 Thana was on the hunt. Now that they had time to go on the offensive she'd been looking for a foe, not really caring what they looked like as long as they were cursed. She sensed one nearby, and not really paying attention to the fact it was a Corrupted and stronger than her (not that she'd care anyway), she attempted to leap upon the beast and pummel it with her fists.  HP: 23Travus was off wondering about not really looking for a fight, but he was jumped by someone. He growled, not really wishing to be disturbed but it was a time of war and he had to do what he must. He raked his white claws at her hoping to peel away some flesh.

Somehow she managed to stay on him and twist out of the way of the claws, then she tried to climb up high enough on his back to bring an elbow down atop his head.

His foe hit her mark. She felt like a tick crawling across him. He roared in pain, reaching to grab the girl and throw her from his back.

Thana's elbow smarted but she didn't care. She was about to aim a punch at him next when she was grabbed and tossed aside. She rolled to a crouch and grinned at him before trying to dart back in and aim a kick at his tail.

Travus roared again. This little pest was giving him a hard time and that angered him. He growled, trying to smack her away from him with the back of his barbed hand.

Thana landed a solid kick before getting knocked back, the spikes on the back of his hand cutting across her chest. Once more she rolled to her feet, and darted in. She looked like she was going to go for his tail again, but would stop and pivot, feinting to instead aim an uppercut at his chin below the mask.

Travus grunted, trumbling back a bit, but when he regained his senses he threw himself at his enemy and tried to bury her under his weight.

Thana didn't have room to maneuver after her close-contact punch, and she's buried under him. It's the first time she's seemed unnerved, being stuck, and she flails, trying to land some sort of solid hits to get him off of her, since she likely wouldn't have the strength to lift him.

Travus hardly flinched with the hit. He took this chance to scoop the girl up from under him, trying to squeeze her a bit then throwing her back down as hard as he could.

Thana grunted as nothing worked, but then he grabbed her up and squeezed. She winced, but squirmed enough to get out of his grasp before he could do anything else, and proceeded to try to kick him ...well, she wasn't really sure where snake privates were, but she approximated as best she could. XD

Where the follower had kicked him it was safe to say that it hurt because Travus almost doubled over. The wind felt like it was knocked out of him. He tried to straighten himself up and lunged at the other with claws ready.

Thana took a little too long admiring her aim and couldn't dodge his next attack. His lunge not only knocked her down, slamming her head into the ground, but the claws raked in deep, and it was the first real sounds of pain she'd let escape the whole fight. She shook her head to clear stars as her foot lashed out again to try and knock him back.

Thana finally got her head cleared -- right about the time the claws raked across her face. She barely had time to close her eyes to protect them, but once the attack was done she opened them up, ignoring the blood trying to leak inside of them, and lashed out with a last ditch effort, trying to cold c**k him with her fist under his chin again.
