Water Tribe Name: Kaito
Personality:Kaito is currently storm-minded. Currently he is undecided on where he fits in with the water tribe. Because of this current mind-set Kaito rarely will stay in one place. Often moving through out the lands to seek out new knowledge of other tribes. Like a raging storm Kaito's personality fluctuates. However there is one thing that is certain with him. Friends will always stay friends, but enemies can also become friends.
