Based on how disproportional the effects of the techniques are compared to the user's Reiatsu level, these techniques have been split in 3 categories: practitioner, expert and master level techniques. The training needed to obtain these techniques is based on their rank unless otherwise specified.

GeneralAvailable to all races so long as their inherent ability to manipulate spiritual elements permits it.
PRACTITIONER Dash (Jikkō 実行) - 2 | 3 posts A quick push off of the ground (or air) allows one to effectively move out of the way an incoming attack or close a distance gap between an opponent. This technique only pushes the user about 1 meter (about 3 feet) in the direction they are moving. Automatically obtained should Air Slide be learned.
Jump (Tobu 飛ぶ) - 2| 3 posts Spiritual beings are generally more capable of jumping distances that would be considered "superhuman" when they were still alive. The highest a normal Jump can reach is about 5 meters (about 16 feet). Automatically obtained if Soul Jump has been learned.
Air Slide (Kūki Suberu 空気 滑る) - 4 | 6 posts Much like the Dash technique, Air Slide is initiated when the user pushes off of the ground and in a certain direction. However, Air Slide allows one to "glide" across the ground or up a steep surface.
Air Walk (Kūki Aruku 空気 歩く) The user collects spirit particles at their feet and is able to remain airborne or gain effective footing when sent flying by an opponent.
Wakehanasu - by Mattrnot | Airwalk required By using the same principles of airwalk the user pushes their feet not against the ground but against the open space in front of them to quickly push away from their opponent.
Soul Jump (Tamashī Tobu魂 飛ぶ) The user collects a fairly large amount of spiritual energy at both of their feet then releases all of it at once, sending them flying at high speeds in a single direction. This is generally used to get a higher vantage point or to get atop of higher buildings. This technique is more effective than Jump because it can send a person 15 meters skyward.

EXPERT
Ryūsui no Ugoki (Flowing-Water Movement) by Yaroki This is moving technique where the user moves around silently, rapidly alternating between fast and slow movements and confusing the opponent due to the fluid motion & continuously changing speed. It can be beaten by watching for the moment the user attempts to strike.

ShinigamiAlso known as Hohō
PRACTITIONER EXPERT
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash Steps) A high-speed movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. The user blurs out of sight of a brief moment then reappears wherever it is that they wanted to move. It should be noted that the user of this technique CANNOT pass through matter or high concentrations of spiritual energy.
Idou Senkou - Shunpo required This technique is actually quite simple for those who have conditioned their body for high-speed combat movements and have a decent level of control over their reiryoku. Idou Senkou is a technique that can be used by channeling your reiryoku through a specific part of the body to increase the muscular reaction impulses so that the user may move that part of the body at speeds that rival Shunpo (Flash Step). This technique can be very tiring to the user because constantly increasing your muscle reactions strains those muscles. Even for those who are used to high speed movement find that this technique should only be used if they are having issues landing a hit on their opponent(s)
Air Skate - Shunpo required Essentially, this technique is a combination of Air Walk and Shunpo. The user applies air walk to hover over a surface then performs Shunpo. This technique is advanced in comparison to a normal shunpo because unlike shunpo it does not require any steps; therefore, there is no friction in the movement. So Air Skate is actually faster than Shunpo
MASTER
Senka (閃花, Flash Blossom) - Shunpo Required While performing a high-speed movement similar to Shunpo, the user slashes at their target. Essentially the attack happens with the unseen movement so it almost always guarantees a hit unless the opponent can avoid the attack by using another appropriate Hoho technique in response.
Seiten - Shunpo Required This technique is almost exactly like Senka with the exception for the fact that a Kido is cast instead of the user striking their target with a weapon. So the user casts their kido spell in the instant that they use a high-speed movement similar to the Shunpo technique.
Utsusemi (空蝉, Cicada) - Shunpo Required The user moves so fast in a single instant that they leave an afterimage behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage if it is injured. The afterimage may perform one action while it is available.
Rei Senkou - Shunpo Required The user moves so fast that they are able to create 2 doppelgangers to fight alongside them for a while (two posts, including the post of activation). The doppelgangers can use anything known by the user while in existence.
Speed Clones - Shunpo Required The practitioner creates 5 clones of themselves at once using Shunpo. While they are indistinguishable from the user's true self and mimic their movements, the clones do not last long and will vanish before the user's second post, but will still exist to affect all characters that have posted between the post in which they were created and the following post of the same character.Additional 5 clones - 15 | 20 posts

Arrancar
PRACTITIONER EXPERT Sonìdo (Sound) Like Shunpo, it allows the its user to move about extremely quickly, but rather than the swishing or sometimes silent Shunpo of the Shinigami, Sonído makes a booming or static noise. Though the technique is exhibited by most Arrancar, the proficiency with which it can be performed is limited only by the individual. Though Vizards may use 'Sonido' as well, their Sonido is different from that of Arrancar. In average, Vizard's Sonído is faster than the high-speed movements of all other races, but they may only use it after donning their mask. It also takes away their Shunpo techniques when in use without giving them the ability learn these Sonìdo techniques.
Sonido Ausente (Absent Sound) - Sonìdo Required Unlike what its name may imply, the Sonido creates a tremendous sound akin to a sonic boom without having any concussive damage behind it. For the following 5 posts, those within a range of of 50 yards of the landing spot will not be able to hear anything. When the 5 posts are over, they will hear a loud ringing that decreases over time until it vanishes after 2 complete posts. This, of course, affects the user's hearing as well.
Madriguera Arena(Sand Burrow) by Amarylli - Sonido required A Special version of Sonido, much like a fast, sudden shot down into the ground, the practitioner burrows through what is below them to reach their destination. Works only on sand.
MASTER
Gemelos Sonído (Sound Twins)| Sonido required Sonído is an instinctual, high-speed movement performed by Arrancar. Master practitioners can increase the number of steps in their normal movement to increase their speed to the point where they can leave afterimages of themselves that can act as clones. They are realistic enough to fool opponents as they can bleed when wounded. This technique is often used to distract and subsequently surprise an opponent. The maximum number of clones one can create, using this technique, is based on one's proficiency.
3 Clones - 7|10 posts- Sonido required 6 Clones - 10|13 posts - Gemelos Sonido 3 required 9 Clones - 14|17 posts - Gemelos Sonido 6 required
Sonido Fantasma (Ghost Sound) - Sonìdo Required While in Sonido, make an invisible half-step to change the direction and speed of one's Sonido. This may be used to give one's Sonido a burst of speed or even slow it down. A cooldown of 3 posts between uses exists if when attempts to increase their speed. This is mainly used to help one's maneuverability during high-speed chases.
Espejismo (Mirage) - Sonìdo Required When using this Sonido, the user will vibrate left and right before vanishing from sight, giving it a slightly slower takeoff. When the user drops out of this Sonido, 2 copies of the user will appear next to him or her. All of them, the user included, will appear blurry, letting the onlookers wonder which is the real one. The real one must be identified by the character's RPer in the same post as the one the character exited Sonido of.

QuincyAlso known as Hirenkyaku
PRACTITIONER EXPERT Hirenkyaku To perform this technique, the user gathers Reishi under their feet and rides them to the desired location. Like the air-walking skill displayed by most Arrancar and Shinigami, it can be used to hover or fly over long distances, but without the need to move one's feet. It can also be used while travelling through worlds.
MASTER Schritte (Steps) Sculpts a platform below the user's feet using Reishi. It can hover about and move at the user's will, without any movement or incantation.

FullbringerAlso known as Bringer Light
PRACTITIONER EXPERT
Bringer Light Fullbringers can induce states of high-speed movement through Fullbring. Such movements are accompanied by the flickering of a green luminescence called Bringer Light, which is the preliminary for each high-speed movement. This speed is achieved through a variety of different uses of Fullbring. By pulling on the soul of the ground beneath their feet, Fullbringers can increase its elasticity, greatly enhancing their jumping ability as a result. In addition, by Fullbringing the air around them, they can accelerate their movements. Doing so can consequentially strengthen the force of their blows. The ability to use this technique signifies that one is beginning to master Fullbring.
MASTER Bringer Glow - by xXrAnDoM_eMo_KiDXx | Seek Zachary Tsukino for mentorship By focusing for two posts the user can use Bringer Glow slingshot, a technique that's more advanced than the Bringer Light variation. Once used it will propel the user in the direction desired, while in mid air it is possible to hit enemies that cross their path or strike those nearby. If used in mid air, it will allow the user to go short distances very quickly similar to a soul reaper's flash step. Just like Bringer Light, Bringer Glow can be used to enhance movement and attacks but for Bringer Glow, enhancement takes a full post to charge but will go much faster and most likely do more damage. While charging, the area that is being concentrated on will glow very slightly with Reiatsu. Lessens post requirements by 3 to get somewhere. Enhancement of limbs takes one full post of standing still and concentrating. ***Can only be used by someone who has mastered their Fullbring.
