with me if you join us, and nice to meet you Maggie." Gideon was glad he was making friends so fast in this new school at his last one he didn't havee to many real friends just people who hung around him to cheat off him and have him upgrade their tec.

Mari stopped in the middle of the hall and pulled a folded map from her pocket for the umpteenth time. "Okay, okay, so which way do I need to go again," she mumbled to herself while she glanced over the worn piece of paper. The thing was in black and white because her father printed it off from the computer and the quality was terrible. She would've just gotten a new one, but they were all out of maps when she arrived at the Academy's front gates.
Somehow she had managed to make it to her dorm and unpack one bag. Now she was trying to get to know the school better so that she could get around without getting lost. If she didn't make sense of this map she would end up lost whether she wanted to or not. Orientation was coming up soon and she couldn't even find the dang gym on the map.
Mari's head swiveled around and she listened hard. There were voices nearby, and where there were voices there were people. people who could hopefully help her. She followed the voices to a nearby room and peeked inside to find two girls and a guy. A baseball game was playing on the TV screen. "H-hey," she spoke up, grabbing their attention. "Um, can any of you help me? I'm trying to figure out how to get to the gym, but my map sort of sucks."
Maggie nodded at Gideon and Chloe silently thanking them for letting her come along, Maggie knew some places of the school already but she wouldn't mind going on a adventure with other people around the school "Awesome, I got some friends finally!" Maggie said with excitement in her voice as she fist pumped in victory. Maggie turned to see another girl asking where the gym was; of course that was the first place Maggie was at when she first came here. "Hi and yeah I do!" Maggie said excitingly in just 10 minutes she was meeting new people and this made her smile. "You can come with us, we going to look around the school!" Maggie smiled brightly at the girl then turned back to the others "If that's ok, since we are all new here" Maggie said then looked back to the other girl "It'll be like an adventure!!" saying as she smiled brightly.

Alreay, things had changed in her life so fast. She had met a boy who didn't care about her knife throwing, she was now rooming with said boy and now she had just met another girl who just called her her friend. I-I can't believe it... It's like my #1 dream coming true right before me! Her eyes began to water and she had to take a second to dry her eyes. This was turning into the best day of her life. Another girl walked into the room, looking quite lost, and asked where the gym was. Chloe had yet to travel around campus so she had no idea where it was but then Maggie invited her to come along. "We would love to have you come along with us, I haven't seen the gym yet so it'll be a first for me too!" Chloe smiled and then introduced herself. "Hi, my name is Chloe!", she said giggling

Mari sighed with relief, smiling at the girl in the baseball uniform. "Thanks so much! This school is really big, I'm kind of scared of wandering around by myself, " she said a bit sheepishly.
Turning to Chloe, she gave the shy-looking girl a little wave. "My name's Mari, it's nice to meet you guys." If she kept meeting nice people like this, then making friends would be pretty easy. Pushing her glasses back up onto her nose she suddenly remembered another thing."Ah, and it would be cool if we could also find a coffee shop somewhere. I kind of really need to know where I can get a mocha."
Gideon watched as another person entered the room this one seeming just as lost as the rest of them if not more so. It seemed their little group kept getting bigger the day had just started and it already seemed to be going pretty well. As they all introduced each other Gideon smiled to the new girl "Nice to meet you too Mari my name is Gideon." With that he looked to the others and asked, "So is the Gym the first stop on our tour? and i rather like the thought of this being an adventure." he said with a light laugh.
