I'm still tweaking things here and there, but this is what we got!
Our budget is 2 Trillion, which is 2,000,000,000,000
Here is our plan/guide for the plot:
Libra and Gemini, though both about duality and balance, have always been at odds with one another. As it came time for a new ruling pair of the zodiac to be chosen, they decided that they would join their two kingdoms as one in a peace treaty, and their united power would compete with the other zodiacs. (I'm assuming our main plot is still about zodiac pairs competing with one another for the ruling spot).
Day 1 - Meet and Greet where Libra and Gemini meet with each other's subjects to socialize and offer advice, but goes awry as neither zodiac agrees with the advice one another is giving to their people, and begin to bicker. They separate themselves to opposite sides of the enormous rock garden to cool down.
Day 2 - Today is the day to sign the treaty, but Orphi has planted a false letter in Gemini's presence, supposedly written by Libra calling off the union and declaring war against Gemini for being so indecisive, with 'Libra' calling Gemini wishy-washy and unfit for a throne. A confrontation happens and real declarations of war are thrown about. The subjects and party-goers must try to reconcile the zodiacs, or risk facing battle.
Day 3 - Libra and Gemini are recruiting people to their armies, and hopefully by then it will be discovered that Orphi is messing about, and Libra and Gemini can be convinced to aid in the search for him to bring him to justice.
