Located on the 200th floor is Noire's room, which surprisingly, is a modest room. It is mostly surrounded by bookshelves with thousands of books of various nature. Paper with stories Noire has written litter the room. Even his bed is covered in books.

Theme: Her Silence

xxxxxAs he stumbled into the room, the door closing behind him, he pleased Jigokuhime on the opposite side of the room. Sitting down in a slumping manner with a broken expression on his face, Noire blankly stared at the blade. "You are still in there, aren't you? Somewhere..." He asked aloud, knowing he wouldn't hear anything. He thought about Jigokuhime's words. That he was a liar. That he broke all of the promises that he made to her. To think a man could be so cruel. The truth was in this time Noire wanted to die. He didn't want to feel anymore, because feeling was hurting the most. And yet, he knew that he didn't want to stop feeling because he would forget her. "I'm not going to let you go, Jigokuhime. I love you... I always have." Approaching the blade, he placed his hands against it, running his fingertips along the dull edge. He had taken her love for granted and he had forgotten her in his instinctual male weakness. He fought internally on this. Why should anyone blame me? It's not like I can actually... see Jigokuhime here in my world. I have to go to her... That's why I - I'm so jealous of Mana. At least he can see and touch Jishinmusume in person.

xxxxxHe got up and wrapped his arms around the blade as though he was hugging it tightly. "I can't leave you alone in there. It's too dark, Jigokuhime." The last thing he remembered as her world seemed to fall apart was the black coloring which consumed everything. She must be drowning in it right now. Drowning in the dark nothingness that's silence. And it's all my fault. He wanted to cry, but the tears did not come out. Instead, he simply laid down, with the blade held close to his chest in his arms. "I don't want you to die, Jigokuhime. I don't want you to disappear. I don't know what I'd do without... I want you here. I need you." As he spoke to the blade, he heard nothing; he felt nothing. The truth was that the damage was deep and the separation between the two had become ever so real. He picked up the blade and yelled, "Why won't you say anything to me?! Why won't you give me a sign?" He threw it against the wall and screamed, "Do you hate me, Jigokuhime? Is that what it is?! Do you want me to burn? Because I am. I'm burning all over without you. And the truth is - now I see it so clearly - that I'm nothing without you. Nothing."

xxxxxSuddenly, he felt a dark touch to his shoulder as the voice that terrified him grew louder than before. The vision of his room blackened and he found himself in a cold place. A chillingly familiar place, that he dreaded. "That's right. You are nothing. Let it sink in Noire." His Inner Hollow appeared before him in his mind as he was drawn into that world. The Inner Hollow's arms crossed as he stood directly in front of Noire. "You killed her, didn't you? Poor Jigokuhime. She bled her heart out to you and you crushed it in the palm of your hand... You... monster." The words were like barbed arrows, piercing his feelings of guilt with each utterance. "No... No! No! No! I... It was just a mistake... I was just admiring Shizuko..." The Inner Hollow began to laugh with its coarse and ripped voice, before it came close to Noire. "Don't lie Noire. We both know what sinister thoughts you had... How you wanted to ravish her... Mount her. Break her. How you wanted to make Shizuko submit - you sadistic b*****d." Noire's eyes widened in disgust as he refuted it, "No... She's an attractive woman yes... But I never intended to actually..."

xxxxxThe Inner Hollow then launched a strong fist to Noire's chest. He lost air and coughed blood, as he lay hunched over the Inner Hollow's fist. Laughing, the Inner Hollow reached for Jigokuhime's blade and unsheathed it from Noire's side. "Jigokuh-" The Inner Hollow back-handed Noire and sent him flying back several feet. "There is no Jigokuhime now. Just you and me, Noire. And I'm going to kill you. I'm going to make you my b***h." The Inner Hollow unsheathed its own Jigokuhime blade, holding both blades in separate hands. It rushed towards Noire slashing about with instinctual dangerous strikes. Moving to just barely avoid the strikes, Noire felt light and vulnerable. His mind thinking about how easy it was for this Inner Hollow to overtake his blade. He had used Noire's emotional state to overcome him and now Noire was on a very bad end of the stick. As one blade came, Noire grabbed it in his hand and stated, "You can't use her to beat me... I don't need her!" In that moment, Noire cast away his feelings for Jigokuhime and broke the blade with his reiatsu. Grabbing the neck of the Hollow, Noire formed a cruel sadistic smile. "You are mine. And you will obey your Sovereign." Crushing the Inner Hollow's neck, the world returned to Noire's room. He stared at Jigokuhime for a moment, before picking her up and tossing the blade into his closet. He didn't need her anymore.

It had been quite the busy afternoon, to say the least. What with an invasion of Soul Society, the acquisition of newly recruited Vizards and even a captive of the Shinigami Ranks, Domon was well pleased with the events that had transpired, even if they did warrant an immediate and high scaled response from the Gotei 13. The organization prided itself on its dominance of the other races and any injury made in their image was to be responded to with vigilance and vigor. The Vizard warrior knew that the minute they stepped into Serietei that a war would follow, what's more, the ultimatum he had left the two Captains with before departing... it was only a matter of time before a full-scaled retaliation would be mounted by the Shinigami and Earth would undoubtedly be the next battlefield.

Domon could think of no better way to prepare for the impending conflict than to throw himself into training. He had become lax, complacent, comfortable in his seat at the right hand of the self proclaimed Sovereign that was Noire of the Vizards. He had built a nest for himself, building up the human's into an army of his own liking and dosing the more promising recruits with his potent riatsu over the years. The Yakuza, a militia of humans. They posed no real threat to the Shinigami, but they made for an excellent security buffer. If one of the more spiritually aware members of his organization who spread themselves throughout the city should witness the arrival of the Shinigami, or any other race acting out of line, they would make the call and in a matter of moments, Domon would be alerted to their actions. It was perfect, few Shinigami would dare lash out against the humans they protected, no matter how unruly they were. So proud of his defenses he had built around the Lune Corp, Domon had settled himself and taken root in Karakura. But it was time to shake the dust off, to exert himself, to sharpen his blade and his skills and prepare for what would likely prove to be the finest endevour of his existence, War.

The soft flaring off of his Master's riatsu would have been felt by the Vizard from within his personal quarters. Noire was always plotting, always planning his next move. Calcuating and formulating strategy as well as testing his own intellect, it was beyond Domon to understand the workings of Noire's plans or their true purpose, he followed a code of loyalty with the man. So long as there was conflict, strife and honor in battle to be had, Domon would follow Noire's orders flawlessly, and Domon preferred it that way. But the Vizard's curiosity got the best of him with the unusual manner of his Employer's spiritual presance. And so he took it upon himself to deduce the state of his leader. Of course, no later than the moment he arrived on Noire's doorstep did the fluctuations seem to subside, and calm silence settled over the quarters belonging to the mastermind. A firm knock resounded through the door as Domon summoned Noire.

"Yo, Boss-man... You got a sec?" Domon's words were simple and shallow. His interests would be obvious to the higher intelect of the inhabitants behind that frail wooden door, and so Domon spoke little. He rarely went into long dialogue with Noire, it was never truly required of him to converse with his employer, his instructions were always clear and precise, easy to follow. Why as questions?

"Got a couple of things I wanted to run by ya..."

                                                ( outofcontext: )

"I am this world's Sovereign...

Theme: Her Silence

xxxxxTurning to the door, Noire hesitated for a moment, before getting his posture and composure just right. "Come in, Tsugetsa." His voice rather monotone and without feeling. Of course, with how Noire felt right now it was slightly difficult to hide the negative feelings. However, he generally sounded rather empty and disinterested. That was his way. Any Shinigami, well, Vizard now, knew that relationship between themselves and their zanpakutō. But, what made it worse for Noire was that she was more than that. She wasn't just a zanpakutō. She was his everything. "What do you want?" He stated as Tsugetsa entered the room. Out of all the Vizards Noire knew, he had to be careful not to display any weaknesses around him. He was nearly as strong as Noire was and his ability to sense something amiss was spot on.

xxxxxWalking over to his desk that was in the room, he motioned for Tsugetsa to take a seat. This was one of things that Noire adopted from the Human's Way, as he called it. Noire's interest for Humans was abnormal for spiritual beings. For Hollows they were food. For Shinigami they were a protection problem. For everyone else, well, they were just - Humans. But, to Noire they were the ideal. He loved how Humans were so irrational and lived off their emotions to fullest extremes. Perhaps, this too is one of the reasons Noire and Tsugetsa got along. Noire at times went bar hopping with Tsugetsa, though they'd be kicked out since they would drink so much alcohol. Generally, as Tsugetsa favored, they would do tequila "shots". But, to them a shot was an entire beer mug's amount. Before Noire got serious with Jigokuhime, him and Tsugetsa would try to do the whole wingman thing and bring home easy floozies to bang. However, as time progressed and Noire's ambition came to become more serious, they started to rarely ever drink or relax.

xxxxxIn an earnest tone, Noire sighed and explained, "I need you to take me drinking tonight, Tsugetsa. I have to forget. It's the only way, or my heart's going to just eat me alive." Of course, should Tsugetsa accept, with Noire's lowered inhibitions from alcohol, he might be prone to tell the truth of the matter. His situation with Jigokuhime. And whatever Tsugetsa wanted Noire would be far less reluctant to say yes. But, Tsugetsa should notice Noire's interest in drinking out of the blue. For Noire to be so interested, there was clearly something wrong with the man right now.
