WARNING!!! I am doing an optional mission sent to me when I was accepted into the guild. In this mission I have been stopped by a shady character with a Riolu whom wants to battle. I am attempting to snag the Riolu.

Gio turned down an ally way after exiting the mall. He was on his way to go test out the Snag machine that he now had on his left arm. He was looking at it and not paying attention to anything around him when he ran into a man who had a cloak covering his whole body just leaving his mouth exposed. "Opps sorry" Gio said looking down at the man. "No excuses son Im going to rob you for everything you have." the figure said as he stretched an arm out holding a pokeball that released a Riolu.

Gio knew right away that this Riolu was one he could snag. "Alright lets do this" Giovanni's Tyrogue was already out side of its ball. Gio liked to let it walk around with him and for good reason to. Not many people liked to mess with someone who had a fighting pokemon walking with them. "Tyrogue lets start off with a Mach Punch!"

The Tyrogue set up to launch his attach but the Riolu was quicker. It used screech as the Mach Punch connected. The Riolu was hit with pain but the Tyrogue covered its ears shocking its defense. "Shrug it off Tyrogue lets hit with a Dizzy Punch" Gio spat out while the Tyrogue fumbled to regain itself.

Tyrogue launched itself at the Riolu. This time it seemed they both had the same initiative and landed equal blows. The Riolu landed a nice Pound that knocked Tyrogue back. However Tyrogue's Dizzy Punch not only landed but confused the Riolu as well.

"Now, Tyrogue, Bullet Punch!" as Gio said this the Riolu hit itself in confusion and was knocked back by a quick and heavy hit from Tyrouge's Bullet Punch. Gio pulled out his Nestball and threw it at the Riolu landing on it and putting it inside. "What are you doing?!? Stop thats my Pokemon, you cant do that!" the shrouded man screamed. As the ball came to a halt and clicked signaling that it was captured.

Gio was quite when walking up to the ball. A. He picked it up he spoke. "Maybe you should have trained it better. Or even just let me be. I tried to apologize but you brought this on yourself. Dont worry I will take good care of it." all the while he continued walking down the ally leaving the man behind screaming in his still covered persona.

Sometime down the road Gio let the Riolu out of the ball and gave it a potion. "Here little buddy, you must hate it in there. Why dont you travel outside with me and Tyrogue." The Riolu seemed to smile when Gio gave it the potion and jumped up on his hat. Tyrouge laughed at the Riolu and walked next to Gio. They were instant battle buddies and rivals all the same.

Where will our Adventure take our now team of three next time? Only time will tell in the world of Pokemon!

Energy War

Fire and electricity are two forms of energy widely used through out the world. In Virbank City of Unova they burn gas at the Virbank Complex to supply power. Because of the burning of gas and the production of electricity, two species of Pokemon have made the Virbank Complex their home, Magby and Elekid. For whatever reason these two groups of Pokemon have formed a rivalry in the area and are constantly fighting. Their fighting has made it dangerous for the local workers and now they are asking someone to come in and calm them down.

Go to Virbank Complex and get the Elekid and Magby gangs to stop their fighting. Be careful as they are sure to attack you as well. Furthermore some of the local wild Pokemon are on edge from all the fighting and might be hostile as well.

Objective:
---Get the Elekid and Magby to calm down.

Opposition:
---Wild Elekid and Magby, many of them. You may also encounter Magnemite, Pidove, Patrat, Growlithe, and Koffing.

Pokemon:
---You may catch one wild Pokemon.

Rewards:
---3x Snag Coins and varies from there.

Act I:
The Trouble in Virbank

Giovanni found himself continuing his journey, but outside of Kalos. This time he found himself in Unova chasing after Jasmine to show her his pokemon. He hadnt had the best of luck locating her but he had a lead that she was in Virbank City. Not long after he arrived there he found out that he had missed her by a few days.

Tyrogue and Riolu were both wrestling around and racing each other as Gio walked along. He never made them go into their Pokeball unless one of them fainted. That didnt happen to often, but then agian Giovanni didnt go around challenging everyone that was a trainer. Not many people wanted to challenge him either with him having two Fighting type Pokemon walking with him as partners. If and when they did faint it was always against a Ghost or Psychic type. Riolu held his own pretty well verses them but Tyrouge just wasnt up on the matchup. He was best though against other fighting types and surprisingly against Fire Types whom Tyrogue loved to fight. The two were pretty much inseparable and always seen together wether trying to out do the other or just plain sleeping. If Gio hadnt caught them himself he might have thought that they were from the same egg.

"What a drag, just missed her." Gio said as Riolu used a Low Sweep and knocked Tyrogue down. Be careful you two, we are running low on potions and I would like to do some sight seeing. So I need both of you as healthy as possible incase we need to battle or train." Riolu and Tyrogue both turned at Gio and jumped on him knocking him to the ground and began to playfully jab at him. "Ok Ok Ok haha you two can keep playing just dont get hurt."

There was a load explosion just a second later coming from the south of town. It looked as though there was fire being shot into the sky and electricity flying up with the fire. When the two met at the tips it would explode in a loud and thunderous *BOOM*. Tyrouge, Riolu and Gio all looked south as some of the towns people began running up the back into the city "The two gangs are at it agian" they would say as they ran past Gio's team. Two gangs? He wondered as he watched a few more explosions. Gio wondered what any gang would have weapons that could do that. Surely no Pokemon can do that Gio pondered before deciding to head that way.

"RiTy lets go find out what that was" Gio called them RiTy for short. He was addressing both of them and they both knew what he meant. They seemed to enjoy the double nickname but didnt seem to like it as much separate. So Gio settled with RiTy for when he was talking to both of them and their natural names for when they were being called individually.

ACT II
From Virbank With Love!

Giovanni and his two partners arrived on the scene to see a group of Magby and a group of Elekids screaming and fighting back and forth. There seemed to be various other wild Pokemon that were running trying to get out of the cross fire. A wild Growlithe jumped back and forth barking at the two groups as if begging them to stop. Between the whole mayhem there seemed to be a Male Elekid and a Female Magby huddled together shivering and trembling in fear.

Riolu jumped down off Gio's shoulder an began yelling as well as if to tell the two gangs to calm down. It wasnt long before Tyrouge was attempting to do the same thing except he was running out and looking to intercept the two Pokemon shivering in the center. Riolu followed suit and the two pulled the Magby and Elekid apart and placed them with the proper group.

Almost instantly the two groups stopped fighting and began just yelling at each other. The Growlithe was now in front of the Elekids barking at them almost as if he was begging them to back off. Before Gio could react he saw sparks flying and the Growlithe hit the ground in a murmur of pained yelps. "HEY YOU TWO! Quit the fighting he never did anything to you!" The two parties turned and looked at Gio and scattered as if they were scared of him. Neither said another word but the two Magby and the Elekid seemed to run away reluctantly all the while staring at each other. Gio was far to in the moment to notice but the two were clearly in love.

Gio ran up to the the Growlithe and opened his bag. He pulled out a revive and a potion. "It will be all ok, this will help you." He used the Revive and the Growlithe popped up. It growled for a moment but then it saw Riolu and Tyrouge both standing there staring at Gio and then it looked as well. "Now now, I know Im no Nurse Joy but this is the best I can do" he used the potion and the Growlithe sniffed at Gio. Then began playful jumping and barking at Gio. Riolu came up to it and started trying to play with it. Tyrogue said something and the three Pokemon began to laugh.

Gio looked off into the distance and could see what looked like to separate forts one was yellow and clearly for the Elekids. The other was shaped like a volcano and had a red slide that looked like lava on it. That one was for the Magby's Gio assumed. He wondered what it was that could have caused them to react like that. Maybe they were infected with something. That didnt make any sense to Gio so he shrugged it off.

He bent down to the Growlithe "Do you know what all that was about?" Riolu, Growlithe and Tyrogue all stopped playing and began acting. The story they seemed to be telling was that of Romeo and Juliet. Where Growlithe played Joliet and Riolu played Romeo. Tyrogue was the one telling the story. Gio laughed "You Guys are silly, we should figure out how to calm them down and keep both sides happy"

ACT III
Wherefore art though Elekid!

It had been servrel days since the last event and Gio had asked aroun town. From what he could hear, the Magby and Elekid were heavy rivals in the town. However, two of them had fallen in love with each other and both factions disagreed. Nobody could figure out how to calm the bunch but Gio had taken on that task.

"Rough rough" the Growlithe said. It hadnt really left Gio's side since he helped it a few days ago so Gio decided to take it with him. Just like Tyrogue and Riolu he didnt put it in a ball. The Growlithe seemed to have an idea though on what to do to calm the to gangs of pokemon down so Gio followed it quite well.

They got to the spot where both bases could be seen and Growlithe started to talk to Riolu and Tyrouge. Both of them shook thier heads as if agreeing and then disappeared in oppisite directions. Tyrouge towards the Magby and Riolu towards the Elekid. Growlithe stayed behind with a hopeful look on face.

Soon both clans were coming out of their respective bases and with Gio's pokemon leading them along. When they arrived at the center they all started to glare but Tyrouge and Riolu began to wave thier arms and say something to them. Both parties were very quite and then Tyrouge grabbed the female Magby from the other day and Riolu the male Elekid. And brought them both into the center. A Elekid and a Magby, clearly the leaders came forward and exchanged a few heated words. Then Growlithe stoped in and said his part. The two leaders looked at each other and then at thier clans. Finally they looked at each other's clans. The Elekid stuck his hand out as if offering a truce and pretty soon the Magby took it.

Later that evening there was a wedding for the two pokemon. Well a wedding in the Pokemon sence of the word. Gio didnt stay around much longer than that but he was sure both groups were now calm. He looked at Tyrouge, Riolu and Growlithe "Come on you three lets get going"

This ends another adventure with Giovanni Versechi. Where will he end up next? Nobody knows, but only the world of Pokemon can tell. See you next time.
