Name: Rose Campbell
Nickname: Try it and die.
Age: 19
Birthday: August 2
Sign: Leo
Gemstone: Peridot
Blood Type: AB+
Fav. Food: Agedashi tofu, glass noodles, cheetos
Hated Food: Rose fears no food, but like, if she had her druthers, she would never touch "tofurkey" again.
School: None. Rose is a secretary/assistant/receptionist at a nonprofit focused on the "gang war".
Hobbies: Restaurant Week -- Ruby gets two weeks of paid vacation a year. Ruby uses a week each to celebrate Destiny City Restaurant Week, which is probably the only actual religious observance she cares about. She sets up reservations for restaurant week months in advance, gets groups together to hit up her favorite restaurants, and has a specific bank account just to go out to eat at fancy places. This is because she's a huge food nerd; she loves Chopped, Iron Chef, Cutthroat Kitchen--while she's no ace chef herself (the gift having passed her over apparently sad ) she's got an appreciation for food that would probably cover Australia and China. If you want to do something nice for Rose, cook for her or buy her dinner at a fancy restaurant. She will appreciate it.
Letter-writing -- Rose, unfortunately, is a massive hipster. While she has a presence on social media, she doesn't exactly do much with it; she'd rather write all her friends letters than drop them an email. She has thriving correspondence with multiple pen pals, and a large collection of tasteful stationery. (Some of it is scented.) When out shopping, she keeps her eyes open for small trinkets to assemble packages for her friends. Rose is that dork who won't let you touch her pens, because they are expensive fountain pens, or something ridiculous like that.
SURE, SHE EATS A LOT OF RAMEN, BUT IT'S WORTHWHILE!!
Bicycling -- Rose is environmentally conscious. And she does not accept car rides anywhere. She is constantly on public transit or riding her bike somewhere, although she kind of sucks at being safety-conscious--helmets? What are helmets? She has a tricked-out commuter bike (a "happy 18th birthday, get out of our house" present) that she treats like her very own child. But it's not just commuting--she likes to go for rides in local parks and graveyards, and is fiddling with the idea of doing a three-day bike ride for the charity she works for.
Virtues: Diplomatic -- Rose is a nice person. Her parents are both irascible hippies, real lefties-of-the-left whose main mantra is Do No Harm. Honestly, if they weren't also foodies, they'd probably have been vegan. Anyway, she is deeply, deeply invested in the people around her being treated with the utmost of respect; she won't get in someone's face, but she will politely point out that they're being jerks. She's really good at rewording the concerns of others to make sense to others involved in the conflict, without seeming overbearing or condescending.
Generous -- Rose gave up her chance at a paid-for college education to donate the entirety of her college fund to a charity meant to help Destiny City recover from the gang war plaguing its streets. Rose carries small bills to give to homeless people. Rose buys suspended coffees at Starbucks and little local cafes. Rose will give up her lunch for other people to have more. She isn't generous with other people's time and money, but Rose is unfortunately sheltered enough that she feels secure in giving up pretty much anything she has to make sure others have more.
Flaws: Stick-in-the-Mud -- Rose is kind of a downer. She's... too diplomatic and conciliatory, if that makes sense. She doesn't like even satirical jokes, because to her they seem rude and liable to misunderstandings. She doesn't like it when people are sarcastic or go against her own highly-refined sense of morality. She is of the belief that you cannot enjoy problematic media unless you loudly acknowledge that you know how problematic it is. She's so stuck in trying to make everyone around her good people that she comes off as prickly and judgmental.
Holier-than-thou -- Rose is just better than most people. She's self-aware, right? And she tries really, really hard to improve the world around her! So like, if you want to just be a Tumblr activist, you go ahead. But she's gonna go on saving the world and being socially active and shaming you for not being as invested in the world around you as she is...
Oh my god. Are you driving a car? Well. That's great. If you want to burn down the atmosphere. Ew.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Brown, unimpressively so.
Hair: A brownish-pink, with severe hime-cut bangs. She generally wears it pulled back in a ponytail.
Face: Heart-shaped, with a little pixy nose and a prim, tiny mouth.
Clothes: Rose dresses business casual--clean dark jeans and comfortable sweaters over collared shirts. She also has a small collection of cute oxfords and character-themed Converse.

Senshi: Sailor Ruby, senshi of HeartsChallenge: The best way to your heart is through the ribs! Uniform: -----> Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Red Queen's Gift! Rose water! Ruby cups both hands and holds them out, incanting the name of her attack. Water, glowing faintly pink, fills her hands. Whoever she splashes it on--and this can be more than one person, but no more than two--whether Chaos or Order or something in between, experiences a temporary euphoria--twenty seconds where they believe they are as happy as they have ever been. This effect isn't subtle; it's like someone behind you is whispering happy happy happy and interrupting everything you think with how happy you are. Ruby can use this attack twice per battle. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Red Queen's Gift! Ambrosial wine! Ruby cups both hands and holds them out, incanting the name of her attack. Wine, glowing a medium red, fills her hands. Whoever she splashes the wine on-and this can be more than one person, but no more than three--whether Chaos or Order or something in between, experiences ten seconds of the same delirious joy as Rose water. After that ten seconds, though, comes a devastating feeling of heartbreak, as if something dear to them has been stolen. This heartbreak lasts for twenty seconds beyond the delirious joy. Ruby can use it twice per battle. Eternal Sailor Attack: Red Queen's Gift! Heart's desire! Ruby cups both hands and holds them out, incanting the name of her attack. A deep red liquid fills her hands, glowing a softer shade of red than her previous attack. She has the option of pouring this over her own head or throwing it at someone else--but for forty-five seconds, she becomes simply too dear to anyone within visual range of her to hurt. This only affects one person if she chooses to give it to someone else. While she is still completely vulnerable to injury, those around her feel some sort of positive connection to her, and generally have no desire to cause her pain. Ruby can use this twice per battle.

[Here I am, messing up your quest with my words <3
Hobbies:
Restaurant Week : Dear lord she only gets 2 weeks? I will never feel bad about my job again XD Haha! Anyway! What does she do in between these two weeks of restaurant week? It come across like a very part time hobby, there is no problem with her doing the two week thing but I feel it should be just one aspect of a larger hobby of food loving. They way you have protrayed it sounds like this hobby is used just for 2 weeks out of the year making it an event rather than a hobby she participates in every day/week. (Its like me saying I draw for 2 weeks only in comic-con season! XD )
Other hobbies are fine!
Attacks Ok I am going to try really hard to get these attacks and stuff perfect because that fuku design is gorgeous and must become real!
I will have to double check that the sphere of hearts, which you have linked to a wiki page that describes both the organ and also the persona of a heart, is ok. I am guessing you mean the heart in the emotional sense and not the beating organ one XD
For her attacks, does she have to stand still with her cupped hands? Is the liquid like real liquid (I know that sounds stupid) but will it remain in her cupped hands if she runs about? Or will it trickle away until she throws it at someone limiting who she can get? I guess sje would move into position to be given the best chance at hitting someone if it is the latter. Also if splashes happened to fall on others would everyone be effected? Or does it only effect the person who got the most/the first to be hit with it? Other than I like the prospect of the emotion side of the heart being used as attacks, I just need to make sure its aok, so I will throw you to the GMs before I slam dunk a stamp <3

Nop, mess it up all day biggrin Restaurant week: Fixed it to explain she's a real foodie type, but doesn't have the budget to indulge any other time, really. Sphere: Yeah, I mean hearts in the emotional sense. biggrin ;; Putting down "senshi of EMOTIONS!!" seemed rather too... weird. And love is taken. So. HEARTS. Attacks: It's liquid like real liquid, so yeah, she can't run around--it trickles away, but I wasn't going to set a time limit so I could account for different situations as needed, like if she's trying really hard to make sure none of it spills out, or if she's distracted and wastes an attack. I decided for range, it'd affect anyone who it got hit by equally, but if it splashes on more than three people then it's just the three who got the most splashy-splashy. Figured this was okay because her time limit is short and that basically makes it an AoE with a range of like, 5ft? Yeah? Thanks so much biggrin
