
It had been weeks since Bryne and Vogel had confronted their parents about their relationship. It had been a true step in their relationship, and probably a lot more nervewrecking on Vogel. He could be painfully shy, and unfortunately Bryne's parents were hard on him, though they need not have been. He wasn't the one that initiated the courtship after all.
Bryne was far too forward and he was a little shy to that, so she had taken on the role and it fit like a glove. In fact, the young lion would probably be the one to take the caretaker role if they decided to have cubs in the futures.
Cubs, of course, was one of the subjects they had only spoken briefly of. Beyond that, they didn't know how one another felt too much about it. That would probably need to change soon...
The pair of pridelanders had taken up something of a routine - they would wake up with the sun and walk together - Vogel took a bit longer, of course, trailing after Bryne half asleep, but they managed. The sun had risen and their walk had begun already.
Vogel just needed to wake up completely before Bryne could start this conversation...
