Regarding religion:
Fraxon is secular, but highly encourages Vangelism. Historically, it essentially pressed Vangelism through threat and often force of death.
Regarding gender:
Fraxon's policies vary from state to state; Djinn, Incubi, Succubi and Waktu are generally the only groups to press differing rights per sex.
Regarding race:
Very egalitarian, especially with the rise of an Incubus to the throne of the Empire. However, there is an immense amount of racial tension.

THE HOLY CITY OF FRAXEN
Fraxen is, by far, the greatest city in the world. It has moved from a medieval city over atop an island to a massive expanse, that continues to grow throughout Fronta. The technological advancements of Fraxen are beyond compare. They are so astonishing that some believe them to be lies. Flying mecha, skyscrapers held together by mere bridges, a man made mountain to hold it together. The center of the city is the home of the cultural elite, the King, the nobles and religious figures. Off the island, bridges lead you to the rest of the city. There are, in total, nearly 20 million people in Fraxen.
It is a whole new world in itself. And yet, the brunt of the city consists of beautiful domes, that remind the people of its origins.
Within the city, there is a great cathedral the size of a whole lesser city. Within it, thousands of people live and work beneath the all-seeing eye of the church. The official leader of this cathedral is the King, but it is overseen mostly by Nephilim who teach people how to heal and guide young men and women into the order of the Paladin.
