HP : 37Lukarius examined the woman before him with disdain as she landed before him and pulled her sword. This was the one who had started the war they were now suffering through, the cause of all the new damages and cracks that were appearing in the souls of his followers everywhere. His eyes narrowed as he drew his scythe, quickly moving to try and block the attack. His eyes widened as the blade not only broke through the shift of his scythe, but cut him from right shoulder to left hip as well. He jumped back, putting the damaged scythe away before he pulled his daggers. In the next quick motion, he came at her, slashing with both weapons at her chest.

:: Her own eyes widened in surprise as she'd break cleanly through the shaft of his scythe... she'd hesitate which gained her a few deep gouges across her chest.... she'd swipe at him in an arc that brought the blade to the enemy's opposite shoulder, flipping back and away from him gracefully she'd crouch and ask... "Have you nothing else to fight with, but daggers?" if she'd taken his primary weapon away, this was a problem to her... she enjoyed an even fight and if his scythe was not functioning, she was bound to change her weapon as well to match the strength of daggers. ::HP: 37

HP : 35Lukarius dodged backwards away from the sword swing, gaining the barest of nicks from the edge on his shoulder, before he stood and gave a scoff at the woman's question. "Well, if it concerns you ever so much," He stated, straightening up to brush almost nonchalant at his coat sleeve, "You're welcome to turn and leave. Doors back that way, thanks for stopping by, see you in your graves." His eyes narrowed at the woman, as if the sarcasm in his statement wasn't enough to get through to her. "I do not need my scythe to beat the sludge out of scum like you. My strength comes from my soul, not my weapon." He phased out, appearing before her to swipe his daggers at her. "I can beat you with just these!" He yelled.

:: The dark woman quirked a brow at his ranting... standing there placidly as she'd continue use his sarcasm then going so far as raising his voice to her.... she did not deem to answer any of the taunts... She had no doubt that he was strong... though even he should realize that a pair of daggers was a far cry from his scythe... Of course, that would only be possible if he had even the barest of respect for her... which, he obviously did not... "Very well..." she would dodge his attacks easily, barely moving at all before she'd lunge forward to knock into him with her shoulder to drive him back and swing about with her blade in a blinding horizontal slash. ::HP: 36

HP : 31Luk took the blow across his chest, leaving a deep cut that crisscrossed the scars left from his earlier fight with Corruptor. Luk winced and retreated to the other side of the tunnel, calling his souls to get in closer to the goddess before him. He gripped his daggers tighter as his hands started glowing with white fire. Moving forward, he tried to get in close again to allow his Soul Fire cloaked daggers another chance to taste her flesh. He took a horizontal swipe with his left dagger, and an upwardly diagonal slice with his right.

:: She'd look at him from across the cavern, making no move to follow him.... Her crimson eyes were narrowed... expecting him to start using that phase ability that he used in other battles.... her eyes closing and when they reopened... Now blazing with a red glow... darting about her she'd note the souls with a frown... Whirling her blade in warning at the closest she'd put her eyes back on Lukarius... he was back in front of her now and she dodged him yet again... this time she wasn't quick enough so she gained two shallow gashes from the smaller blades... her lips pressed into thin line as she'd turn her back on him and thrust her weapon backwards and up... before she'd leap to a low ledge... watching him and the movements of his souls... ::HP: 34

HP : 28Luk watched as his souls ignored the 'warning', the blade passing through those closest to Warrior without harm. He was surprised she could see them, most people could not unless the souls were right by Lukarius's person. This one was worrisome, Lukarius felt. He felt the blade hit him in one thigh, leaving a large open slice where the metal passed effortlessly through his leather pants. He grimaced with a soft noise of pain, and phased away just as the woman jumped away from him to land on a low ledge. Lukarius quickly examined the wound on his leg, and though it was bleeding profusely, he found it would still support his weight...though it wasn't looking good for him thus far. He refocused on Warrior, cautiously watching as his souls floated harmlessly around her in an attempt to find any weakness he could exploit. He put one of his daggers away, instead focusing his Soul Fire onto one hand, roughly forming it into a second dagger that flickered and hissed. His hands were faintly burnt, though the hand that was holding the fire dagger was showing the burns much faster then the now unlit one. Quickly, he came for her, slashing at her body with the physical dagger, while he stabbed at her soul with the fire one.

:: Frowning as her blade passed through a soul with no effect, she did not care to have these thing cluttering up her sight... Though her attention went back on Lukarius, he was the true danger here... She kept herself focused on him and the language of his movements as well as the aid of her battle sight... When one weakness presented itself to his spirits, it would quickly vanish. So he had limited windows just as she did when it came to attacking. When he found an opening, she moved to block it but just a fraction of a second too late. The first dagger he gained a deeper score with, the second not as much...The first cut had merely stung, but the second left the odd feeling of heat and chills... Crouching she'd spring in the air and aim a kick at the center of his chest to knock him back.. her blade flashing as she'd lunge forward to attack. ::HP: 31

HP : 26Luk took the kick full center in the chest, though it was not powerful enough to disorient him. He managed to twist out of the way of the sword to allow it to pass by his face and body. And leave Warrior open and close. He twisted back around the moment he landed and got his footing, striking again with the steel dagger and fire dagger, this time aiming both toward the woman's chest.

:: Hissing from the pain and the chill, she'd take a step back, blood running down her dark skin... Her eyes narrowed and she'd come at him again, doing a full spin to bring her sword across his body in an arcing sweep from shoulder to hip. ::

HP: 22 The blade hit Lukarius almost exactly where it have grazed him earlier, cutting deeper into the muscle. Luk staggered backwards into a wall, gasping as the pain blinded him for a moment. He winced and lost control of the soul fire, allowing it to fizzle out. His hand was near black from the damage done to his one hand. Dropping his other dagger, he called the fire into his left hand, as yet unburned enough to handle the flames, of which he fired at Warrior like a whip, striking at her from across the tunnel.

:: She'd lift her blade to block the attack, but it got past her far too easily and she felt the searing chill lick it's way down her body. Shuddering at the feeling she'd shake if off... leaping up high she'd raise her blade over her head and come crashing down to swipe at Lukarius with that blinding speed she had. ::HP: 25lord_pippa_ari Nevermind, looks like I checked as soon as you posted *lol* I was the one that forgot *smh*

HP: 20 Lukarius managed to avoid the blade, dodging to one side and wincing as his quick movements broke open the blood that had clotted his earlier wound on his thigh. The blood freshly seeping down his leather pants, Luk summoned the strength he could to repetitively strike out with the soul fire whip, ignoring the pain he felt as the fire burnt his hand more.

:: Warrior never stopped moving, she turned towards him as he went off to the side, continuing to drive after him... her blade snapping up to block blow after blow with the soul whip he used on her... a couple of the strikes got through and the Warrior went on the offensive, doing the same unto him, blindly quick swipes of the blade that would cross his torso, legs, neck and belly.... reverting from the power attack and setting at an insane pace of speed. ::HP: 23
