Every Ninjutsu, Genjutsu. Fuinjutsu will use Chakra in the form of points, Jutsu is broken down into ranks at which will cost points that drain your Chakra.

Each Ninja Rank will have a set limit of Chakra Points.

Dodging is your ability to evade attacks weather it be taijutsu or bukijutsu skills this will drain your stamina.

Your reflexes stat will decrease the stamina drain

Genjutsu

There is a dice roll system to determine the outcome whether you become trapped in the illusion. The opposing RPC must dice roll a 20 sided dice, and get an outcome based on the rank of genjutsu. If you beat the roll the genjutsu it does not work and won't effect you. if you do not beat it you are trapped in the genjutsu and the person casting it describes what you experience in their next post. To break out someone else disrupts your chakra flow, or every post you can keep re-rolling to see if you break free.

Recovering Chakra


Chakra is essential to a ninja in terms of utilizing Jutsu's there are a few ways in order to recover lost chakra the first way is Meditation listed below.

A way to relax and enter a state of serenity, and in the shinobi world a way to recover chakra. When your RPC meditates, it will allow them to recover chakra that was lost in battle. Meditating works the same as entering Sage Mode. The user must be completely still and concentrate of relaxing to build their chakra back up.

Meditation Must be completely still for one post to recover 10 chakra. If interrupted, next post, the chakra is lost. If successful, the chakra is gained and the meditative state can either be broken or continue for increased gain.
If continued, the chakra gain then doubles if uninterrupted, increasing to 20 chakra on top of the initial 10 chakra for a total of 30 chakra. However, if interrupted, all the chakra will be lost.

Another option is consuming food, at a restaurant and or eating food rations purchased at stores,

Food Gives 25 for meals anything that you purchase, meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner
Breakfast :: Morning
Lunch:: Afternoon
Dinner:: Evening
Snacks: Recover 10 CP anywhere from dangos to candy chips anything, to even special drinks
Alcohol: Will not recover CP
You may only have three meals a day or if you consume more that average unless you're a Akimichi [You can have one more ]
you will get sick SICKNESS will cause a temporary loss of a few stats including endurance -1 strength -1 and speed - 1 for five posts, in a training area.

Food Rations (Pills) can be consumed on the field and will have different increases based on prices, character must have a food pill carrier kit in order to carry more pllls at each rank pills increases will by rank or upgraded using ryo may only upgrade once. genin start with 3 chunin 6 jonin 9 kage 12 food pills can only be eaten one per post, and will deplete after consumption.

Sleeping, can recover a ninja's chakra all at once can only happen during a timeskip which invovles going to the next day, and character must be in their residence.

Stats


1 squares means basic knowledge
2 squares means more knowledge can use some of the technique or skill
3 squares average good amount for anything
4 Abover average amount you are better than most
5 Mastery.

In a fight if you're opponent has a lower stat than you than that means they are weaker in that skill for instance if they have a lower stat in speed they are slower.

Stats between ranks: genin has stat points that are compared to other genin jonin to jonin ect.

Stats are relative to the rank of your character
An example would be: A chunin having about three stats of speed will have more speed than a genin with a max stat of speed.


¤ Ninjutsu: The type and amount of ninjutsu a ninja is able to use. This allows ninja to have knowledge in types of ninjutsu techniques. Depending on your mastery determines how skilled you are with ninjutsu making you able to use moves up to SS rank at mastery.

¤ Taijutsu: Also known as hand to hand combat, this is how well you character is able to fight without a weapon or ninjutsu. At mastery you are able to open all 8 gates.

¤ Genjutsu: This allows the user to cast genjutsu. Your mastery determines how well and how high of a rank genjutsu you can cast.

¤ Intelligence: How book and street smart your character is. This allows your character to create thoughts and process at a certain speed. Complete mastery of intelligence means you are able to assess situations much faster than many shinobi. Your battle tactics are very well thought out and your creativity is higher than normal.

¤ Perception: This is how well one can see details. Those who are the masters of perception can see things in fine detail down to hidden attacks, the use of genjutsu, and even those in camouflage.

¤ Strength: Determines how physically strong your character actually is. Those with higher strength are able to pack more of a punch not only in their jutsu but in their physical ability as well. Mastery allows you to break even rocks with your bare hands.

¤ Toughness: Also known as your defense or resistance to attacks. This determines how hard of a blow you can take and get back up. Mastery of Toughness means you can block E rank techniques without a problem.

¤ Speed: This is the physical speed of your character. Your speed determines how fast you go compared to others. Mastery means you are so fast you seem to almost teleport from sight.

¤ Reflexes: This is how well and fast you are able to react to things around you. Those with max reflexes are able to even dodge multiple attacks at once due to the sheer ability to react to the things around them.

¤ Endurance: Also known as your stamina, this determines how long your character can go one physically. This also pays a toll on how much chakra your character uses up. Lower Endurance means you get exhausted physically much faster than someone with average or mastery of Endurance.

¤ Fuuinjutsu: Sealing Techniques, max fuinjutsu allows the user to seal even bijuu.

¤ Bukijutsu: Weapon techniques any weapons Kunai, Swords ect.

¤ Medical Ninjutsu: This is how well your medical ninjutsu will work on people. Those with max medical ninjutsu are able to use the most advanced jutsu in the medical field.

¤ Hand Seals: How fast your character can create hand seals. At maxed hand seal you are able to do hand seals at a blinding rate as well as the knowledge to perform hand seals. At mastery, with chakra control you can performed one handed hand seals. If hand seals are maximized then you can perform these hand seals perfectly without messing up at your maximum speed. It also allows you to perform techniques with more hand seals with ease.

¤ Willpower: Grit and determination it's your measure of self worth as well as your hardiness to never back down, Those with a high will power are able to realize they are trapped in a genjutsu and can break free a lot easier.

¤ Stealth: How well your character is able to conceal not only his presence but other modes of attack as well. This means you are able to hide jutsu inside jutsu in battle. Mastery means you are able to hide your presence from most shinobi who aren't sensory type ninja. This also grants you access to stealth type techniques.

¤ Sensory: The ability to sense things around you as well as pick up on things from far distances. Sensory ninja typically can see multiple things at one time in terms of a battle field. They can also relay information through chakra at master rank.

¤ Chakra Control: The ability to control the flow and amount of chakra used. Maxed Chakra control mixed with max handseal accuracy makes you able to perform one handed hand seals.

**Ranks do not stack. If you are a Jonin, you do not get the Genin-Jonin bonuses, just Jonin bonuses

Jutsu Training



Training will be the way to learn new techniques aside from time skips. Each rank will require a different amount of paragraphs, [In a post 6+ Sentences Each] depending on your rank.

Training Bonus to those who train with other ninja or clones.

For each ninja you are training with -3 paragraphs, and for each clone you use -1 (only a maximum of three can be used at a time unless you have a large chakra reserve [Tailed Beasts]) Tailed beasts get additional clones based on however many tails they have 1 tails gets +1 to - 9 to +9 clones

Stat Training



To train in a stat you need at least 1 point in the stat to train it alone. If you have 0 points and want to learn the stat you need a teacher.
Note: Teacher must be of a higher rank and have 5 in said stat to train someone.

Training by yourself will require twice as many posts with no reductions
Training with a teacher will halve the amount required.

By yourself
From 1 point to 2 points will require 10 training Paragraphs
2 points to 3 points will require 20 Paragraphs
3 points to 4 points will require 30 training Paragraphs
4 points to 5 points (Maxed Stat) will require 40 training Paragraphs

[Does not account for the initial learning of a stat]

With a teacher
0 points to 1 point will require 2 training Paragraphs
1 point to 2 points will require 5 training Paragraphs
2 points to 3 points will require 10 training Paragraphs
3 points to 4 points will require 15 training Paragraphs
4 points to 5 points (Maxed Stat) will require 20 training Paragraphs
Total from 0 = 52 training Paragraphs
Total from 1 = 50 training Paragraphs

Training CAPS for Stats

You may train X amount of stat bars based on your rank
Example :: A genin can select to train Speed, Perception and Medical Ninjutsu, if they want.
If you decided to train a different stat after you initial selection, you must sacrifice training in one of your trained stats to start training in your new stat.

Genin Can only train total of three stats
Chunin Can only train five stats
Jonin : Can only train seven stats
Kage: Can only train ten stats

Sage Mode & Curse Marks



Sage Mode is an empowered state that can be entered by blending natural energy with one's chakra, creating senjutsu chakra. Sage Mode allows users to tap into the natural force of the world, opening up new techniques to them and allowing them to power up existing ones with the new senjutsu chakra.

Mastery of sage mod gives them a benefit in one stat temporarily increasing it past its limits {Stat Breaker} : 5 becomes a 6 temporarily going past its limit making them a [ 4 ] in the rank above them

Techniques can become Sage Arts Empowering them but keeping their chakra costs what they were a rank below.
Chunin = [ 1 S-Rank 1 A-Rank 1 B-Rank 1 C-Rank }
Jonin = [ 2 S-Rank 2 A-Rank 2 B-Rank 2 C-Rank }
Kage/Ichiryu = [ 3 S-Rank 3 S-Rank 3 A-Rank 3 B-Rank 3 C-Rank ]

Disadvantages
In order to gather enough natural energy to initiate the transformation into Sage Mode, the user must remain perfectly still, leaving them vulnerable. Must remain still for X amount of posts based on your mastery over it.

Can only maintain sage mode for x amount of posts based on your mastery of sage mode.
