 Kusari was looking for his first win. This was not how he'd envisioned things going after joining Warrior and awaiting his first war, and rectifying the situation was the only thing on his mind as he found someone not already tied up in a fight and swung his nunchaku for his head. HP: 20

 The furry woman had been scouting the area, scanning with her traditionally sightless eyes for heat signatures when the blow came. She yelped and whirled with her claws, hissing. She might not be able to really see, but now that she was facing the right way, the heat of the other was a dead give away. HP: 17

Kusari landed a decent starting blow, and the opponent whirled around quickly, scoring deep gouges into Kusari's chest before he could move out of the way. He hissed a little in pain and lashed out with his weapon again, this time an uppercut for her chin. HP: 16

Skellyn was quick, but she'd underestimated the range that the nunchaku had, and so the resulting crack bowled her over with it's force. She snarled, scrambling upright and rushed after her opponent, jaws snapping and looking to get hold of any part of the other she could. HP: 13

Kusari moved in after landing another solid blow, but his furry foe was quicker than he gave her credit for and before he knew it she was upon him, jaws clamping solidly on his shoulder. He had to switch hands with his weapon as he struggled not to go down under the pressure, and aimed for her knee this time. HP: 12

The furred hybrid felt it when her knee went under the blow from the nunchuck, snapping, but she didn't let go, biting down harder and activating her acidy spit to eat at the shoulder she was trying to break HP: 9

Kusari felt the blow land solidly again and yet she doesn't let go. While he doesn't like the idea, he moves to jam one end of his nunchaku in to try and dislodge her by separating her from his shoulder using it as a lever. He's glad he does, however, as he sees the acid start dripping from her mouth, and it starts eating away his nunchaku ...instead of his shoulder. "Ugh, disgusting," he mutters, letting go of his weapon to free up his hand enough to attempt punching her in the face. HP: 11

Both the prying from the nunchaku and the punch made her teeth hurt and she yelped, reacting without thinking as she swung her claws forward again, head a little fuzzy from all the blows she'd taken to it. HP: 6

His useless weapon clattered to the ground as she yelps and it falls free; he laments its passing only briefly as he has to avoid the claws, they still manage to score his other shoulder, and he winces; switching his stance to bare-hands fighting, he aims a roundhouse kick at her already damaged head. HP: 9

The repeated abuse of Skellyn's head left her ears ringing, and he weaved for a moment before rushing forward again blindly, snarling. She refused to give up so easily - not when there was someone to fight. Even still, she was horribly unsteady. HP: 2

Kusari recovered himself as he finished the spin after his kick, but she was quicker, despite the heavy shot to her head -- he had to admire her tenacity -- and he stumbled back as the claws tore up his chest more. He grits his teeth and aims one more shot at her head, a simple uppercut. HP: 5

Skellyn's already mostly dark world grew more silent as her consciousness started to slip... But the lack of cognitive thinking and the scent of blood had her continuing to stumble after her opponent, swinging with her claws wildly. HP: 1

Kusari marveled at how she just wouldn't go down, he took a few more claws, and grumpily at how torn up he AND his poor nunchaku ended up from her, grabs her head despite the danger to himself and pulls downwards, trying to bring his knee up to meet it solidly. HP: 3

Skellyn went down like a sack of bricks after the blow and stayed down, the trauma to her head just too much. There was no blood, but there was already swelling, and she was most definitely concussed.
