[ORP] Poison Kids (Naga Gathering!)

She was getting faster, stronger, smarter. She could feel it. Every day it seemed her reflexes were getting sharper. Ever since her embarrassing fight with her stupid worm brained brother Zulfiqar, she worked even harder. How was she going to be the top female of her clan if she couldn't even catch a stupid bird? Priya quietly slithered away after breakfast to the edge of their home. She was still too young to really go out on her own. Too soft. Easily eaten their parents said. Being harpy food was not on her do do list at all. But with everyone growing their area was starting to become crowded. Too many irritable naga's cooped up tended to explode into arguments quickly.

Wait. Something moved on the edge of their territory. HER territory! Her tail wiggled in anger. How dare something think they could come so close and get away with it? Baring her fangs Priya slithered towards the movement, unaware of her slipping further and further away from her parents protection.

"And where are you going Priya?" The blue nagi let herself be known to her sister as she slithered out from the shadows. She had spotted her jade sister slip out after breakfast and opted to follow her. Sedna was the oldest, the first to hatch even if it was just minutes before everyone else. As the oldest, she took it upon herself to make sure her siblings weren't getting into trouble. This looked like trouble to her.

"You know you're not suppose to be out this far from the nest, what are you thinking?" Sedna nearly hissed her words are she folded her arms, irritated from this situation. She better have a good excuse.

Nagendra was busy devouring his food when he heard Sedna calling out to Priya. This drew the attention of the male who decided to slither over to the area his sisters where in to see what was happening after finishing his meal. The orange and brown naga slid through the shadows to watch his sisters, not purposely making himself known, but non hiding per-say. Just watching and waiting as his violet eyes tracked the movement of his two sisters.

It seemed that his greenish-teal sibling had been going to far away from the safe zone that their parents had put up and the blue sister was not pleased with it. He wondered how long it would take before a fight broke out between the two of them.

A familiar voice caused the snake pae to freeze where she slithered. Uh oh. Caught. Only her head moved as she looked to the side. Sedna. Curses! Of all the siblings to be caught by. "There'ssss somethin on our turf!" The green haired female defended, a tiny hand lifting up to point. "I'm going to kill it!" Sedna would understand, wouldn't she? This was her home too after all.

She then had the sinking suspicion that they were being watched. Stupid Sedna brought attention to her didn't she?! No doubt they'd want to tag along and take some of HER glory at killing the intruder!

Sedna's attention snapped to the area of this 'intruder'. Her eyes narrowed as she searched for it. It wasn't long before she rolled her eyes and looked back to her sister. "What what if it is BIGGER than you feather brain? Then what will you do?" The nagi hissed her words. There was a reason why she was the oldest and times like this remind her of it! It was pure miracle none of them had been eaten by now. "If you're REALLY worried go tell dad. Then you can tell him why you were out so far in the first place, feather brain." Sedna's tail flicked irritably. She paid no attention to the possible fact there was a third naga out here. She had become more focused on getting Priya back home.

Zulfiquar had been rather preoccupied with eating his food, as much as he hated accepting something that he didn't kill himself, to notice his siblings movements. At first, anyways. It was the sound of his sisters arguing that finally caused him to turn his eyes and look about and notice their absence. They were lucky that their father had already left, otherwise he might have gotten angry by how they were stepping outside of the safe area.

Actually, he probably wouldn't have cared at all...

What were they so concerned with anyways? Frowning, the naga slithered closer, moving in a direct path until he noticed something orange in the vicinity. Smirking, he approached his brother. He gave him a nice, manly and full of brotherly-love punch to the shoulder as he stopped next to him before turning his attention back to the girls. "Think they'll fight?"

Nagendra turned to his brother returning the love-punch with a loving smack of his tail. "Perhapssss, if the thing that's in our territory doesn't attack first." He responded, his eyes focused on the shadows by his sisters. He had no intention of letting what ever it was hurt his sisters. He also didn't want to get in between two fighting females. Which lead him to hanging back with Zulf, he was however ready to strike, or at least dart forward should anything happen.

Priya's pink eyes narrowed angrily at the insult, her tail giving a quick flick. A few biting words came to mind to shoot back, but she was smarter than to let them fly. If there was a sibling she tried to keep on a good side, it was Sedna. Blast her few minutes superiority! If only she had been born first, no one would be questioning her actions. "I can take it. I've been training." She muttered under her breath, feeling the itch to hurry lest her prey get away. "And think how proud father'll be if we catch it by ourssselvesss?" They were wasting valuable time blabbering. At any moment the intruder could leave. "If you're worried, you can come too." As much as she didn't want to share her glory, it was better to share it then to get none by missing the fight.

Drawn in by the noise, more the sounds of fighting, it didn't take him long to lose interest in the girls. Eying his brothers, he pondered which one to assault this time. Coiling and rolling his shoulders he spoke to Nagendra and Zulfiquar, "Let the girlss go if they want, they are just sisters." Who cared if they got into trouble?

You couldn't fight with a sister, Momma said, so what use did they have? Once he was Emperor they'd all be kicked out anyway. Now a brother, those he could fight with, get better and stronger than them. Clearly he already was and thats what mattered. But even fools get lucky.

"I wouldn't BE out here in the first place if it wasn't for Priya!" Sedna snapped at Fidi, nearly not letting her sister finish speaking. Her patience was running out. The whispering of her brother's "Fine! You guys want to be idiots, go out and get yourselves killed! Don't come crying to me! It's probably just a rabbit or a rat." She spat out her words. "I got better things to do with my day then do pointless stuff like this. Nobody been around here for as long as I can remember, why would that start now?" Sedna shot a hard glare towards her sisters before turning around and starting her way back to the main nest. She was done with this talk.

FINALLY! Some Naga had some sense! "If we got killed, how'd we go crying to you?" Priya teased. She knew better than to be a smart mouth with Sedna, but having Fidi there backing her up emboldened her. "You're no scardy-sssscale though. Letssss show the intruder whossse bossss!" There did seem to be a growing mass of brothers a few feet away, muttering in hushed tones. What were they up to?

Wait. Who CARED? Priya turned to resume slithering towards the rustling she had seen before.
