Format Rules xx As many will be able to tell, I don't enjoy numbering rules, so please just bear with me.
xx First off, Canonical Characters (those that are in the Manga/Anime) are not allowed. This is because most of them become overpowered at/near the end of the series, and quite frankly they'd most likely be dead by now anyway. However, we will allow Ship Babies (essentially descendants of the series) These will be on a first come - first serve basis. If there is a pairing that is not made yet, you get to make it. Please note that mixing of Kekkei Genkai is not allowed. We don't want any RinneByakuSharingan Kyu-bi Cursed Seal Monstrosities on the loose. You are allowed to make your own, but it is at our discretion whether they need tweaking or not be allowed altogether. We will try to be lenient so you can create as unique of a character as possible.
xx Please, post characters as a New Topic in the Characters subforum. If you want to save progress on the work while submitting please tag it with [WIP] so we know it's a work in progress. When you've finished, tag it with [C] so we know it's completed. If we have questions or want something changed/revised we will PM you. Once we've accepted it we will link your profile in the Kage Building under the rank you've chosen, and change the tag on your profile to [A] to show that it has been accepted.
Addendum I: Academy Students should not know more than 2 Jutsu. Likewise, it is assumed anybody above Academy Student is able to perform the basics. (Transformation, Body Replacement, Clone) So please techniques that aren't academy level.

That will tell you if they allow special ranks.}Appearance {A decent sizes paragraph that includes hair colour/style, eye colour, skin tone, height, and weight. As well as any scars or other determinable features. Pictures are allowed, but please url them to avoid unnecessary page stretching. If there are differences from the picture, please describe them.}
