Never had Aeron felt so eager to take up his scythe and fight. The time had come for the non-cursed to turn to the offensive, and he was eager to do his part for his god, and the greater good against the cursed ones. He spotted such a one from a short distance away, covered in blood and carrying a large blade. Well, the bigger they were..... Aeron let the thought hang unfinished as he readied his scythe and lunged forward with a horizontal sweep.HP: 20

Serkan turned slightly as the attacker swept their scythe, barely lessening the deepness of the cut. He didn't so much as flinch from the wound, his face retaining its blank, bored look. He blinked slowly at the death follower before bringing his bloodstained sword up in a diagonal slash. HP: 17

Wow, Aeron mused to himself. He was sure his hit had scored the other pretty deep, but there wasn't so much as a flicker of acknowledgement on the other's face. Was this a zombie then, immune to the pain of damage done to its body? Shokoti might have been able to tell him at a glance, but she was off doing her own part, and zombie or no zombie, the fewer cursed there were on the field, the better. The diagonal slash was powerful, and Aeron gasped as it cut one of his arms, not to the bone thankfully but still deep enough to really hurt. Narrowing his eyes, he aimed his scythe in another horizontal slash, thinking he might be equally successful.

Serkan anticipated the attack and swept his sword up to catch the scythe blade before it did more than tear his shirt. Though blood oozed from he previous wound from the strain it put on his body. Even so, his expression didn't falter. Ducking quickly he dropped sword to hip level and darted under the scythe to the side, sweeping his sword for the side of his attacker as he passed. HP: 16

Aeron scowled as his scythe attack not only didn't phase the cursed again, but all he did was damage the other's shirt. He really had to work on this fight if he was to keep the upper hand....if he even HAD the upper hand; it was hard to tell with such an expressionless opponent. The quick movements of the other beneath him made him feel less certain about the other being a zombie, but the cut that oozed fresh blood from his side was real enough. Grasping his scythe, he aimed it in a downward thrust at the form moving away from him, trying to gain a solid hit in the back.

Serkan reacted swiftly and emotionless to the retaliation. He swept one leg out swiveling around, taking a slice to his shoulder as he did so. Then he launched himself forward aiming his large blade to gut his attacker without a flicker of emotion in his dull red eyes. HP: 14

The large blade came swinging in close to Aeron, the intention perfectly clear even though the cursed's face was not. Aeron jumped back as quickly as he could, but could not avoid the swing entirely, cutting his shirt and leaving a shallow cut just below his chest. Seeing his opponent getting so close, he switched his grip momentarily to one-handed in order to attempt to punch the other solidly in the face; THAT should cause some kind of reaction!HP: 15

Serkan instinctively pulled back as the fist flew for this blank face. Though he was too close to do more then lighten the blow. His only reaction was to close his eyes as the fist landed. It wasn't strong enough to make him step back so he slowly reopened his eyes while with one hand he swung his sword for his attacker's side. HP: 12

This was just getting silly! Granted, Aeron's punch hadn't caused the impact that he had hoped it would; he could tell by the way it fell; but it might as well have not caused anything at all from the reaction of his opponent! How could he just stand there with that same half-asleep look on his face as he was pummeled? Maybe it was something he was trying to do to get on his opponent's nerves. Well if he wanted to get hit until his face was too numb to even make a face, then that was his lookout. Aeron was too deep in thought to avoid the slash, though he WAS getting too many cuts in his shirt for his liking. Rushing to close the gap between them, Aeron brought his scythe's blade up in both hands and held it in front of him, charging at the other with the intent to crash into him blade-first.HP: 14

Serkan stepped back as his attacker rushed him with their scythe. He brought his sword up to catch the other's attack, but the force made the action useless. The scythe blade dug deep into his gut and his blood started to gush from the wound that cut across his entire stomach. He coughed up blood and his breathing became labored, but his eyes retained their dead look. Even as he took several steps back to stop himself from falling down the look didn't falter. His movements however where hindered by the injury as he stepped to the side and made to bring his large blade down on his attacker. HP: 8

Aeron was about ready to give up trying to get any sort of reaction from this guy the instant he saw his scythe do it's deadly work, blood flowing from where he had done his work. At least the other had made some kind of noise; that was something. Perhaps he had poked for a reaction a little too well; the crashing down of the blade was so tremendously powerful and unexpected that it caused him to gasp, and almost clasp his shoulder as a gash to the bone began to stain his entire shirt crimson. Aeron scowled; he had to make sure a blow like that never came again, or it would be just like last time; both arms too weak to hold his scythe and his ending up napping in the dirt. Grasping his scythe and trying to ignore the distressed tightening up of his shoulder, Aeron, moved quickly to the side of his opponent and tried to angle his curved scythe blade to catch the other in the back.

Serkan earned a decent gash diagonally on his back to go with his spurting gut wound. His only reaction to what had to be extreme pain was to twist around and swing his blade for his attacker's back with both hands. Though his expression showed no emotion his body was slowing and tiring, Serkan just didn't care enough to waste time thinking about it. HP: 5

Aeron knew now he must be getting as close a reaction as he was bound to get; the attacks from the cursed were now more fierce and powerful. As though mirroring his own attack, his opponent brought his sword around and it was Aeron's turn to feel his back exploding with pain. Hoping to avoid more damage, Aeron dropped down in a crouch and brought his scythe blade in both hands once more, trying to dash in and cut the other's legs out from under them.HP: 7

Serkan twisted around as the other crouched. Finishing the motion just in time for his shins to take twin sliced from the curved blade. He blinked slowly and looked down as he legs refused to hold him up anymore. Looking back up he brought his blade around to stab down on his attacker as he fell forward. HP: 1

The end at last; Aeron knew as he rose up shakily that he had the upper hand, despite his opponent never making a sound other than to spit out a mouthful of his own blood. Well, never mind that; he wasn't one of those sickos that reveled in the screams of their foes. Bringing his scythe up one final time, he brought it down towards the other pockettu in a dramatic fashion that the reaper himself would have been proud of.HP: 6
