Sailor Scout Attack: Spirit of Cerynitis
Sailor Atia whispers the name Cerynitis and places her hand upon her chest or points at someone within 15’ of herself and whispers Spirit of Creynitis to grant a speed boon to another individual. If directed at another, a faint image of a white doe appears next to her with gold horns and hooves then charges at the individual. It may seem startling to someone who is not expecting it but it causes no damage. The sensation is like a small gust of air from a hand held open fan.
Speed: True to the legend that the Creyneian Hind can outrun an arrow; unencumbered by any physical burden or obsticle, whomever has been granted this speed boon can run on average 250 feet per second. Minimum speed granted is 100 feet per second if carrying something ½ your body weight. Maximum speed is 350 feet per second for those who have done significant training and or has running as a hobby (case by case)
Duration: 15 seconds
Con: At the end of the duration the character experiences 5-120 seconds of fatigue depending on how much time had been spent running.
Cast: Can be used three times and cannot be re-cast on an individual till fatigue has worn off.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Gift of the Cerynitis
Sailor Atia selects a total of three individuals (two if she includes herself) and whispers the name of her attack. Same as above a spirit of Cerynitis, a white doe with gold horns and hooves appear and charges at one target then the next then the next (Only returns to her if she is one of the three otherwise it disappears before returning to her)
Enemies standing no more than two steps away from the direct line between target Atia and target one, target one and target two, and target two and target three get bowled over by a gust of air by the charging Cerynitis.

Eternal Sailor Scout Attack: Hercules Third Labour
Much like the legend of Hercules, Atia’s enemies are now tasked with catching the Ceryneian Hind. After calling out her attack, opponents standing within a 7’ radius around Sailor Atia are now filled with the determination of Hercules himself. Somewhere within a 20’ radius, with Atia at the epicenter, a Golden Hind, standard doe size, will appear and those who were afflicted by the initial cast are now fixated on the creature and are filled with the undeniable urge to catch the Hind. Upon its death or capture the spirit fades and enters Atia granting her a speed boon like her basic attack.
Notes:
- Invisible tether links Atia and the Hind so if she moves that radius moves with her.
- Can pass through stationary objects (street lamps, mail boxes etc)
- Weapons and attacks do harm it (people who were not hit by the determination can attack it too)
- Does not pass through humans or youma (bowls them over like super attack if not careful - beware of horns and hooves)
- Once it is summoned, attacking her will not make it go away.
- Like paintings and sculptures depicting this Labour, you must grab the hind by both horns for it to be deemed captured (unless your character has a love for mythology or art history it is unlikely they would know this)
