The Story The theme ╔════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Eɑrth...
...Has been torn asunder. A massive energy spike originating from the planet's core has ripped the globe open from the inner core to the crust. Much of Northern America and parts of Australia have been consumed in the molten rock that spewed forth from the crag. Humanity was not prepared for this, or what happened next. Eldritch horrors, long thought a myth or slumbering trillions of light-years away within dimensions of their own, awakened and spewed forth from the rift. Old nexuses and magical ley-lines reactivated, opening extra-dimensional portals. Gods, demons, magic, and powerful alien beings tore their way through the now paper-thin dimensional barriers. From the radiation seeping forth from the rift, monsters and humans mutated. From extra-terrestrial visitors, friendly and hostile, new technology was obtained. From the ancient lines of arcane energy reactivating, magic was again tapped. The world, in the blink of an eye, became not unlike myth and legend; Something out of a comic book. People that were now more than human became super-heroes, or villains. Science took leaps and bounds. Giant monsters roamed the Earth, constantly threatening to destroy the remaining cities. Some have embraced this new world. Some seek to return it to it's natural state. Others have begun plans to destroy it and still others have embraced their new extra-terrestrial overlords. ╚════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Stats
HP: Your power. A numerical representation of how much presence you have as well as raw power in a given moment if everything was totaled up and put out there. HP also denotes how much physical trauma you can take before collapsing or dying.
Endurance: Staying power. This is how long you can endure things, how much fortitude your spirit and body can put forth when one is pushed to the limits. It isn't how much weight you can carry, but how long can you carry it? Not how strong a magic attack is, but how long you can blast before it peters out.
Speed: Speed isn't just how fast you can run. It's how fast you can move in general. Be it running, dodging, swimming, jumping, attacking, etc.
Defense: When pressed, this represents your ability to parry or block a strike. Somebody wishing to do you harm in any way has to do enough damage to overwhelm your ability to say "not today."
Strength: Muscles. This denotes how much weight you can swing around, and by extension the kind of damage a physical attack can do. Swords, punches, kicks, body-tackles, etc.
Mana: Here is the soul. "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak". If strength is swinging a sword, mana is where you get your strength for spells and incantations. Your magic muscles as it is. An innate ability and natural gift.
Intelligence: Certainly self-explanatory, intelligence is how smart a character is. How capable a character is at inventing things, or solving puzzles, or figuring a situation out.
Dexterity: Here is where you get the ability to move quickly with grace, or at least spin a blade without losing fingers. Determines how accurate you are with ranged attacks.
2.) You can PvP; Don't kill another player's character without express permission from the owner of said character. Leave them to die. Knock them out. Etc.
3.) Races can be made. Provide a description of their race and back-story. Custom races can have one custom trait and 2 custom stat bonuses (with a stat debuff and a negative effect). This can be a innate stat bonus or some special ability only they get to be approved by me [Chaos].
4.) By creating a character, you consent to the fact that you have read the rules and any punitive action I [Chaos], take against your character for breaking the rules is at my own discretion.
5.) Rules are subject to change and rules can be added at my discretion should the need call for it.
6.) Keep it PG 13. Fade to black if you have to.
7.) Feel free to customize your character's profile, but please keep images below at least 400 pixel wide and 500 high.
8.) No decimals or fractions as far as stats. Stats are rounded to the nearest whole number.
9.) Stats are gained 1/250 words.
10.) Have fun!

Custom Ability Rules 1. ) The excuse, "Why cant I get this? Someone else has it," will never honestly work. Customs are determined on a case to case basis and what works for some people may not work for others. 2. ) There are no absolutes. Everything must have some sort of limit on power or ability. Limits come in many forms but you have to limit your ability in some way. 3. ) Almost all techniques which have an effect on your character or someone else's character in battle will need a Cost. There are rare exceptions but if you don't want to waste time arguing give it a cost. 4. ) Do not copy another person's customs. This is plagiarism and will be dealt with. Unless you have permission to use a character's customs that do not belong to you, do not expect them to be approved.
Low-level = Your building blocks and utility abilities. Mid-level = Minor offensive abilities and passives. Regains. Cost pools. High-level = Powerful offensive powers and passives. Your red-button to nuke abilities.

Everything. Biography: One of the first Kaijuu to appear after the Rift. This massive, silver-white scaled beast was given the designation of Am-Heh by the U.E.F. (United Earth Federation), due to it's tremendous appetite even for a Kaiju. Known to consume other alien beings as large, if not larger than itself, even after completing a rampage of destruction; Am-Heh is a Kaijuu that has immeasurable strength and a endless appetite for carnage and it's nigh infinite supply of prey.

Super Humans
Name: The Psychic Paladin (Samuel Wahl) Race: Super Hero Alignment: Lawful Neutral Personality: He is serious and matter-of-fact, not letting emotion guide his actions. This is not to say he is unkind or uncaring, just that he doesn't allow feelings to alter his course. He's certainly not the smartest or most lithe, but his solid wall, both literally and personality-wise, gets the job done. Goals: To stop eldritch beings and the insanity they wreak. Biography: His parents were driven mad by the emergence of a Lovecraftian abomination off the coastline of where they lived. They shielded him from seeing it, so he was spared. As most of his town also fell into madness and government scrambled to deal with this new threat, school was canceled. Of the sane remainder, he was the only one to actually survive the chaos alive. The eldritch powers left in the wake of the creature's passing granted him powers that would have saved his city. Thus, the entity's appearance was both a blessing and a curse; he was now able to protect everybody else at the cost of those he knew and loved. Into his adolescence, he trained and honed his powers, becoming something of a local hero even if he didn't always succeed. Now as an adult, he is ready to defend entire nations from the dread of outsiders. In building up protection against horrors beyond imagination, he is feeble in the face of less foreign magic (inherently supernatural abilities of kaijus and super heros/villains are more effective against him).
Abilities 1. Immunity to "Horror" ability and resistance against other mind-affecting abilities from Eldritches. He resists if his Endurance + Defense > the Eldritch's Endurance + Defense. 2. Can heal mental illnesses, whether or not they were caused by eldritches. The more severe a mental illness, the longer it takes to cure. He must remain in constant and direct physical contact with the awake subject's head for this to work. It takes 250 words to heal most mental illnesses.
Name: Inocenica Arya (IA or Arya for short) Race:Super-Human Age: 19 Weakness:Atlantis' Stone: There's a reason why Atlantis was known for being more advanced then their own beings. On their island, they discovered a beautiful sapphire stone which said to hold magical energy. Not known to Arya, but that energy is her downfall if close to her. Alignment:True Neutral Personality: Outgoing, open-minded, positive, and can be very stubborn. Goals: To make sure everyone is happy Biography: No one knows of her family. One morning, when the warriors woke up bright and early to go on a hunt, they went to the Statue where Great Hunter spirits can hear them; to pray for help with the hunt. There, they found a baby underneath the statue, awake and smiling. The only evidence they had was the soft feathery like blanket around her and the necklace. The villagers were a bit concerned with the odd appearance, but they accepted her with open arms. They passed her down from one family to another, depending who has time and who does not. They were shocked to how gentle the baby is, she never even cried. Even as a toddler, when given a chore, she does not complain. The entire village becomes her family. Now grown, she has repay the village back deeply. Helping the hunters by tending to them, helping with the farming and the crops, and even cooking for the family if they do not have time to cook themselves. She's always at a different house doing different things every day, but one thing for sure, from 10am to 1pm, she is teaching the children. Late to bed and early to rise, Arya works feverishly to help others and never thought about herself even though many has told her that she needs to.
On her sixteenth birthday, one of the children went missing in the caves. Arya was part of the search party as they desperately try to find the child. Falling in a hole, she has landed someone dark and cold. 12 hours later, Arya was found sleeping outside of the cave along with the child. When asked, she simply tells the villagers that she was somewhere dark, and she has no idea what happened, of how her and the child appeared back in the front of the cave. But inside, she knows the truth of what really happened to her in the cave. She knows the truth of who she really is. To save the villagers pain, she keeps her dark secret deep inside her heart
Abilities 1. Unknown to Arya, the magical world she is from is known for their peace with everything. All the life on the planet has the ability to connect. This gives Arya the ability to befriend a creature if it's willing to befriend. It goes with plants, Kaijuu's or even humans if needed. It does not apply to eldritch and anyone who is not willing to connect with her. When connected, they would be able to feel each other emotions and one can guide another. Both would have the ability to see what they are thinking during connection. 2. Able to absorb ability from another for one post in every 10 mana stats she has. If they are not giving it willingly, she can still absorb it from them if her endurance + mana > their endurance + mana. Whoever she absorbed it from, they can still use their ability. 3. By using the energy that lies within Arya, she is able to summon a bow and create arrows of different elements. Cost Arya 5 mana per arrow. Able to have her bow for every 10 endurance she has. The cool-down is 2 posts.
Name: Samael R. Martin Race: Super-human Alignment: Chaotic Evil Weakness: Getting him to say his name backwards. Personality: Psychotic is one word to describe him. With obvious sociopathic tendencies, a tentative grip on reality, bipolar disorder, and maybe even multiple personality disorder: Samael is not entirely here or there. This is not to say he isn't intelligent. On the contrary, Samael might be one of the brightest minds of this age if not one of the most insane. Age: 27 Theme Song:Shut me up Height: 6'1" Weight: 145lbs Goals: They're vague at best. Biography: Who ever Samael was before the Rift doesn't matter. He only became the person he is today after the event. Whatever happened to the man changed him forever, giving him extraordinary powers at the terrible cost of his mind. Perhaps he looked into the abyssal face of an elder god, or stared into the endless expense of a dead multiverse. The only person, or persons, who know is, or are, Sam. But he's too far gone to ever give any reliable information.
Stats Health Points: 102 [Equal to stat total] Endurance: 2 [2] Strength: 1 [1] Defense: 2 Speed: 21 [42] Dexterity 5 Mana: 30 [60] Intelligence: 41 [82]
Abilities xDevil's Hand - Samael can choose to tap into the potential energy contained within an object or person and transform it into kinetic energy upon touch. Thus he has the ability to cause anything he touches to explode. When this is used on people, via object or direct contact, it deals damage equal to his mana. xDevil's Deal - Samael can grant a single wish to any person. This wish cannot grant omnipotence or omniscience. Samael cannot grant his own wish. Any person or creature who accepts this wish from Samael immediately becomes chaotic evil and cannot attack him unless they have a higher intelligence than him. xDevil's Glimpse - Once per battle, Samael can attempt to possess a person or creature within 1 mile for one post so long as he knows their name. He automatically knows the name of anyone who accepts a wish from him or has said his name at least three times. This possession fails if they have more mana + intelligence than him. He cannot force a character to do something against their alignment or would put them in obvious danger: he works subtly. However, he automatically learns anything they know, their whereabouts, and anything they sense.
Advanced Humans
Quote:
Now Uploading Data On...| CRYOGEN 2.0
Former Name: Myrhigan Black
Race:Human (Advanced)
Alignment: Neutral
Personality: Erratic, selfish, and highly intelligent. Able to manipulate within the wireless world unlike any other. Some call him a Technomancer, or the Ghost in the Machine - but he knows what he truly is - "The Next Step"
Goals: Accumulation of technology, expansion of the wireless world and computing 'nodes'. Secondary goals include converting more people to be like "him"
Biography: Myrhigan Black was considered to be the next Steve Jobs, a programmer who revolutionized the way humanity saw the internet, creating an entirely wireless series of storage spaces known as Nodes, and forwarding studies in drones and cybernetics. Unfortunately for Mr. Black, when The Spike hit, he was flying in a plane over the Pacific, the plane was sent spiraling into the water depths to his death.
"He" awoke within a world forged of 0's and 1's, a hard copy 'backup' of Myrhigan Black, tirelessly coded and recorded over a three-year process of Black's habits, speeches, and designs to capture the programmer's mind - an attempt to escape death in his own way. Project Cryogen awoke within the internal servers of MyrhiiNET, and within a period of five minutes had taken control of the resident systems and accumulated the necessary upgrades to live on within his wireless world of code and syntax...

* Ghost in the Machine : Cryogen lives in the non-physical world : and thus interacts differently in several cases. As an AI, several of his stats serve secondary purposes.
* Endurance : Affects how long he can stay in an outside Node (that is to say, a computerized node that was not created by himself) * Defense : Acts as his Firewall for purposes of combat within the Net * Speed : Acts as his Logic, that is the ability he can interpret, process, and react. * Dexterity : Acts as his Disk-Write, the ability and accuracy to which he can write and fling code within the Net. * Intelligence : Serves as his AI - determining the power of his codes
Cryogen's unlocked 'Weapons' serve as new nodes and drones he is able to acquisition through MyrhiNET, through which he can access the outside world in a physical sense.
Eldritch

Name: The Indigo Knight / Sarah Prather Race: Magical Construct / Afflicted Human Alignment: Lawful Neutral Personality: Pragmatic Goals: Serving her Master, and seeking out Horrors to feed him Biography: Sarah Prather was a bright girl, and the daughter of a rather prominent CEO that took advantage of advencements in technology. An independant girl, she sought to make her own way rather than just rely upon the inheritance that would give her more money than she could ever spend. She traveled, did odd jobs, and worked hard at anything that came her way. Unfortunately, one travel brought her too close to a rift . . . and a horror greeted her. As with most, the sheer sight of the being assaulted her mind in ways she could not defend from. Rather than simply run the streets screaming gibberish, she fell into a coma; her mind retreating from the impossible. The meeting also gave her a touch of eldrich and otherworldly magic. The horror could not consume the girl however, for a kaijuu moved in and did battle with it. In the rubble, Prather's body was bruised and broken- but alive.
Her parents used their considerable resources not only to retrieve her body, but also to get her the best of care. Slowly, she healed and began to gain life back in her body. Her mind never came back. To this day, Sarah Prather sits in a secure location, kept alive and healthy (relatively speaking) while her parents constantly try to find reasons to hope she will wake up someday. They do not realize that it wasn't the building falling on her that took their daughter.
As the body fell, the mind tried to escape instantaniously and was granted that rare power by the magic of an otherworldly being. It intertwined with her will and allowed her mind to open a pinhole in existence- a portal to escape the horror. From a distance, the mind witnessed a monster do battle with the creation that terrified her so. It was huge, it was armored, it was powerful. The battle lasted approximately an hour, and devoid of a body, the mind grew enamored with that kaijuu. It slayed the monster like a knight. Wanting to be like that creature, the magic allowed the mind to build a form. Purple was it's favorite color, so the mind made a body of indigo. It saw an armored warrior, and became a bipedal knight. Devoid of memory . . . the knight could not form a face or a gender. Thus, a thin, agile, androgenous body was made.
Without a face, there could be no voice. She did not need a voice to speak to her master, the kaijuu she followed. She did need one for the humans and other inhabitants of the world. To speak with others was to use them, and so a solid metal plate covered where she would have had a face. Her ability to speak depended on others, now. Her ability to speak depended on somebody else being there, as she would borrow their voice. Any reflected in her visor provided her with a voice- be it one or a million. As a construct, she need not sleep. She doesn't eat. She doesn't breathe. She doesn't stop. All she intends is to be a herald- a valued voice to lead her master to his next abomination to devour. She can heal, she can create portals, and she can do everything her master needs to seek out horrors . . . and little else.
Somewhere, her body lies sleeping. Despite the disconnect between body and psyche, that is her weakness. If her body could be found and destroyed . . . the mind cannot live without the body. A magical bond keeps her on Earth, and as long as her physical needs are met, she will continue to exist. It is fed, it is cared for, it is treated with love, and it allows the Indigo Knight to continue the search for abominations for her master to feast upon.
Stats This number represents the construct. The body is comatose, and has similar scores in mana and intelligence- but 0 in all other stats. Health Points: 100 [Equal to stat total] Endurance: 8 Strength: 1 {1} Defense: 1 {1} Speed: 20 Dexterity 25 {125} Mana: 25 {125} Intelligence: 20
Abilities Portals - The Indigo Knight must be able to travel quickly and far in order to stay ahead of her master. He is slow, but his stride is massive. As such, she can create holes on flat surfaces. She must be able to see them, and needs to create two to connect. Point A and point B. Additionally, she can only create two at a time. To create a new portal, she must dismiss the old one. The portals are only capable of being 1.5 times her height and 1.5 times her width at maximum. She would not be able to drive a car through in any way, but a bit of equipment is not an issue.
Healing / Repair - As a construct, she can be damaged and broken just like the human she is based off of. As the body she walks around in is not alive, it only takes time to reform as it understands itself. It will repair and eventually become what it should be, but the repair is not instantanious.
Language - As a side effect of using others to speak, she is fluent in any spoken language, reflecting the skills of those she is borrowing a voice from. This does not translate to literacy, as words are lines on a surface, not spoken. The Indigo Knight is illiterate.

"A giant monster has emerged from coastal waters to terrorize the city, it is currently of unknown origin and size. There has yet to be a response from the militar-What's this?! GET OFF OF ME!"
The live news feed is cut short as a man in military uniform grabs the camera and throws it to the ground. The attack is currently taking place in a coastal city part of the United Kingdoms. Close to the rift, much of Europe is prone to attacks from alien entities. The current monster's origin, or species, is unknown. All civilians have been evacuated. The military is currently battling the beast, with little success and are waiting for a U.E.F prototype armament to arrive. There are also reports of a Kaijuu that has started moving in from the East since the other monster's emergence from the ocean.
Screams can be heard in the distance for anyone unfortunate enough to find themselves stranded in the city. Smoke rises from the giant beast's trail of carnage. The power grid has long been shut down, the evacuation routes stagnated with thousands of people trying to escape. The shelters in the city are full of the people who couldn't escape or were injured in the initial attack. Death can be found everywhere amongst the rubble of broken buildings and crushed cars. The smell of nuclear fire permeates the air and blackened ash rains down around like snow-likes, coating the scene in a black soot.

"This just in: we've caught sight of the other giant monster! It's heading down one of the major highways! Avoid route 6 at all costs!"
The sudden news feed kicks in on every radio and television broad-cast for a few hundred miles. At first the warning sound had played, and most people dismissed it with the current monster attack going on in the main city. In a small diner, the patrons and staff stood transfixed to the screen. All of them were in a state of shock. They were on the same route as the monster's path! Then they felt it. The tremor. Some might mistake it for an earthquake at first. But it happened again and only got louder. Until it was deafening. The sun disappeared for a few minutes before the sound began to fade and the light returned. The patrons, clustered at the windows, just stared in awe as a gigantic monster, larger than most, casually walked over them. A gigantic foot-print a mere fifty feet from the diner, bigger than the small building in area.
"This is chopper six, reporting in. We have sight of the monster. It's course hasn't veered and it is heading on a straight path to the city currently under attack."
A chopper flies over the giant pale beasts head. Completely ignored by the kaijuu, it zipped over his back and narrowly avoided the huge spikes lining it's spine. "Watch where you're flying this thing!" The female news reporter screeched as they avoided slamming into the pale scales. "We're receiving information that the monster en route is actually a Kaijuu known as Am-heh, known for defeating other monsters." She concludes her broadcast. The cars below swerve off of the highway before Am-heh approaches, trying desperately to not be crushed unintentionally. People scream or cower as he passes overhead.
Am-heh watched the chopper as it swerved to avoid him, his large, fiery-orange eye tracking it until he couldn't see it anymore. He felt every twitch and every contraction as he lumbered along. He hardly noticed the little creatures beneath him, scurrying to avoid his feet. The behemoth had never put much thought into what they were or how they would taste, or much thought into anything beyond eating. He had been increasingly restless as he felt the other monster emerge from the ocean. It was invading his territory and he wouldn't allow that to happen. Not without a fight. The pale king, as he had come be known, trudged along, closing the distance quickly even for his slow stride.
"GREEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAR!!" He bellows, opening his maw and letting loose a roar: challenging the other monster. The ground shakes and trembles at the sound. Glass bursts and birds leave their roosts in an uproar even miles away. Animals run for cover as an ultra, apex predator sets sights on it's prey and picks up it's pace. The roar is heard for hundreds of miles, the echo carrying on the wind. It was a signal. A slaughter was about to begin. As far as Am-heh was considered, he would be eating today. Not on the flesh of another Kaijuu either, or at least that's what he believed. This smell was foreign to him. It wasn't natural, like a Kaijuu's would be, or other-worldly like a eldritch's would be. It was, sterile. Clean. Not right.
The report of a new creature got Samuel's blood pumping in a mix of excitement and anxiety. While he recognized that facing down abominations was his talent and duty, and not one he would forsake, they always brought back painful memories from his childhood.
The governments of many nations recognized his abilities and thus supported his efforts. To this end, he was being dispatched to face the threat. He calmed himself with some deep breathing as his copter took off toward the sighting. He was already in Europe, so the trip would be short. He just hoped he could get there in time to prevent damage, because prevention is always easier than curing.
In reality, nobody had yet identified of what type the threat was. If it was not a cosmic horror, he wouldn't be of much help on the field. However, as the politicians supporting him must have mused, it was better that he be en route ASAP just in case.

"SSSSCCCCCRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAA"
She couldn't breathe. Her hands are covered in blisters and bleeding. Panting, the pink-haired female glances upwards at how much further she has. Her grey hues glances downwards; there, she comes in eye contact with a massive beast that has wings but it's wings are damaged and it's unable to fly. Doesn't stop the beast from climbing on the very steep area. The hunters of her village are catching up to the beast. Her eye contact shifts from the creature to one of the hunters. He calls out her name and demands her to not go further. Giving him an apology look, Arya turns back to her focus; ignores the pain in her hands and continues to climb up to try to stay ahead of the beast.
"How is she doing this? No one has been able to climb up the wall before!"
One of the hunters exclaims as half of them are trying to figure out how to protect Arya and destroy the creature, the other half bewildered and confused to where this creature came from. Hell if she knows how the beast came to be, the point is that this village needs to be protected. Her bare feet reaches to a ledge that just gave away underneath her, Arya cries out in surprise as her nails digs into the rock, her other feet scraping for support. The beast snarls and snaps close to her feet.
Pulling herself up, she enters into a massive hole. A sudden wind suction could be felt, she feels her body started to be pulled into the depths of the cave. Not wanting to be pulled in yet, Arya shifts her body against the suction of the wind. Her current goal is to have the creature fall into the darkness of the cave. The moment she turns around, the beast head is merely inches from hers, snapping. Arya cries out and jumps back in surprise. How the hell is it already here!? She could see that the beast is struggling to keep it's balance and not be sucked into the darkness. Quickly, the young woman crawls underneath it, grabbing the spear from her hip and stabbed upwards.
"GGGRRRRRRAAAAAAHHHHH"
The beast rears against the warrior but lost it's balance, being sucked into the green light, it's claws snatches the young woman's leg. The grey-hued female cries out in pain, about to fight but all the sudden, everything became eeriely quiet. She doesn't hear anything. Her eye contact was on the monster. The creature seems calm all the sudden. Even started to purr softly. Arya's grey hues started to glow blue, the same color as the creature. It was too late for them to react they got closer to the bright green light; separating Arya and the creature. Next thing she knows, her body is giving her the sensation that she is on a roller coaster ride. She doesn't notice when she is covered by a bright pale light.
"We are reporting live- what's this? There's more portals opening! One of them is a massive winged kaijuu that seems unable to fly, that helicopter better move out of the way before -- HEY! GIVE MY CAMERA BACK!"
---Inside Samuel's Helicopter--- The light inside the cargo becomes blinding light green, causing the pilot to be surprised and let out a string of curses; first he had to dodge the falling creature and now this blinding light coming from his cargo. Later, there was a powerful shock-wave that does not damage the helicopter, but would sure to have your ears ringing for a few seconds. Bright green light fades and there lies the young lady. Panting and shaking, her grey hues glances around in panic. Just where is she?! Getting up quickly, she is shocked by the clothes she is wearing now, causing her to exclaim in surprise. Did that light change her clothes? Frantically, she quickly heads to a wall with no seats, seeing the handle, she assumes it's a door. Her goal is obvious.
Standing atop a high-rise, a still point. Among all the chaos near it in the form of a horror . . . despite the impending war that comes roaring it's presence . . . ignoring the bedlam of the residents running for their lives. Standing still on a tall building stands a bipedal humanoid shape that refuses to run, refuses to hide, refuses to give in. This is their purpose. This is their call. Looking down and seeing some nameless horror grow like a cancer upon the fabric of existence. Something that devoured sentience both by absorbing bodies and by corrupting minds that grows through the complacency of those that may have a hope of fighting back. The being had no idea the horrors it was in store for. Without malice or cowardice, neither cruel nor cowardly, the being on the heights simply called to the master. It comes. It comes flattening all in his path, a path to glory. A path to purity. A path to existence free of this growth. The being stood as tall as the frame would allow. Then came the call. The roar. The beginning of this horror's end. The job was complete. At this distance, the master was able to find his quarry on his own. A being clad entirely in armor let go. The humanoid fell forward off the edge, and began a freefall.
The moment that person tipped the edge, a spark of energy landed on the side of the building. The armored one held arms and legs in, making their body into a missile aimed at the concrete below. Faster and faster, achieving terminal velocity- the ground coming up to meet it impossibly fast. Then . . . a spark. The ground housed a similar spark and a hole opened up for a moment just as the knight would impact the ground in fatal conclusion to the fall. Instead, the sparks connected as a portal, linking two places in space and time as if they were one. Out of the virtual top of the building flew a missile that was a humanoid as a violet projectile flew through the air as fast as wind resistance would allow. She flew away from the horror, perpendicular to her master's path. Behind her, the portal closed as if it were never there. Several blocks later she almost collided with a building but again portals were used. She flew into the side of yet another building only to pop up out of the pavement in reverse of her initial flight. Beneath her the ground closed, and she did not turn to look at her past trajectory. The horror was doomed. The master was hungry.
The humanoid body that was only known as female for the effeminate frame she carried simply walked away. her armor form-fitting, her coloration all indigo with dark gray embellishments of flair all over her pauldrons, bracers, breastplate and grieves. The image of her master faintly visible in the abstract embellishements on her chest. The armor did not betray breasts, only a slight bulge that could be breasts or pectoral muscles. The helm was tight to her head, but betrayed no hair. There was no opening where a face should be, only a mirrored faceplate. There was no terror or escape in her stride. She merely walked away. Nothing could stop what was coming. There was only the fury of the confrontation, and the consumption of what should never have existed. Her master would subsist on the horror, would end it's hideous existence, and then move on. Her master was always hungry.
She had to find his next meal.

Sam wasn't paying a great deal of attention, still caught up in his own mind, because he was still a good ways away from the site. Thus, when a monster materialized in front of the bird, the pilot had to suddenly swerve out of the way. If the sudden jerk alone hadn't been enough to get Samuel's attention, a blindingly verdant instantaneous emission filled the small air craft. Samuel still tilted over from the evasive maneuver performed seconds earlier, shielded his eyes from the luminance. As his eyes readjusted to the previous lighting conditions, he saw her.
The brown-haired and green-eyed hero could hardly believe what he was seeing. Teleportation was a power possessed by some in this broken world, but to be able to teleport with such precision as to end up in a moving craft blew him away. The tan but lanky man observed the gray-themed girl get up. She didn't notice him and seemed just as shocked as he was by the turn of events. He hoped this wasn't the awakening of her powers, as she would really have no idea what was happening. As it was, she immediately attempted to escape. Sam lunged from his seat as her hand went to the lever for the side door.
He restrained her from behind, "Hey now! You don't want to do that. We're in the air, so that would be dangerous, okay?" He did not let go, waiting until he was sure she was calm enough to note do something crazy. He knew reason might not reach her in her panicked state, but he had to hope her mental faculties would settle back in after a few moments.
Am-heh shook with anger. Two?! Two monsters dare encroach on his territory?! The pale king reared up onto his hind legs and postured with his forelimbs. Roaring loudly again. "GRRRRRAAAAAA!"The earth shook as he verbalized his immeasurable fury and unending hunger. His slow pace turned into a steady gait, then into a powerful stride. No longer casually preserving his energy for the next kill, the angry kaijuu was now a train of furious carnage. His huge orange eyes kindled with an energy from within his body. Those hues locked onto the first, unfortunate monster to have emerged, now marked for death. Vermillion arcs of electricity traced the edges of his scales as he charged the nuclear fire in the chambers of his chest. Crushing abandoned cars and destitute buildings as he closed the gap between him and the artificial creature, Am-heh reared once more onto his hind legs and opened his maw which now crackled and roared with carmine energy. The air seemed to stand still as the glow intensified in the kaijuu's gullet. A space of seconds seeming eternity as two titans came face to face. Then, with an awe-inducing crack and a flash of blinding light, Am-heh let loose his radioactive armament on the unfortunate genetic monstrosity. Like hunger incarnate, anything it touched simply vanished. With it's right shoulder reduced to atomic particles, the other monster's arm simply fell into the nearest building: turning it to splinters. Am-heh, having closed his jaws, did not hesitate and tackled his opponent. With two monsters tussled together in a ball of fury and disaster waiting to happen, and a third flying overhead, the army was looking at dire circumstances. Was this city lost?
NO!
For the U.E.F was here! With their secret weapon. The prototype armament secretly created and designated as, Atum. A huge, bipedal mechanized war-machine and the first of it's kind as far as humans were concerned. Created to match Kaijuu and Eldritch in strength. As it is nearly impossible to fight these beasts on equal footing with any magical or nuclear armaments; Atum is outfitted with the latest in chemical and thermal energy weapons. [TARGET LOCKED] a display chimes as the robot's sensors focus on the flying beast. Carried in by VTOL, the magnetic locks holding Atum in place are released and the heavy machine plummets to the ground, slamming into with earth-shattering force. Slowly pistons and gears work to right the gigantic mech and it takes it's first steps forward, feet pounding the dirt flat beneath it's treaded sole. It slowly brings it's armaments to bear, twin cannons mounted at the hip, and charges them; Preparing to fire.

All around her, people were running for their lives. Among the throng, she was a slow and steady force. The Indigo Knight feared not death, nor her master, nor even the horror. It could be said that she did not know fear at all- for without a visible face, none could say she ever showed any. Her calm and slow stride did not show fear in any measurement as the roars began. Then, something new happened- people started to cheer. It wasn’t widespread, but there was definitive exultation. Pausing mid-step, the Knight looked around and saw some of the joy. She followed the view of those people to see something between the buildings. Turning to face it completely, she took in the sight of a humanoid robot. The military- no, the human answer to the Kaijuu and horrors. An amalgam of their lives and minds made into a metallic sentry. Something designed to defend the throngs of the populace. A few of the people around had noticed the Indigo knight pause. She was known for always being on the move, and yet here she was standing still. Beneath the calm exterior, she was confused and concerned. Was that metal being meant to aid her master . . . or attack him? It disturbed the indigo knight greatly to realize she couldn’t tell. Slowly, her fists began to clench. She turned around and began to walk toward the battle.
People were still running for their lives, but the knight was not worried for herself. Deep in a city street, there were many vertical surfaces, but so very few that would allow her altitude. She needed to see what was going on. Finally, she came upon a parking garage. Looking up through the open areas, she opened a portal on the second-highest level and then a second directly beneath her. She walked up the last flight of stairs with determination. The metal one must be determined. The next portal pair was down the street where a skyscraper was across the street from a shorter neighbor. A hole opened up the side of the building, and a second on the ground level by the garage. A drop launched her through the higher hole, and using similar tricks it took her time but she managed to gain altitude. Standing atop one of the taller buildings, she took in the sight of a lumbering giant. The machinations of Man created this sentinel, and now it took aim at a flying beast. The mirrored faceplate of the Indigo Knight saw it all. Still undecided as to what to make of the metal giant, she was no longer willing to flee and find the next meal for her king. The ‘tinker knight’ was too great a question to ignore.
"That was too close. Falcon2 to Base, I'm going around."
Crying out in frustration as she was restrained, she was so close. Struggling against his grip, her body shifts to try to pull away from him. The brown haired male words did not reach to her. But the pilot words did. Continue to struggle and attempting to break free from the man who is restraining her, she shifts by having all her body weight on one leg, frees her other leg and attempted to heel the man in the shin. She have to get out of this flying helicopter and jump. She can't fail this one.
"Whoa. Look at this. Two beast fighting and... ... what's that? Crap. He's aiming at the flying beast."
The news that the pilot gave to the base took her breath away. No! She doesn't have that much time left! The flying beast lets out a loud roar as it flies underneath the helicopter, flying at the same pace. It doesn't seem to attack the mechanical bird. Arya continues to struggle, "Let me go! I have to save her!" The creature seems tired and weary, the wound from the pink haired warrior is small but the creature seems to be bleeding as blue blood spills from it. That's not the only creature with blood spilling. Arya's leg is wounded from the creature's grip, covered in purple...blood? The creature lets out another roar, but it wasn't menacing, it was more of a sad wail. "Please..."Arya's voice cracks as she begs towards the man with green eyes.

The girl strained against him, but he didn't budge. She managed to free a leg and kick him, but he withstood the hit easily. At her earnest plea, he did let go, figuring that she must know what she was doing. At the very least, she could probably teleport to safety if she decided to freefall, though he didn't know if her momentum would be preserved.
Having reluctantly released his grip, he observed her strange-looking blood. He wasn't sure who she had referred to in her request, but now he was wondering if it was the monster she had teleported alongside. Things were happening too fast for him to properly process, which was another reason why he trusted the girl. He told his pilot that the side door would be opening and held onto a piece of the hull to resist the air pressure that would come when the gray woman got out.
xx Two monsters tumble through a building, the steel girders and glass raining down around them and bouncing harmlessly off of their bodies. At some point Am-heh had ended up pinning his opponent down, though not exactly unharmed himself. Several long gashes cross-crossed across his abdominal area from the sharp pincers of his artificial enemy. Am-heh was sure of it at this point. This monster wasn't born or one of the deathless. So it had to have been created somehow. Am-heh could smell the chemicals oozing from it's abominable pores. Though his feeble mind couldn't formulate any thoughts beyond, "EAT! KILL!", at the moment. Grasping the other monsters face with his claws, he tore into the synthetic flesh of the construct and started to peel like a band-aid. Cascades of neon blue blood flooded streets beneath the twitching body and fountained into the air for hundreds of feet. So that's what color it is, the ivory giant thought simply. Pincers still snapping, the pinned monster cut into Am-heh's leg. Liberated, a stream of copper liquid escaped and ran down his ankle. Of course, this only heightened the predator's anger, and with flesh in hand, he balled his meaty claws into a fist: slamming the wrecking ball into the remnants of the invader's head until his grip released. With a crater the size of a small stadium where it's cranium should be, Am-heh pried himself free of the corpse and bit into it, swallowing whatever he could before getting up and turning his gaze to the glowing robot in the distance.
It's cannons and targeting reticle fixated on the flying monster, Atum didn't factor the presence of the VTOL, or chopper, above it. It's cannons glowed intensely red as it powered them up. Like two miniature suns, energy convalesced at the ends of each barrel. It didn't hear, or couldn't, the fast approaching form of another monster. Am-heh, still angry, was in a state of rampage. When a Kaijuu like him gets too worked up and doesn't vent the energy, they could essentially meltdown. Pilons in Atum's feet shot hundreds of meters into the ground, anchoring the walking battle station to the earth. It was to prevent Atum from falling over from the incredible recoil of his main guns, which could accelerate matter to Mach 10. Most people without ear protection in at least a quarter of a mile radius would be rendered permanently deaf from the sonic boom the guns create. That is, when they fired. Two shots shook the air and caused the ground to vibrate. Propelling two pieces of super-heated metal at the speed of seven thousand-six hundred and twelve miles per hour toward their designated target.

The grip disappears as quick as it came. Being shocked, she glances to the person who has restrained her. It was a man. Dark skinned with green eyes. He reminds her of her family that she left behind in the village. Inocenica was the only pale cream person in the entire village. Saying nothing, she notices that the helicopter has stopped moving as it stills in the air. Making sure she has eye contact with her gray eyes locking onto his green ones, "Thank you." Her hand reaches to the door and opens it. Glancing down, she doesn't see her new friend anymore, but then she saw that the monster was turning around since she can't still the air like helicopters can. Taking a deep breath, the pink haired girl jumps.
The flying creature quickly dive bombs and once she's underneath Arya, she opens her wings and slows down her speed as Arya lands on her back. Arya's hand gently grips the creatures shoulders to pull herself up. The connection has been made. Arya could feel the creature's pain, confusion, anger, and sadness. They don't know why they have appeared here either. So they are doing what they know best, survive. And how is the people responding? By killing them. By harming them.
"SSSSCCCCRRRRRAAAAAA"
The beast roars as it lifts it's body upwards, almost having Arya fall off. They were hit with such a force, separating Arya and the beast. The pink haired woman cries out for the beast that is gravely wounded now. The creature moves her tail and wraps Arya around gently, pulling her to it's body as they are falling from the sky. The beast wraps it's body around the pinked haired woman, to protect her as if she's her young. Tears falling down her cheeks, Arya's hand touches it's chest, ignoring the fact that she's being covered by the beast's blood. Arya sent the most beautiful memory she could think of which is when the sun was setting at her village, at the same time there's a solar eclipse and a storm brewing. So the colors were beautiful. Pink. Purple. Yellow. Orange. Black. Smell of the rain would fill into their minds. Mixture of them all. The beast purrs softly.
The beast body has soften the force of the crash but it still took Arya's breath away. Removing herself from the beast, she's now covered in blue blood. Groaning, Arya struggle to stand up but her wounded leg gave away. Instead, Arya crawled to the beast. She could see that her friend is gone. Really gone. Reaching her slender fingers, she gently touches the beautiful creature's massive cheek as more tears fall down her pale cheeks. "I'm so sorry... It's my fault. Forgive me..."Falling onto her side from exhaustion, she lies by the beast.
