The place that students most frequent. Its generally the whole school itself but with a few key areas to visit.
The Courtyard-The area that students are most found at. Either working on homework, reading, or talking with friends, this area has a very pleasant atmosphere to it, and should be treated as such.

In some parallel universe, Fiore was much akin to how real life works. Students went from one area to another. Teachers utilizing their instructional time in preparation for class. There was one student that was out of the ordinary from the others. His hair is literally made of fire and his floating companion is a fire spirit. His full name is Redder Narbe and his friend is Reddy.
Redder laid against the bark of at tree, constantly trying to kill the urge of nodding off to sleep. The day went by as it was just the two of them. The russelling of the leaves were music to his ears. His legs were crossed and his hands were rested on the back of his head. He planned on skipping class, but the principal would be a pain in the was to deal with. His grades.. were up there. All he wanted to do is let those feeling slide by and relax for the day.(Out Of Cookies: Time to start off this shin-dig.)

Ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ▐ ➟ The young Toshi Kida walked to class quietly. He was an average student, he blended in perfectly and didn't arouse much attention. He wasn't popular and didn't attract too much attention, he was pretty much a supporting character in his own life. Minding his own business he began reading a textbook for a class on a bench in the school courtyard. It was quiet enough for his satisfaction, he swiped through the book, page after page. Toshi was studying for a test next period, he wanted nothing more than to achieve a healthy above average grade. As he kept to himself he was greeted by his two best friends since preschool. There was Hikari, she was definitely in the top fifty of smartest kids in school. Then there was her brother Hikaru, he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed but he was athletic and kind. "Hey Toshi! Are you studying for that big test in math today?" She looked down at him and smiled. Hikaru rolled his eyes as he looked elsewhere from Toshi. "So is that what you were doing last night? Studying? Haven't you studied enough? Your head's been in that book since forever man. Would you give it a rest already?" Toshi stared blankly at the book and didn't even bother to look up at his friends. "Hey," he said simply. "Maybe you don't care about your grades but I for one do Hikaru. I politely ask that you don't freak out just because I'm not there to babysit you while you dawdle around playing your video games." Toshi turned the page, his eyes completely glued to the paper. Hikari could easily sense the hostility between the two, she could clearly tell at this point in the small group's life. "H-Hey! Let's all try and settle down, 'kay? I'm sure that Toshi's education is way more important than Hikaru's video games, but that doesn't give him the right to act so anti-social about it. Please pay attention when we're talking to you Toshi." Hikaru, obviously infuriated by Toshi's response, grabbed him by the shirt and lifted him off the bench causing Toshi to drop his book on the ground. "What was that!? Don't go assuming that I need you just so I could play some video games! And sis, stop taking Toshi's side all the time! It gets annoying, fast, and don't refer to us in third person, it's weird..." Hikaru dropped Toshi on the bench abruptly. "Aren't you forgetting something?" Hikaru invaded Toshi's personal space by moving his face closer to his, just so he could make a point. "For god's sake Toshi! Your suppose to be my tutor!" Toshi closed his eyes and picked up his heavy textbook. He then looked up at Hikaru and apologized in a quiet tone. "Sorry. He then began to search for the page he was last on. "Why you little punk!" Hikari swooped in and restrained her brother from punching Toshi. "If you need tutoring that bad then I'll see if I can work more towards finding time for me and you, just don't start a scene! And by the way, I do not take his side all the time! I just protect him from your violent side!" She got a tight grip on his arm and held it back tightly. "Please! Don't hurt him!" She struggled to hold her brother back. Toshi opened his bag and placed the textbook in it, with all of the rest of his school supplies. "Excuse me." Toshi got up from his seat and walked away from the two siblings. Hikaru and Hikari's jaws dropped as they watched him walked away. Hikaru was enraged and ready to take on Toshi in a fight, but his sister managed to talk himself out of it. The group's relationship was complicated but they were all truly friends, Toshi's cold demeanor was just something the other two both had to work through. Hikaru sure is quick to get riled up today isn't he? Toshi walked through the courtyard trying to reclaim the peace and quiet he felt before when it was just him alone. On his way he noticed something strange. It looked like another student, but with flaming hair. He also seemed to be accompanied by a strange pet, it peaked Toshi's interest instantaneously. Toshi walked over to Redder and Reddy and carefully examined the two. Moving around the two slowly he wondered how fire could be a pet or even hair. "Are you two serious? Why is your hair made out of fire? You completely disregard logic..." As usual Toshi was direct and blunt, not introducing himself or smiling. This was nothing to simply scoff at, Toshi was sure of that. How could Redder even exist? By now someone must have kidnapped him and begun experiments, this was by far the most bizarre thing ever. Just then a nervous Hikari appeared. "Excuse my friend here! We're sorry for bothering you!" Hikari took Toshi by the hand and practically dragged him away from Redder. Finally she stopped a good distance away from Redder and Reddy. "What's wrong with you!? You can't go around acting like a complete nut bag around people you've never met, it's weird!" Toshi looked at Hikari in shock, he was surprised by how nonchalant she was towards Redder and Reddy. "Did you notice anything strange about him and his friend, anything at all?" "Like what?" Hikari takes a good look at Redder over Toshi's shoulder. "Nope, he seems pretty fine, I can't say the same for you though..." Hikari placed her hand gently over Toshi's forehead to check his temperature. "No...your temperature seems fine. You sure you aren't sick or anything else?" "I'm fine, thanks for looking out for me Hikari. I'll be fine... I just have to check on a few things." Toshi looked back at Redder and Reddy. "By the way...where is Hikaru?" Hikari looks at Toshi worried he's going to make a fool of himself. Should I leave him alone? Hikari just stares off into Toshi's general direction before he turns to her expecting a reply. "Oh...right...he uh...went to class I think." Toshi just looks back at Hikari with a curious look. "Well okay. Like I said, I've got things to check on so I'll see you later." He waits for her to leave so he could continue his one sided conversation with the stranger lying back at the tree. "O-Okay then...but before I go...please don't go overboard." Hikari leaves hesitantly to class. "Oh Hikari...you worry way too much...still..." Toshi turns around and begins walking towards Redder and Reddy once more, eager to start a conversation. "Sorry about that...my friend was just babbling on about something. Care to explain all the fire now?"

"This is how you greet people when you first meet them?" Redder judged his first impression on him. During which, he had his eyes shut. He opened one eye, then the other to get a good look at the people around him. Redder responded with the snap of his finger. Just like that, his fire hair vanished, revealing red hair. He looked at the guy, his eyebrows drawn together. "There's a reasonable explanation for that. Its a magic trick." Redder held out his outstretched arm and open hand. He created a flickering flame hovering above the palm of his hand. "By the way, I'm Redder." Redder skipped to the introductions and, which would shock some, Reddy spoke as well. "Hello, my name is Reddy."(Out Of Cookies: ....)

Ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ▐ ➟ Toshi simply shrugged as Redder confirmed his looks to be an 'unnatural' appearance. Maybe Hikari couldn't see his physical appearance as well as I thought, she probably didn't see this boy's hair or his spirit friend. He walked around the tree until he found the opposite side, once Toshi found it he carefully leaned on it. "It sounds like a very nice place. I'll have to go and see it one day." While leaning on the Tree, Toshi didn't find it to be quite as comforting as he thought it'd be. "The festivals sound nice, I've never been to one but I heard it was a great celebratory event. The last time there was a festival around here I avoided it entirely, I had to tend to my studies." It was an inconvenient time for Toshi, he had big tests coming much like this week, but he had to spend every waking moment on furthering his knowledge. Considering the fact that Toshi wasn't super smart like Hikari, it was a wasted chance. The student kept his grades high but all the while keeping himself down. "My parents were born and raised here and eventually, so was I. We go on small vacations from time to time and I for one enjoy visiting other places. There's so much culture in the world, hopefully one day I'll get to explore it all, but until then you can find me studying."

"....." Redder didn't mean how he looked. What he meant was how he was so direct and blunt on his first impression. But, he wouldn't beat a dead horse. He asked if Redder was a new student here. Redder, not realizing he was being denied of his presence, spoke. "Yeah, nice to meet you too. I enrolled here just a few days ago and-" He said, stopping abruptly on the last word as Reddy was getting all the spotlight. "H-hey.." Redder watched as his friend was some kind of genuine pig being tested. "..... T-Toshi, what are you doing?!" Reddy felt a bit uncomfortable as his personal space was being obstructed. It disappeared in a wake of flame, with the snap from Redder's finger. "Enough with the research project. Reddy can talk like humans because he's a spirit." Reddy came back, and opening his eyes. He appeared behind Redder's shoulder, shivering with fear. "The world is a strange place..."(Out Of Cookies: ....)

Ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ▐ ➟Toshi was enjoying Reddy's company, he had never seen something as amazing as living fire. If it wasn't enough already that it seemed to be self aware, it also spoke. Such a strange phenomena... While investigating the spirit, Reddy just disappeared entirely. H-He's gone! Toshi began looking left and right for the little fireball when he heard Redder snap his fingers once again. "What?" Once again he noticed Redder, just in time to hear his remark on how he had been acting towards Reddy. "Sorry but it's hard not to treat it as such, do you see the majority of the world running around with spirits? When you say spirit do you mean like a ghost? Is it the spirit of someoe that has... passed?" Listening to Reddy he merely shrugged with the same blank face he always had. "The world seems pretty average to me, minus your existence of course." Toshi was ready to pounce on the opportunity to take a closer look at Reddy. The student moved closer slowly, but didn't get so close that it'd be awkward, like he did before. "So how does it respond to water? If I use a fire extinguisher on it will it feel pain? Does it feel pain? Does it require a food source?" A new student with fiery hair and his friend the fireball spirit...things at this school may grow to be more interesting. I need to see why everyone thinks nothing of this...I'll keep a close eye on both of them. Toshi backs away a bit and looks back at Redder. "Since your still pretty new you must not know that many people yet, it's good that you have that spirit with you. Now then, where did you say you both hail from?"

"Well kind of, but Reddy is a special case. Somehow, he is a flame that's 'living'. A fire extinguisher doesn't affect him for some reason. Water, on the other hand, is its predator. So if that were to happen, Reddy would go out like a flame if contained in water for too long. Thus, he would float around flameless as a orb, eyes and mouth still in tact. Those flames that are emitted around him is his life force and are hard to put out." Redder stroked his chin while his other arm was folded. He sat up from the tree and turned to Toshi, intending to answer his recent question. "I transferred here from Namimori High School." He grabbed his backpack and wore it with one arm. "Y'know, fitting in might not be so bad." Redder said, picking up his hopes.(Out Of Cookies: ....)

Ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ▐ ➟ "You sure are a strange one aren't you?" Toshi was surprisingly referring to Redder rather than Reddy. The fire for hair was one thing, that was fake, or so it seems that way, but he actually has a spirit with him. For someone like Toshi that was simply unbelievable, he had never seen one before, nor had he had the mind to counter the fact that they were supposedly real. "I'm not the superstitious type so once again, forgive me if I don't believe it's real. You sure you aren't pulling my leg or something?" Toshi took one last close look at Reddy before deciding whether or not to believe Redder. His bland face and overall lazy look didn't go away, it never really did, it was hard to tell what he was thinking with that face as he stared at Reddy's embers. Moments pass and finally, Toshi pulled away from the spirit, well aware of what he'd believe to be the truth. "Okay then...looks like spirits are actually real." In his head that sounded absurd, he worried over his sanity for a moment before getting back on topic. "Oh...right, sorry for my behavior again. I'm over the whole spirit thing for now." Toshi was finally beginning to realize how he might have come off too strong and irritating to Redder and Reddy. "You must get people like me asking all sorts of questions from time to time. So I'm sorry once again for intruding and acting so nosey." Toshi did say that but what he was thinking deep down was how he could have blended in so well. Hikari didn't see anything out of the ordinary with the boy. Maybe it's just me then... The junior looked towards the school then back at Redder and Reddy. "You might fit in...or you might not, depending on how life here treats you I guess. I've blended in here quite well myself. It isn't that hard...well for me anyways. Your new here so you might be treated differently then someone who has lived in this general area for awhile now." He was wondering how he'd be able to stand in with his fiery hair, it was so abnormal, but once again he concluded that it was probably just from his own viewpoint. Looking up at the sky he watched a few birds go by, he looked underwhelmed by them. "Namimori...it sounds familiar, but I could be wrong." Still looking up at the sky he sighed, at this point he was just staring at the empty clouds that floated by. "I'm sorry you had to come here," he said quietly. "Most people have different reasons for moving I guess, but I want to apologize that you had to come here." An awkward silence, as well as a gentle breezed followed what Toshi had to say. "We have our characters here, I guess, but overall this place is just a gray area. Maybe it's just me, a lot of things are unique from where I stand but even so...I find this place to just be plain. You could make friends but I for one am not that content with just that, I wish I could move to a different place. I feel condemned staying here..." And there went Toshi's depressing nature. He didn't mean to act so negative, but it was just him being himself. "Sorry about that as well. My friends say I intimidate people when I talk down on this place. It does have it's perks, you just need to find them out yourself is all. So was it fun where you used to live?"

Redder countered Toshi's comment and leaned on logic. "Whaddaya expect? What normal person would have fire around his hair and a talking spirit of fire eh?" His illogical apperance would most likely come from some typical medieval genre manga character. Imagine him being on the front cover of a comic. He would fit right in perfectly with just the right clothing. Right now, he was wearing the required uniform. "I don't mind any questions. Reddy and I are "out of the ordinary" when it comes to appearence. The flaming hair is just a magic trick. Reddy is the real thing." Redder exchanged a small grin, then proceeding to talk about how fun it was in his hometown. "Shibuya... is a big place. Full of things to do; festivals on occasion, good restaurants, fancy hotels, great views, vast beaches, you name it." Redder walked around, describing what it was like to live in his town. He was homesick once, but got over it recently. He accustomed to his new life here and brought some insight in making some new friends. "The reason why I came here is because my dad had to move here for his job. And so, here I am." He raised his arms and rested his hands behind his head.(Out Of Cookies: ....)

"Mhmmm.. that's a pretty cool dream huh?" Redder said, referring to the exploration of the many cultures in this world. It would be impossible to explore every single culture, but at least maybe a large quantity of them. Redder didn't have much dreams himself. Though, maybe one day he would. Baseball was his forte as of now. "Well, keep on studying then. I got practice today." Redder grabbed his bag and baseball bat protruded from it. If his coach were to caught him skipping, he would have a field day with him.(Out Of Cookies: ....)

Ｓｔｕｄｅｎｔ▐ ➟"I guess it is, yeah." Toshi didn't need to see Redder to know that he was preparing to leave. Obviously his words gave that away but Toshi could hear him pick up his bag. "Well you go do that, good luck then." Leaning on the tree he felt at perfect peace. Maybe I'll see him again in school somewhere... Toshi quietly looked up at the sky and gave one very depressing sigh. "This place really is boring. I wonder if baseball is as fun as everyone makes it out to be." he said quietly.
