Chieko's eyes are deep pools of jade that show both her aged wisdom and childlike curiosity. She is a small woman, who has an athletic body perfect for quick maneuvers. Her short height and deceptively strong yet small arm, and leg muscles give the best frame for a punishment force abortive; however there is a flaw to her battle body, though its only a flaw strategically, her breast are 38d. While this gives her a more womanly figure, Chieko has said more then once they just get in the way.

Fears: Becoming a zombie or mindless hollow, she'stterrified of not only losing her intelligence but who she is.
Personality: Chieko in general is essentially a super genius with a super ego at times to boot. She is a very curious individual and loves to figure out how things work and why and how she can then improve those functions. While she isn't serious necessarily she is generally level headed in any situation because she will generally have an idea on how to solve a problem before anything gets out of control. However this doesn't stop her from having fun because one of her favorite things to do is flirt and tease. She has a habit of talking a lot when she gets excited, which can sometimes hinder things since no one will understand what she's explaining.
Chieko likes to solve things herself rather than rely on her powers to help her and she loves technology and experimenting on people. She doesn't really have 'morals' per say although she does have a weakness for kids. She can be considered"bubbly"at times but this is most likely just an ruse to make people doubt her genius.
History:
Cheiko's first memories are of her and Chi struggling to survive in the 15th division of the north rukongai. At the time the 15th district was the halfway marker between safety and death, as such few cared for two street urchins trying to get by. Yet that didn't matter the less people cared the easier it was to steal from them. This life continued for years until one day the pair tried to steal from a shinigami.
Neither Cheiko nor Chi had known beforethat mmoment that they had spiritual powers, but as they were caught the woman explained that was what had given them away. Rather then get angry the shinigami saw potential in the pair and offered them an escape from that lif on the streets. Both took the offer gladly joining the 12th division. After basic training the two quickly rose through the ranks with Cheiko who'd always been more the big sister staying a seat behind Chi to push him up. However try as she might the woman's mind soon showed itself landing her the spot of vice president of S.D.R.I. which gave her authority on par with their adopted mother the lieutenant.
Yet this happy little tale doesn't have a happy ending as the fights with the arrancar led to a discussion that was filled with fear by most. It was that fear that led to a very disastrous result and created a new race of being that were all locked up and most destroyed.

Reiryoku: Due to relying more on her mind and inventions and less on training Cheiko's reiryoku was average for a Lt. and only rose sslightly upon becoming a vizard A 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Reiatsu Sensing: Always on the look out for new test subjects be they willing or not has led Cheiko to train her Reiatsu sensing A 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Zanjutsu: While not her forte, Cheiko is not helpless with a blade her unique sword style is more akin to a doctor's surgical scalpel then a sword. A 5 on a scale of 1 to 10
Hakuda: Having grown up in the rukongai Cheiko learned early on that the only thing you can truly rely on is your own body. As such even after becoming a shinigami she trained her body almost as much as her mind. A 9 on a scale of 1 to 10
Kidō: Kidō were always a point of mixed feelings from the short woman, while she used bakudō and kaidō, she found hadō pointless A 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 .
Vizard Powers: Having been apprehended soon after the infection Cheiko has had little to no time to train her new powers. After escaping she was able to train in depth A 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Hohō: By far her weakest point Cheiko has little to no ability in the Hohō arts only know in shunpo, air walk, and Idou Senkou. The Idou Senkou was learned for the sole purpose of cutting and stitching wound. A 1 on a scale of 1 to 10
Intelligence: Cheiko is a super genius and not afraid to tut her own horn about it. While in the 12th division she was made the vice president of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute (S.R.D.I.) even though she was merely the fourth seat. This gave her close to the lieutenant's authority over the division, however it was also this position that allowed her to get into the project that changed her into a vizard. Super Harisen Slipper (スーパーハリセンスリッパ, Sūpā Harisen Surippa)
The practitioner slaps the target with a slipper. The attack is simple but can still sting even with the flimsiest weapon. It can be adapted to be used with any light-weight weapon. Oftentimes called an introduction to weaponry.
Tornado Kick (トルネードキック, Torunēdokikku)
The practitioner performs an upside-down rotating straddle split, allowing them to deliver multiple kick attacks to a nearby opponent. Capable to taking down an additional [1] NPC of Hollow level .
Gatling Mad-Stomping (地団駄 (ガトリング), Gatoringu Jidanda) | 10 | 15 posts
The practitioner performs multiple foot stomps on the target's face. Particularly effective against masked Vizards as it is capable of damaging their mask, reducing the time they may don it by 2 posts

Leaping up over the opponent the user wraps their legs around the foes neck attempting to throw the opponent with their legs using the momentum of their fall to lift the foe and placing their hands on the ground for leverage to fling the enemy backwards

While above the opponent the user fully extends their body standing straight and points the toes down while tucking in their arms to reduce wind resistance and begin to spin as they descend upon their opponent in order to drill their feet directly into them using the momentum and full body weight to maximize impact.
Baishikurukikku by Mattrnot
Jumping into the air the user rapidly alternates kicking the opponent with their legs pushing against them in order to stay above ground with the last kick using both feet to push off their opponent sending them flying.
Takigoi (滝鯉, Waterfall Carp)
The practitioner utilizes this technique to create an opening in their opponents defense. When the target kicks out, the user blocks the attack with their forearm. When the foe moves to kick them with their other foot, the practitioner grabs the blocked foot with their free hand while simultaneously blocking the second attack with their legs. The user subsequently traps the opponents second foot between their legs. With both legs trapped, the target is now open to attack and the user takes advantage of the situation to attack with their free hand, dealing much more damage than the norm. It can be used to land a devastating Kido spell as well.
EXPERT
Asahi by Mattrnot | Requires basic knowledge of High-Speed Movements
Using the initial steps to perform a shunpo or its equivalent, the user gathers their reiatsu to quickly burst off the ground to deliver a flying knee towards the opponents head. If used against a weaker foe it can launch them airborne.
Tesshō (鉄掌, Iron Palm)
An open palm strike which can effortlessly shatter a Hollow's head with a single strike. Takes down 1 additional NPC of Hollow level or reduces the mask duration of a Vizard by 3 posts upon direct hit.
Sandbag Beat (サンドバッグ・ビート, Sandobaggu Bīto)
The practitioner performs multiple extremely fast strikes, causing aggravated damage to a target. The technique is powerful enough to shatter a[1] Menos Grande's mask and utterly destroy its body instantly.
Chōhigezutsuki (超ヒゲ頭突き, Super Stubble Headbutt)
A headbutt attack with enough force to send an opponent flying backward a considerable distance.
Kagamibiraki (鏡開, Mirror Opening)
After puncturing their target with the tips of their fingers, the practitioner rips their opponent in half through sheer physical strength.
Combo Kick (コンボキック, Konbokikku)
The practitioner aims a kick at her opponent. They then follow this up with multiple immediate kicks to multiple targets. It is capable of taking down 5 NPC Hollows below Gillian class instantly. Do not roll for Hollow kills for that turn.
Super Kick (スーパーキック, Sūpā Kikku)
The practitioner crouches down in preparation and then unleashes a powerful kick upwards. The attack is potent enough to instantly kill one[1]NPC Menos Grande. Do not roll for Hollow kills for that turn.
Assai Hirate by Mattrnot
By channeling reiatsu into the hands combined with fast windmill like rotations of the arms the users fists become incredibly more durable and destructive even able to parry other zanpakuto blades (basic reiatsu clash rules apply). An effective technique against Arrancar Hierro, but will lose effect should the windmill-like rotations of the arms be stopped.
Tsukiyubi (撞指, Thrust Fingers)
The practitioner extends the index and middle fingers of one hand in unison while they are in contact with an opponent, who is sent flying several meters away.
Taketonbo (竹蜻蛉, Bamboo Dragonfly)
Holding their hand out to the side, the practitioner performs a simple but effective throw, which violently flips their victim upside down. The victim lands heavily on their back, which knocks the wind out of them. On NPC Menos, this technique leaves the beast vulnerable for instant kill on the following post. The person posting after the practitioner needs to immediately kill it else it will get back up.
MASTER
Oni Dekopin (鬼デコピン, Oni Headpoke)
Pulling a finger back against their thumb, the practitioner flicks it at an opponent. The blow carries enough physical force to send the opponent flying a considerable distance away and crashing through multiple physical constructs with the sheet air that was displaced.
Drop Kick (ドロップキック, Doroppu Kikku)
From above the target, the practitioner drops down with both feet, hitting their opponent with enough force to create a large crater when they hit the ground. It hits the target with enough force to nullify a Cero. Instantly kills [1] Menos-Level NPC
Raiōken (雷王拳, Thunder King Fist) | 22| 30 posts
The practitioner performs a series of ultra-high-speed punches with both arms. This technique is capable of cracking an Arrancar's Hierro should it land in a direct him. It also deals so much collateral damage that it is capable of destroying part of a town in the process and, consequently, fifty percent of Hollows below Gillian level in the area. Do not roll for that post. Cooldown of 1 post between uses.

- Zanpakutō Name: Athena
- Zanpakutō Spirit Appearance: In her first appearance many years ago Athena look to be a giant owl; standing 6 feet tall with snow white feathers and deep wise eyes that seemed to look into your very being. This was the Athena that Chieko knew through shikai training and many years after, but it was not until the captain decided to learn bankai that she learned of the spirit's true form.
True Form
Upon confronting Athena with a desire to learn the final release of a zanpakuto, Bankai, the feathers of the owl began fall out. As the feathers fell a blinding light erupted from Athena, once it subsided a golden haired woman stood before Chieko. Athena's true for stands 5'10 clad in Greek armor, a helmet with a navy blue plume to cover her head grieves for the arms and lower legs. She wears a white sash in place of clothing and a navy blue cloak she is armed with a golden shield and spear. Truly a powerful and beautiful sight to behold.

Athena is made up of a katana and a wakizashi, that form a matching set. Both kojiri are gold while the saya (scabbard) are white with gold koiguchi and nine gold diamond shape marks on the katana six on the wakizashi. On the tsuka (handle) both the fuchi and kashira are gold as well while the Ito (wrapping) is white and the same (rayskin) is a beautiful pearl. The blades themselves are both snow white pictures of elegance.

- Zanpakutō Shikai Appearance Chieko's shikai has three pieces that are separate but equal parts: a helmet, shield, and sword. Though all three appear to be made of bronze the reishi is so densely packed not even Seele Schneider can do more then scratch them easily.

Energy Absorption, Redirection, and Manipulation. Though it seems like a simple power, Athena actually is one of the most powerful abilities in existence because it gives control over one of the three fundamental components of the universe. The downside of this power is it takes a lot of concentration and Chieko must know and be able to understand the energy she is manipulating.
Shikai Attacks:
1. Shield of Athena: The shield is the way Chieko absorbs the energy by using the shield. She then has two ways to release it one through her shield to create a barrier that is flat. The barrier is 8 feet by 8 feet, and actually has two parts one absorbs the energy of the attack while the transferring it to Chieko. The shield can block and absorb only one major attack and countless smaller attacks. After the one major attack all others (lvl 65 Hadō or higher/ equivalent) will be weakened by 50%
2. Blade of Athena: The sword has only one way to release the energy in the phantom blade. By channeling the energy through her blade to extend the blade invisibly up to four times it normal size roughly the size of a claymore. Much like the blade of a quince's Seele Schneider the phantom blade has billions of rotating little blades with a similar effect as the Quincy's weapon. The phantom blade actually evolved into its current state after facing a Quincy.
3. Helmet of Wisdom: The helmet reads the energy of the opponent, their attacks and attributes. Now it can only read what its shown but can keep the readings saved. The enemy can trick it by only using a fraction of their power.
Attack 1. Athena's Law: Expelling collect energy from her entire body Chieko damages opponents while healing allies. The way she does this is by letting Athena see her heart's view on them and let's her choose. Its a very destructive technique that can bring down a whole building to nothing. After using this technique it can't be used again for 7 post
Attack 2. Athena's Shine: By ether punching, kicking, or any other form of attack Chieko is able to release a powerful blast of energy able to completely wipe out half a district of the rukongai.After using she can't reuse this ability for 15 post

- Zanpakutō Bankai Appearance: The plume and cape are purplish blue and no spear Her sword and shield are the same as shikai, as well as the armor that is as dense as her shield. It also allows her to absorb energy throughit making attacks weaker.

- Zanpakutō Bankai Abilities
1. Orb of Protection: Similar to the shield of Athena it creates a barrier only this is a circular barrier that covers a ten foot radius from the shield . It can block up level 95 kido
2. Sword of the Goddess: A stronger form of the blade of Athena instead of just the claymore size the phantom blade is able to grow to the size of a zanbato. Chieko can also release stored energy from her blade. The rotation of this blade is 100 times faster then Seele Schneider.
3. Wings of Wisdom: This is one of the most powerful and versatile energy technique in Chieko's arsenal. Thirteen wings of light energy that appear only after at least one of. the three jewels is released. Chieko is able to make these wings into any one shape for each. Given the helmet's memory this gives her a wide verity to choose from. (Ex. She see's getsuga tensho can make a copy energy blast, or say she see's ikaku's bankai can copy the blades as an energy form) Once the thirteen wings are used it can't be used again until the bankai is released again.
4. Pearls of Wisdom: These four pearls each have a incredible power unlike anything seen in the rest of her release. The four are named Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, and Kronos. The power of each is enough to take out an pre fraccion arrancar easily, It takes two post after one pearl is used until the next one can be used and she can't use more then one at a time. The pearls can only be used once per bankai release.
-Hades: Taking every one that has ever been seen by her helmet, the Hades pearl makes copies of them with a single difference, no matter what strength the were/are these shades are all between 5th seat and lieutenant power levels. The shades have similar energy forms of their powers but the shades are still just shades made of data. The more details put into each shade the less can be made. The faceless powerless shades can make dozens, buts these shades can do one thing paralyzing whatever they cut by blocking the energy signals to that area, the effects last 5 post
-Poseidon: Upon crushing the pearl, the ground will shake as powerful energy waves shooting into the earth causing a massive earthquake. Then collecting the water molecules by pulling the energy together causing torrents of water to fire all around her. The earthquake and water blast last 5 post.
-Zeus: Thunder crashing lightning striking darkening clouds this is Zeus. Collecting the electric energy from the area it let's Chieko control powerful lightning for 5 post.
-Kronos: The final pearl gives Chieko the power over time, at least that's what she tells people. In fact it just allows her greater control of energy, freezing time she just stops the energy in the molecules, she can also speed them and even reverse techniques by returning the kenetic energy to potential energy. However this pearl has a time limit of 7 post and a range of 300 meters (roughly 1000 feet)

Powers:
[ Cero ] - The practitioner fires a powerful blast of concentrated spiritual energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Visored can fire Cero from their hands, fingers, and other parts of their bodies.
[ High Speed Regeneration ] - High-Speed Regeneration allows Hollows to recover from any damage they sustain by causing them to heal at a drastically increased rate, closing the wounds on their body and growing back any lost limbs within extremely short periods of time. This power grew from Cheiko experimenting on her own body as such unlike others she can regenerate any body part except her brain, this includes her internal organs.
