Appearance: Tora is a man of average stature with dirty blond hair and intimidating sharp eyes which often scares those around him especially the fourth division and even members of the Eleventh division.
Affiliation: Gotei Thirteen, Eleventh Division.
Position/Rank: Eleventh Division, 3rd Seat.
Fears: Due to his past and where he grew up Tora has a fear of being powerless and unable to fight.
Personality: Tora is a calm yet prideful man who will only follow those who have bested in him combat and earned his respect so far the only man he has been beaten by is the previous Eleventh Division Captain Nagisa though he is a lower rank he has never fought the lieutenant and thus has refused to listen to him. If one has defeated Tora in battle he will follow them without question and give them his full support support making sure he will make their dreams and goals his own. Like any other typical Eleventh division member Tora enjoys fighting he also loves gambling, drinking, Feline creatures. Unlike other members of the Eleventh division Tora doesn't take pride in scaring the fourth division and prefers to try and make friends with them those he often frightens them off with his intimidating sharp eyes and rank within the Eleventh Division. He is also sometimes rash and hot headed if he gets angry or annoyed.
History: Tora was born in the 76th district where he grew up up fighting for his life against vicious men and women in one of the more dangerous district the 76th district where he was often stoned or attack because of his sharp Eye's causing others to call him a demon Tiger due to his remarkable speed. About Three hundred years ago Tora gained large a reputation as a dogs fights where he gained his title of the tiger of the 76th district, Tora easily climbed the ranks killing many men without any sympathy just for Kan.

Specialization: Like all members of the Eleventh Division Tora specializes in Zanjutsu and had a great mastery over his sword, he like to use Shunpo to blitz his opponents by mixing it with Zanjutsu. This Particular style had gain him his title of the Tiger of the 76th District
Qualification: Zanjutsu
Known Techniques:

Zanjutsu Expert -Tora is highly skilled in Zanjutsu and is able to fight without releasing his Zanpakuto and only fight in the Unreleased state, He often uses his Shunpo with his Zanjutsu skills to use rush attack style which has Granted him the Nickname of Tiger.


Hohō Expert - Though he is not as skilled in Hohō as other Experts he is still quite adept and remarkable fast in the skill and able to use it to his full advantage to Blitz his foes with his Custom Zanjutsu Hohō Techniques.


Zanjutsu Hohō Mixture - Tora is a able to combine these to skills perfectly to use his own Attack style moves.

Techniques:

Tiger Pounce - Preformed by concentrating all power into one strong attack while using Shunpo then stopping the shunpo midway through stopping on one foot then pushing on that foot to jump upward then and bring the sword downwards in a attempted cleave the Foe in half with one attack

Tiger Blitz - Preformed using multiple shunpo's to attack a single target multiple



Hakuda - Tora has very little skills in Hakuda.

High Durability - Tora is able to take many hits and remain standing and able to fight due the training he went through in both the Zaraki and Shino Academy.

Enhanced Speed - Tora is extremely fast in all aspects and able to outmaneuver his foes easily and deliver multiple blows in a matter of only seconds should his foe be slower and leave an opening in their defense for Tora to exploit.

Shikai Power-Ups: When Released Hikari Otome is able to Emit light from it's blade which can be used as a light source or the light can be intensified to use in different techniques.
Shikai Techniques/Abilities
Akarui Furasshu - Hikari Otome's Blade emits a bright flash of light which will blind any that see it instantly besides Tora himself this can be counter if one can predict when the flash will go off next and shield their eye's. Once the Technique is activated it will Emit a flash three times automatically that Tora will be unable to stop. Once the Technique has flashed three times Tora is able to decided when He activates it next which will continue the cycle of shining three times. Shines every 3 posts when activated, Bliness last for one post and cool down of five.
