To make the guild feel more full and lively, the Guild Master has employed a staff of permanent residents.
These are characters that have some magic ability (even true wizards) that are a part of the guild that may be used by anyone, but may not accompany any wizard outside of the guild.
More NPCs can be bought/employed for 100,000 Jewel by the Guild Master.

Personality: Rosey is your typical shy and timid girl, despite the destructiveness of her magic. She prefers to resolve things non aggressively, but has a hard time with even the simplest confrontation. Her shy nature and soft spoken voice make it just that much more difficult to communicate with her--and the slightest raise in tone might make her cry. However, her fighting skill speaks for itself, and when any friend or guild mate is threatened with serious harm, she will put aside her shyness to defend them.

Personality: Casey is an optimistic boy with high hopes for himself. He sets goals and works hard to reach them. While his primary goal is to be a high level wizard, he will always stop to make friends and comfort others. He's always kind and welcoming to others--having been in the guild a while, despite being so young. He's the sort of person to drop by when the day is done just because he heard someone wasn't feeling well.

Personality: Cinder is a docile person who enjoys girlish pleasures above all else--socializing, shopping, and music to name a few. She's always there to lend advice, having retired early from her job-getting days. However, if anyone criticizes her cooking, she might deliberately try and poison them a little and all while wearing a pleasant smile. Her boyfriend has no magical skill, but you can always catch her speaking admirably about him while in her kitchen.

Personality: There's a reason why he's know as "The Black Devil" and it's not just due to his magic: Black is a ruthless member of Cait Shelter, and has been a member even before the newest Master. He isn't well liked and has known to shove aside other members just for walking in his path or sitting a particular spot he wanted. Really, he pushes just to the very edge to stay in the guild while being a jerk. He thinks little of females--judging them as inferior play things--and will push around any male he knows can't stand a chance against him. He refuses to take anything except combat jobs--which take him away from the guild a lot (thankfully)--and he always goes alone.

Personality: Sun is rather unusual in that he has an open flamboyant nature. Adding to his odd character, Sun has fairy magic and happily uses it--no shame! More often than not, he lays around the guild waiting for a cute boy to come by and request to join or ask for help. When that comes and he finds an interest, he's the first one up to be by them. He will openly flirt and make no secret of any fondness he has for any boy nor will he hide disdain for anyone.

Personality: Ginty is a rough around the edges girl who puts the value of a good tale higher than people. She's been known to scribble down a victory story someone brings back--which is her way of saying she respects you as a wizard. Though, if you disrupt her library or harm any part of it (book, desk, ect.) she becomes a an unrelenting force. Being a story wizard and placing herself in the library, it become apparent that her capability is unmet--having memorized where every book is, what they are and what they look like. You'll know if she doesn't like you: she won't even acknowledge your presence--as though you literally do not exist! That said, even a grunt or joke at your expense would mean she likes you slightly.

Personality: Rubi is a very young exceed who is a shy and friendly mascot member of Cait Shelter. While she hardly goes on jobs, on account of them being so scary, she keeps spirits high in the guild the best she can manage. Unknown to anyone, she gets sick at the memory of some sour foods and won't eat anything even slightly bitter or sour. She much prefers sweet things like cream and sugar milk.

Weight: 192lbs
Personality: Blu prefers the company of animals more than he does people--not to say that he's unsociable. His magic is what draws him to animal orientated jobs; often, he can solve the matter without having to fight the poor beasts. His prize companion, a griffin called Darcey, is the familiar he is most fond of and has raised since it was a hatchlings. He goes into an unforgiving fury when someone targets his animal friends--Rubi included. He a shamanistic believer, honoring animal spirits rather than religious idols; though, he never expects anyone to understand his thoughts and so he never pushes it when someone offends. Despite his battle aggression, he's more like a hibernating bear, content to stare at the world in peace.

Personality: Stoic, Sage never speaks unless spoken to first (and even then may not if he finds it tedious) or if necessary. He is often the voice of caution and reason. Of the wizards in Cait Shelter, he's one of the few that keeps a large salamander with him as a companion. He advises mostly against rash and unnecessary action, and scolds when a wizard in his guild wants to give up or quit. he may look like a salty old man who never smiles, but he's weighed with more memory of happy times than can be imagined--he scarcely smiles now because he's outlived most of his friends.

Personality: Melody is a docile person, so long as her ego isn't burst. She spends more time posing for magazines and performing concerts than she does practicing her magic, obsessed with being the center of attention. Though, off stage and off camera, she doesn't mind if she's not in everyone's spotlight--just so long as she has someone's attention. If not, she pouts more like a child and locks herself away as if it were some great punishment.
